Pros: The room was lovely and spacious. They staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I love standard German breakfast, which is what they served, so I was quite happy. The location is good for people that don't like staying in the middle of crowds. It was quiet at night and we were on the ground floor.

Pros: location, outstanding staff (one exception) - very accomodating
Cons: individual operating front desk asked repeatedly for a cash deposit for an excursion and discovered (zero) absolutely no funding of any nature could be applied from hotel to company operating tour. I only saw her weekends and we were planned to check out in two days. she spoiled an otherwise outstanding experience

Pros: We've spent 12 days in Europe, starting in Prague and ending in Vienna. The Ventana was the best hotel we stayed at, even better than a Relais & Chateau hotel we stayed in. And it was reasonably priced for this quality. Highly recommended.

Pros: The hotel is a fair distance from the town centre but the metro takes you almost to the front door.For breakfast i found there was plenty to choose from and it was decent quality. my room was a decent size very clean and i never heard any noise from outside or inside the hotel.
Cons: Wifi was ok but it was not as strong as other hotels i have used in Prague.The price for a beer in the hotel bar was ridiculous,i could get a bigger beer across the street for a fraction of the price.

Cons: The continuous Mozart playing in the lift was a bit much, especially 'don giovanni'. School groups were staying when we were there which made it a bit less romantic. View of a cemetery from our window.

Pros: My buddy and I stayed here for a week while we toured around in Prague and in Berlin. We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are very clean and the heated bathroom floors are an added perk that one can only really appreciate once they’ve used it. The hotel is centrally located to pretty much everything you’d want to see. On average, I’d say I walked about .7 miles to get to a place I wanted to see.
Cons: It’s just a European thing but the beds are much smaller than what you’d expect in America. Also, the shower glass door is somewhat odd but it’s really not a big deal. Really, the only actual issue I had with this hotel was the A/C unit in my room did not work. Luckily, I stayed at the end of October so opening a window sufficed. The staff told me they would move us into a different room, but, to be honest, I was too lazy to pack all my stuff up just to unpack it. Lol So, it ended up being on me not having a functional A/C unit the entirety of my stay.

Pros: The breakfast was great a huge variety and helpful staff. Have an omelette cooked to order cereal pastry coffee tea juice hot and cold options. Full up before a big day out. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. And you could open the windows. A big plus for me as I like to have fresh air. A great spot to access teams and trains easily to make your way around Prague and cab walk into the old town relatively quickly
Cons: The shower over bath would be difficult for some people to get in and out of. The glass partition is also very small so water does go all over the place.

Pros: This hotel was a wonderful place to stay as we toured Prague. It is an easy, beautiful walk from everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable with a view of the river. The staff were all very helpful in a wide variety of languages. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food. We would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.

Pros: Very modern, innovative design.Beautiful room, with a lovely alcove that had windows all around (even though it was a budget room). Quiet, non-smoking, very safe and secure building. Extremely clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast included. Steps away from Old Town, and all the places I wanted to visit. Right across from river. Excellent transport from and to airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location is what attracted me to the Eurostars Thalia and it appeared to be a nice hotel on the website. Upon arriving, the hotel met all my expectations, the staff was very nice and the location was about as good as you're going to get in Old Town of Prague. I was traveling solo to meet up with my son on his Study Abroad trip but I will be returning with my wife and I would stay again for sure. Reasonable price, nicely furnished, attentive staff and great location!

Pros: The location was good for our purposes as it is in Pargue 6. The room was clean and was well epuiped. I was scared before because the review by the other travellers. No power plugs in room, No kettle. Old fashioned room etc. There are 3 kinds of power plug outputs ( US, UK and European) near the desk. The posision would be slight high due to EU regulation. There are a kettle underneath TV cabinet which you have to pull out its sliding tray to activate. It is cleaver device to avoid condensation in TV cabinet. It is slightly dated but clean and comfortable no noise from next door, no air condition noise. It is 100 meters from Tube station. 40 mins from Airport by Bus and Tube. 2 to 4 stops to City Centre. I liked it very much. I think I can live here if necessary.
Cons: I may be a little harsh here but the nob controlling Shower or Bath on the tap was stack and not moving. The engineer came immidiately and fix it. Black out curtain did let light in a little. I am writing this as DIPLOMAT were a 5 star hotel. It is a 4 star. Well done.

Pros: This hotel is perfectly located in the city only a short walk to the Charles Bridge , old town square and many many restaurants . The staff was professional and spoke english. Breakfast was a buffet that was well presented and had several choices for everyone. I am overall very happy with K&K Central and would stay again.

Pros: We were in the newly reconstructed room, so everything was great. Beds were comfortable, very firm though. If you prefer plush you might be disappointed. Bathroom was OK, a bit on tight side, but not much different from regular bathrooms in the US Hiltons. The staff was polite, the doorman helped with luggage, etc. Overall, I believe that compared to other hotels this provided the good value. I could not figure out the size of beds in other hotels, sometimes they didn’t have elevators, and renting apartments felt a bit sketchy. Especially, since we needed our bags held before the check in time. Our Hilton room was $212 tax included. The other hotels were $130-$170 (without tax) and we are speaking 2 or 3 stars. So, no brainer to pick Hilton unless you are on a very tight budget.
Cons: We were on the 5th floor. The reconstruction was ongoing on the 1st floor so we were warned that there might be some noise until 5 pm. The noise went on until 6 pm and it was quite significant and annoying (drilling sound). We got only 2 bath towels so my wife asked for the 2 more so we can have dry towels for the morning. The lady on the front desk took the note, but the towels were never delivered. We didn't want to bother asking again. However, the interesting thing was when we came back to our room earlier (before we asked for towels), we saw that someone delivered the additional comforter and placed it on our bed. We were surprised that someone entered our room, and this was probably intended for someone else.
