Pros: Hotel located on the castle side of the river, away from the crowded Old Town. It's a couple of buildings down from the US Embassy. The facility is luxurious and the staffs are very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast buffet is the conventional types. I expected this class of hotels to have more variety. There are no pools or spa (or if they have it, it's not announced anywhere).

Pros: Lovely quiet and elegant respite from the crowds but still only a short walk to all key sites. Perfect location! The hotel's restaurant, Coda is one of the finest dinner experiences you will encounter anywhere. Do not miss it.
Cons: Breakfast should include omelet and other hot options at no extra charge. Complementary breakfast was surprisingly ordinary for an otherwise special place. It would be nice if the garden opened earlier. 10am is too late as by then most have already left to explore the city sites.

Pros: the augustine was absolutely fantastic. the courtyard and restaurant were beautiful. the room was so clean, good-sized and they had the room with the extra bed set up for our daughter ready when we arrived. i miss it already.
Cons: this kind of excellence comes with a price. for us, it was worth every penny.

It's a nice hotel in a nice part of town, however our suit was next to the tram and you could hear it at nights and early mornings. Other than that it's a nice facility with great breakfast and amenities.

Pros: Prime location, quite block, friendly and professional stuff. Rooms are not big but very clean and nice decorated.
Cons: Would be nice if rooms have coffee machines instead of instant coffee only. Iron and iron board would be a good addition as well.

Pros: I've stayed in many 5* hotels all over the world but this hotel is definitely my new favourite. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I were offered a free room upgrade and not only that we were asked to go and choose our room out of a choice of 3. I have never been given the opportunity to actually pick my room before in any hotel I have stayed in. This was my first time visiting Prague and the welcoming staff at this hotel definitely made this trip one to remember! The hotel itself is also in a perfect location with both the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle just literally minutes away from the hotel. I really couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Pros: The rooms are amazingly decorated I was given a room at the end of the hotel and just going and coming from/to my room is an adventure it self The breakfast is nice Location is perfect, though it is located just next to the castel you will still need to walk upwards to which may be a problem for aged people

Cons: My flight was cancelled by Czech Airlines during COVID-19 situation, but the hotel charged me the full cost of stay, although I wrote them a letter about this situation.

Secure underground parking option for $16/night or free street parking in front of hotel. The room came with a free drink at the bar, too!

Pros: Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our time in the spa was definitely worth it--only two at a time, felt so luxurious. The rooms were very comfortable. A lovely restaurant (inexpensive!) is just up the road. Wonderful service and staff.
Cons: No hair conditioner was provided. Couldn't figure out the laptop, but we also didn't ask for help with it so it's our own fault really...
