We booked superior rooms and were very happy with them. We felt the price was very good, especially comparing to rooms we stayed in in other cities/countries. They were modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel wasn't located centrally near the sites but for us it was very walkable and we found good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and felt safe out at night. It was actually nice to be out of the more touristy and busy areas of the city at the end of the day. This was one of five hotels we stayed at on this trip. By far they offerred the best breakfast and it runs from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m.--pretty accommodating.
The hotel was In a Good location with friendly staff. The rooms were modern and clean with free wi-fi . I would stay there again if I returned to Prague .
Breakfast was excellent!
The style and outlook of the place Nothing it was all great
the automation and easy of use
Good staff, helpful when you ask them for help and very nice. The location is really good and close to everything. also if you are walking there at night you feel safe and can stay out late. The breakfast was ok, but could have been better. The same thing every day, but still not that bad.
The staff was very friendly, you feel yourself as home... I didn't like that the restorant it was at the opposite site of the building,i never seen this before, and the shower was very small
I like the bathroom that was pretty clean and confortable and I like also the possibility to book a lot of turistic tours and concert tickets poor flexibility concerning the schedules (for example at 11.01 AM impossible to take breakfast that was finished at 11.00!)
The staff on the reception desk were very helpful and arranged two excursions for us at short notice. Breakfast was plentyful with a good choice. We enjoyed the newly opened courtyard area, will be lovely to sit outside in the summer.
superior room was worth extra money we paid for some of hotel still being renervated -wires exposed on walls etc , part hotel still being finished off . Breakfast was awful not as good reviews we had read about . staff on check out was rude/ unhelpful . we had been quoted room rate in euros on check out we were asked to pay in czech krona . I queried this and the lady receptionists tone of voice and body language changed when i asked this , and was angry in tone of her voice etc .
The Superior rooms are well designed and just feel good to stay in - my friends booked the Standard rooms which I would have not liked to stay in at breakfast there was plenty of choice but the taste of most products was inferior
Clean rooms Friendly staff There is no Elevator in the hotel, so if you have luggage be prepared to carry it up the stairs to your room, The water in the shower does not get very hot nor does it stay hot for a long time. Hotel is about a 15 minutes walk from the city center (incase you plan to walk around) Room was small, even for 2 people and bed sheets were thin.
The location is good. We got information from hotel staff on how to reach the hotel from Central Train Station by tram which is very convenience. The staff are also helpful to give useful information. I requested for a non-smoking room but I got the room with very strong smoking smell! I had to open the window to dilute the smell.
The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and most importantly the fact that I felt safe there. The noisy neighbors. I found that there were a lot of people that came in throughout the night and were drunk, singing in the stairways and making a lot of noise which woke me up several times during the night. There could be a more tighter security in this aspect.
it was very close to town and had a few good local pubs round the hotel that did good food and cheap beer. definatly not a hotel for a family the staff were not helpful at all.
Nice and quiet quarter, close to the bus station, and not too far from the city center. Clean rooms. No remote control for the so-called "satellite TV" which actually consists of 5-6 German channels only. Limited amount of hot water (unannounced in advance).
Two things - 1) the price. 33 Euro in Prague, at short notice, was excellent. 2) the reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Goran gave me maps and a lot of precise information about the public transport that really helped me during my 2 days in Prague. 1) The room was cold at night. The small oil heater provided did not provide sufficient heat. 2) The mattresses were thin and lumpy - I did not sleep well.
We liked the free internet available in the lobby. Of the five hotels we stayed at during our two weeks in Europe, this was the only one that did not include breakfast.
The hotel was very clean but not luxurious. It is ideal for people who don't require to spend a lot of time in their room and need only a base.
It was veryclean and smart I was not happy with the fire safety situation.
only sleep comfort is not enough
Cheap and clean. Not far from Main Station (Hlavniy Nadrazy). .No elevator. Cold in the room. Far from centre of thr city.
Resonable price, really good breakfast, and nice staff. I didn't expect there's no toothpaste and hair dryer in the room. :)
Excellent value for the price. For about 10 EUR per person, we had a clean bed and bathroom. Location convenient as well. Overall, definitely recommended for an inexpensive stay.
the family number on the 5 floor had very poor furniture and bad renovation and odour. and there is no elevatr from the parking to the reception
Nice room and bathroom for 22 euro... but if I'd not pay a hotel price of 100 euro ! Staff gets in to the room every morning without knocking
the attractive prise The quilt was not soft and not big enough for a 160cm girl.
It had a resonable price. The room I stayed pretty big. Its location was pretty well.It was easy to the city center and the airport as well. Tere were too many student groups. That's why the lobby and the breakfast hall was a bit noisy.
breakfast and price
Good breakfast! Good staff with russian and english languages Not
in room wifi was not good.
Hotel staf is good and informatif. They can speak english well. Location is perfect near flora station n mall. So we can looking food n others in mall. We get a better price and good quality hotel. Thanks booking.com n courtyard Not free wifi at room. But its ok we get free wifi in lobby:)
Location though outside of old town; however, 2 min. walk to Flora shopping mall; 3 min. walk to Flora metro station (4 stations to old town). Staff very friendly, and helpful :) Very new hotel everything was great;) Breakfast too expensive; however, you can cross the street to Flora shopping mall (open 7days from 8 a.m. til 10 p.m.).Parking too expensive: on weekends; you cna park for free along the main street
Very good location. connetected to metro, convenience to anywhere
comfort & friendliness of staff.
Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Maybe rather dark with small windows but that is nothing what I would consider important when staying just one night. However for stays over three nights it would impact my decision making process. Check in and especially check out was about relatively long queuing in a crowd of tourists. This was repeated experience which was not especially pleasing.
the distance from main station as from the website is inaccurate.
The hotel it's very good, I was there with 3 friends, and for 20 euros/night each person it was excelent!!!
Poor relax facilities
I liked the cleanliness and customer service. The front desk was extremely helpful on where to go to get something to eat or go out, calling us a cab, and other services. I definitely liked the little store too...great value for the money!
This is a new hotel with large and beautiful rooms located close to a shopping center with easy access to downtown via metro. Everything changed when trying to check out and a receptionist presented me with a bill that doubled the price offered by Booking.com. I informed him about the price I obtained and guaranteed by my reservation and he totally ignored my request. I asked to access my email account and he charged me approximately $10 for 30 minutes. I spent over 1 hour trying to correct this humiliating situation.
I rank Cortyard Flora very high as we have got very attractive price much lower than initial rate of this hotel. That's why the value for money for us was extremely good. The hotel was new, very clean, had excellent breakfast, and very helpful multilingual stuff. Rooms were very clean with nice smell and modern furniture. There was a tea/coffee corner in the room. 24-hours market was available on the ground floor but if you are not late in the evening you’d better go to the huge shopping centre near the hotel. Hotel was located in 1 min from the “Flora” metro station on a Green line. Internet was free for us as a part of the package but the initial rate seemed to me a bit high. No negative points. But when we paid for our stay, they wanted to rate us for the internet. But after I showed my reservation (in Russian) they agreed it should be free. That's illustrates the stuff as very flexible and ready to solve problems very quick.
The hotel was well located, not in the center of Prague but we could be there in 10 minutes taking the subway. The room was very large, nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions, we had a good experience. The restaurant and the room service were extremely expensive. The problem is there are no places near enough for eating, so if you are tired and don't want to go far you are trapped. I would recomend to have snacks and store them in your room since day 1.
Easy to find when arriving late in Prague. Safe underground parking, though very expensive at 21 Euros/night. I was on the tenth floor and had fabulous views! Excellent buffet breakfast. Price of parking and breakfast was dear at 16 Euros. It is a way out of the city though public transport, trams and metro are right outside.
the staff were helpful, kind, informed and friendly It was in a strange section of town with no place to walk to nearby -although the metro was next to the hotel and very easy to use. Also, the hotel gave me free passes everyday that applied to all Prague transportation. I wish the food had been Czech and not generic American/English.
Foyer, pleasant friendly staff, quiet and relaxing rooms....nice location to metro and tram No everything was great....maybe staff could say more about the wellness centre and encourage guests to try it more...
The hotel is a fair distance from the town centre but the metro takes you almost to the front door. For breakfast i found there was plenty to choose from and it was decent quality. my room was a decent size very clean and i never heard any noise from outside or inside the hotel. Wifi was ok but it was not as strong as other hotels i have used in Prague. The price for a beer in the hotel bar was ridiculous,i could get a bigger beer across the street for a fraction of the price.
stylish room/suite, good breakfast
Everything was ok,staff is superb at reception desk The room was too cold, but I can undestand-change of weather)
A bit far from the center, but next to a subway station. comfortable and quiet rooms, good breakfast breakfast sadly not included in the price.
I got an upgrade to a junior suite, which was very nice. There was some confusion at the check in where the receptionist mentioned that the breakfast is included in the rate. However it was not included - as stated on the booking confirmation.
This comfortable and nice hotel is situated in a quiet location, the city center is reachable by tram or by bus in few minutes. The breakfast was excellent. Really good service for a cheap price.
the gentlemen in the reception are quite kind and helpful; the location is close to Florenc bus station which is good for traveling to other cities by bus from Prague.
Bus stop around the corner. There was no parking while on the site it was said there was parking but you have to make a reservation for it, we did. But there was no parking. Staff did not like that we asked information, we asked too many questions, she got tired of it and it was shown on her face. Area is not really safe, someone tried to get my bag in the streets.Hotel room is very poor.
Nice room and a decent breakfast with wide selection. Friendly and helpful staff at Reception (who all spoke good English) Responded promptly to my e-mail - sent the day before I was due to arrive - to confirm my 'late' arrival. I am not sure that the section in Hotel Information (Arrival between 1600 - 1800) is particularly helpful as Reception was open 24/7. One never wants to arrive late in the evening and appear to be a 'no show' with the possibility that they 're-let' your room (Because of my flight I didn't get there until 2100) . I don't think this is problem which is particular to the Dalimil - it appears to be the 'format' for most of your bookings.
Very good value for money, clean and spacious room, we spent 2 nights in double room with large hall on the entrance equipped with big wardrobe and also isolates the room from possibility of noise. Breakfast pretty reach. Overall good choice for money and distance from city center.
I have stayed at this hotel twice and would reccomend it for a short break. Fifteen minutes form the centre
Ethernet wireless connection not for free.
We had a room to the backyard, so it was pretty quiet from outside there. The beds where comfortable. Good price (for german measures). Our room was in a seperate section with 3 rooms, only, so not so busy in the hall. Unfortunatly the doors where pretty thin and the other guests in the morning not very quiet. But not so bad. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center. You have to walk about half an hour. Or take the tram, which is about 5 minutes away. The soap in the dispenser in the bath smells awful. Also we had to pay in advance and give a Deposit of 20 Euro, which was written nowhere before.
Nice staff, excellent location, good facilities, large rooms. For the price you pay it is very nice. -
All the staff were very helful and polite (especially Rudolph on reception very kind and extremely helpful) Smoking in bedrooms,I do not like, perhaps I should have requested "no smoking room"
Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Very good value for money. Check in time was a little too late in the day.
receptionist was really nice and helpful breakfast could have been better
price, location, roo don not order taxi trough reception- rip off
very good public connection to the center
THe breakfast is fantastic! And the staff are helpful!
very good value for money. modern decoration, clean and comfortable rooms - close to tram stop one day there was no hot water
Great value for money, even shampoo and perfect bedlinen were provided. Nice and friendly staff, 24h check-in... perfect!
Very clean and comfortable
location is very good, it's easy to reach center by tram. clean and large room, very quiet. delicious breakfast.
breakfast :) also good value for money and, neer old town location
on the whole, it is just a typical hotel...nothing special... They just directly charged my fees from the credit card, which brings me some trouble. I even do not know that. It is very rude and I dislike it very much! The equipment is old.
Location, Good money value Noise, beds as rock, small rooms, small bathrooms
everything went very smoothly - facilities explained clearly
Location is excellent. Trams stop in front of the hotel. Raindrop noise for the top floor during the rainz dazs.
nice renovated building, nice rooms, everything you need in the room (including kettle) bed was intidy; smell of smoking in the hall
Excelent value for money with good selection of food at the buffet breakfast.Easy access by tram into city centre.
checked us in as early as 10.30 am, great breakfast spread, tram stop is right outside erotic store right across the street, but then this is prague
Close to center of the town, plenty to eat at breakfast
Easy to get to the central of Prahg by trams
Microwave, kettle in my room, separated bath and toilet, good connection with center, free wi-fi. Towels - very bad. something was broken in my room, something was dirty. I woke up at 6 am because of sounds from corridor! bad sound insulation.
Nice staff Horrifically uncomfortable beds, too hot in the rooms, plus really really loud street noise adds up to consistently poor sleep. I was so incredibly exhausted after a week here.
The location is right across the train tracks from the centrum of Prague, which is nice, but it's "on the wrong side of the tracks" so-to-speak. However, the basic facilities are good for the price. Parking is about $25 (US) for one night and you must have a tiny car to fit through the entrance. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked (in Czech) if the woman behind the counter spoke English, her response was "of course" but in further talking with her (in English), I found her English wasn't very comprehensive. I also saw her being rude (not only to me) but to various other patrons.
The hotel is ideally situated just 200m from the tram stop (take Tram no.9, just 3 stops and you'r in the city center). The hotel is clean, spacious and the rooms are big and well furbished with everything you need. The satff is very helpful. Never ever stay here during summer. We arrived quite late at night and it was like walking into a sauna. Our Room had not been aired out and opening the window did not help. It was actually cooler outside than inside. The second night was even worse and after 3 hours of sweating and no sleep we hade to beg the receptionist to give us his fan (and it was waay cooler in the lobby). The next day we were offered another room, but we could not risk another day without sleep so we changed hotel. It's the perfect hotel for winter/fall/early spring, but once the summer heat arrives choose another hotel with aircondition. Was also quite alot of noise from the traffic below, so ask for a room facing away from the main road.
Nice hotel, good value, good location. Receptionist was polite, but did not smile once. Breakfast was decent. I would stay there again.
Had to move rooms because of the noise of the street at the front. Rooms and breakfast were adequate.
La propreté des lieux, chambres nickel et faites tous les jours Chambre très chaude, pas de clim, donc obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue avec le rue de la circulation et du tramway
Excellent position-large rooms by European standards No
nice clean comfortable hotel, centrally located noise from some of the other guests but it wasnt too bad
Hotel staff were very helpful, especially at the reception desk. It would be nice if they change sheets during my stay - five days -
all i can say is this is the fifth time i have stopped here and will be back again
value for money loction it was very good no
Excellent room. Good staff support. Good breakfast. Well situated and excellent transportation facilities. Good value for money, as I was shifted to a family room for the price of double room. The carpet near the bathroom door was soaked with water. No dust bin in the bedroom. No ac or fan in the room for the summer time.
The hotel is very clean. the room are confortable and nice. Only 300mt far from metro. Nearby there are a couple avery good restaurant. Fantastic value for money The elevator is too small and old
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and comfortable small hotel. We missed usual bacon and eggs for breakfast :)
Clean & comfort room. Great Breakfast. Very kind and nice stuff that help through all the vacation. good location near the center of Prague.
The hotel is good located in an quiet an decent area, 5 minutes walking from the underground and a supermarket. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. The room was also comfortable.
Staff was really helpful. Very close to main sights. I recommend it to anyone. Parking is possible close to the hotel but it is a bit difficult ....
Quality of hotel was excellent. Great bathroom facilities. Great breakfast. Twin beds - would prefer queen/king bed. Reasonably long walk to the old town and castle. No known laundry (self service) facilites close by.
Very helpful staff. Central but also quiet location in central Praha. Excellent room, both in terms of cleanliness and decorations, furniture et.c. No roomservice during the day, only available during breakfast and dinner.
Gorgeous hotel and rooms with very helpful staff. The only really bad thing was that the internet access was undependable. The information about the hotel said that all rooms had wireless internet access which was highly desirable to us to keep up with our business at home. It was very frustrating that it rarely worked in reality. Also, each time our daughter joined us for yogurt and coffee for breakfast we were charged an additional $350 crowns!
Some of the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and although I paid for a single I was given a double. They had a luggage room where I could keep my suitcase after check-out, which gave me an extra sightseeing day. It was really hot, even with the windows open. It would have been good if there was an electric fan provided.
Excellent location, good value for money and friendly staff
Room is ok. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Free and perfect wi-fi connection. Good breakfast. Quiet district. A little bit far from the center.
It was very quiet and we had everything we needed in the room.
Nice breakfast in charming restaurant acting as a breakfast room in the morning Unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival. There were sticky patches on the table, hairs in the fridge & bathroom, old chewing gum stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The room has no tea, coffee making facilities.
room was cool on hot days not enough seating in the restaurant at breakfast time - but I was allowed to take breakfast back to my room
The location is very good. There are a bus station and a railway station near the hotel. It`s close to the historical center of Prague. The room was large, light and clear. There are some persons, who live in the bilding in front of the hotel, are not good neighbours. They cry, speak very loud and listen to loud music all over the night. It is not problem of the hotel but it is not good for visitors with babies.
reception staff were helpful and friendly ,all facilities were good and the rooms adequate. the use of a kettle would be a plus as i had a cold and could not get hot water for a lemsip breakfast was a hit and miss affair if you came at certain times there was no hot food but 20 minutes later tthere was
Friendly staff, helpful, clean room, excellant breakfast incl. in price. Mattresses were uncomfortable and one definately needed replacing.
the restaurant is typical. Price of the restaurant is fair, but the breakfast was always the same. The room is not clean, the bed not comfortable. We only had 1 towel/ person for 5 days as well as the shower products. They didn't clean the room. Most of all, I paid 8 euros for a 2,5 minutes local phone call. This very very expensive prices wasn't indicated in the room. (I phoned from the city centre and it cost me 0,1 euro for 3 minutes. Last comment, it is a difficult to find.
Nice hotel, decor etc. The bus 133 stops oppposite hotel and is an easy ride into city and back. The only fault we found was that the carpet in room 17 was very badky stained and about due to be replaced or deep cleaned.
Very clean, confortable, staff pleasant, very good for been a 3 stars and very good prices. Beakfast simple but very good. The city distric is not very beatiful.
Comfortable mattresses, room very clean, bathroom recently redecorated, very clean. Location in red-light district, very noisy, poor language skills of staff
Walking distance to Florenc metro station and Tram lines (10-15 min) . Bus halt immediately opposite hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and excellent value for money.
Cleanliness and courtesy. Only a 20 minute walk into City centre or 2 bus stops. Lack of tea and coffee making facility in the room.
Close to Flora bus station and Main train station All the rooms look into streets ( one street is particularly busy, heavy traffic day and night), loud elevator, thin walls and partitions
Hotel staff, services, prices Social status of quarter, location
Good staff Lack of parking for car. In this pleace a parking very difficult.
We will never ever stay in this hotel again.female receptionist was rude, recomended expensive hotel taxi not only to us but to others as well and when we checked out she told us we couldnt use internet anymore, because we were told we are not hotel guests anymore.
Good range of choice for breakfast, room cleaned each day, and reception staff were friendly. Chercking in and out was efficient and well-organised.
Big clean room. Nice pizzeria just round the corner (not in the hotel). Needs renovation. Wasn't exactly a 3 star hotel.
problem with parking places
more or less it was normal hotel. Breakfast - is you come too late there can be less choice of food. If the neighborhoods make a noise you will definitely hear it.
The service was very good. the Location and no air conditioning.
Yes it is a bit out of town and in a working class suburb but is is quiet unlike central Prague hotels and a #9 tram takes you straight into the sights...Hotel restaurant is excellent...Staff very helpful
they havent internet
staff was so friendly and helpfull. smiling faces were everywhere.good location for mid-long walk to center and very near to public vehicles. nothing
The hotel was quite close to the city center. The room was spacious and quite clean. The breakfast was just ok, though little to choose from!! For a 4 star hotel they should definitely have better service. The glasses at the bar were not clean - they smelled alchohol! There was no shampoo; the soap was almost finished when we checked in. The staff at the bar and at the reception was selectively nice to a sertain group/origin of the guests, which is extremely unprofessional.
Friendliness of the staff, very helpful. Location was very close to public transportation. It was very quite & clean. Very nice atmosphere of an old theater! No restaurant & not many nice ones close to the hotel
The hotel is a formal theatre. This makes it a little special, the restaurant /breakfast room has a nice design. The room is not too small and is it clean, if you don’t get there to early. The hotel is in a quiet area, but still close to the main street. You can walk to the old town (ca. 20 min) or take the tram, which is very close to the hotel. There are several things you should not expect, or don’t be surprised: 1.the information about free parking is WRONG! As soon as you are there, they try to send you to a parking 15 minutes walk from the hotel and 25 Euro/night.
Ambiente, quality of room, staff was ok, wellness facilitiess, possibility to have early breakfast. Heating not working in the beginning, shower not always working, expensive parking.
I found Reception staff welcoming and helpful. The en-suite room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered some variety.
The bedding was comfortable and the breakfast spread was nice. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was. The hotel advertised free wireless internet, yet I was not able to access it for the duration of my stay. I contacted the front desk for assistance, but was told that they could not help me. I was told that it was not possible to make international calls from this hotel, and I found this strange.
The room was suppose to have slippers and bathrobe, but they told me that we do not have them to put in your room!
All requests for assistance or information were dealt with positively and effectively and to my satisfaction The hotel seems to be understaffed with those on duty having to double up on jobs. ie at times the receptionist also filled in as barman. If the lights in the bar are off (whether because there is no barman or to save electricity) it is not inviting so people don't use the bar. Perhaps that is the object!
The best value for the money
About a 20-30 min walk to old twn but there's a bus stop one block down. I gave it a 3 for comfort only because the mattresses were just ok. AC: big plus for sure! Free breakfast. Also a place called Vegan City just a few blocks down the hill. And not shitty Vegan food either. One block north is a nice park up on the hill too and plenty of bars. A local told me it was the "bad" part of town. In Prague that means a few more candy wrappers on the ground. I'm 37 and travel alone. Nothing wrong with the place. No fridge. Nobody seams to have ice anyway though.
Big room The pillows were much too large to use. The breakfast was terrrible, they put out eggs and partially cooked sausage without heaters.
New and modern hotel, excellent (and free) underground parking, quiet room (if window is kept closed). Window and pillows were dirty, the hotel location is not very good (about 4 km from the town centre), however the bus station is close.
very well located with good bus/tram connections towards downtown, parking space included in the price, very friendly staff, clean and modern room, reasonable prices. Just perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much.
very comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, good treatment from the staff, very recommended the only negative point is the location from the center
Hotel staff was nice and friendly, locations was ok (133 buss line near the hotel), room was big and comfortable Breakfast was poor
modern design, clean and comfortable, knowledgeable and friendly staff far from city centre and main attractions
This hotel was great! The parking was large enough to fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was super secure. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice also. It only took 7 minutes to get to the "center" of things on the bus. The bus leaves you across the street from the Old Jewish cemetery. St. Charles bridge is only a 5 minute walk from there. The hotel sells the bus tickets which are super cheap. We stayed there with our 3 month old son and 2 1/2 year old daughter and it was just perfect! The rooms are rather large! Nothing! This hotel was great. Just the parking alone saves you a lot since it's completely free.
Great hotel very new inside. Very comfortable. Great safe car park. You had to be there early for Breakfast or it was bad luck.
Fairly good breakfast for money paid, luggage services free of charge, convenient city transport connections Wash/bath rooms need renovation
breakfast is perfect, various, everything is clean and new, the staff is friendly and helpful
The brekfast choice of meal: excellent!
Value, proximity to city centre
It is nice hotel. Not far from the city centre. Good buffet breakfast.
Very good accomodation near city center - only 15 minutes on foot. Nice service. Good breakfast. We get two big beds so we made from it one huge :) Only blue line parking round hotel, so we have to leave our car on expensive parking belongs to another hotel. Wi-fi works only on reception.
nice hotel. good location, very clean bad internet connection, unpleasant stuff
location, free parking, clean hotel, nice room, nice stuff, decent breakfast bedside lamp has weak bulb- not ok for reading
Recently renovated rooms which were good in order. Relatively spacious bathroom. Breakfast contained all necessities and was good. The parking is actually at a nearby hotel, which is not that far away and which process went smoothly. Staff's service is not conform West European standards, but that is something you have to get used to in Czech Republic and English is not fluently spoken. My room was on the street side, which is a busy street with trams and therefore quite noisy at night.
The staff were friendly, it was a great location close to the trams and it was comfy.
