Pros: Loved this place all the way: the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and character of the place, and the comfortable room. Highly recommended!
Cons: Lots of stairs here, so be prepared to haul your suitcases around upon arrival and departure.

Pros: Stayed over New Years weekend 2018. Very good location near NYE festivities, many local points of interest, and a metro stop with easy transfer to pretty much anywhere, including the airport. This was fortunate because there were a lot of street closures for pedestrian traffic in the area during this time. The room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were tasty and the hotel had an onsite 24 hr bar and room service “snacks and beverages” menu, which came in very handy for a couple of night owls like ourselves.
Cons: It was difficult to organize a pickup from the airport, which was understandable given the holiday and our arrival times but this was not mentioned prior. I emailed my request the day before arrival and was not sent any communication letting me know whether my request was even received (it had been, it just wasn’t fulfilled). This just made for a less than positive first impression. An email back saying this wouldn’t be possible, while presenting my other transportation options, would have gone a very long way. Especially if I had received it while I was still coherent prior to my transatlantic flight! After this first hiccup, everything was smooth sailing for the remainder of the trip.

Pros: Staff were very accomdating and flexible. They met my need to be on a lower floor due to medical condition (as there is no lift) and request for a very early breakfast on the mornings of my hospital appointments. They also arranged a private taxi for me. The room was a good size for 3 people. My brother (who has severe autism) was positively received by the staff who were relaxed around him. The location in near a supermarket (you have to take the lift!!), great for additional snacks and drink! The terrace with a sea view was lovely and our room also had beautiful views to the sea and other rooftops.
Cons: The space around the adittional single bed was a bit small for an adult but the bed was comfortable. Location on top of the hill can be a bit tiring to walk to in the heat even when taking the 2 lifts from street level. The 2 free lifts built into the hill make this hotel much more accessible for those less able to climb up stairs but be aware that they close by 9pm! Terrace construction works were still taking place so it was a bit noisy in the mornings - but it was over soon and worth the wait to use the terrace in the evenings! Only continental breakfast with no cooked items, but items provided were tasty (but the same each day). No free tea/coffee/bottle of water in the room which makes the supermarket a must. More toiletries could have been provided each day considering there were 3 adults in the room.

Cons: Kayak says there’s a free airport shuttle, which is the main reason I booked this hotel. There is a shuttle, but it’s not free. It’s 13€. If it wasn’t for that, I would have nothing bad to say.

Pros: Had an overnight stay in Lisbon on my way home from Holland. Randomly booked here and overall enjoyed my stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location to walk about and see the city. Would recommend and possibly stay again if I ever end up in Lisbon!
