Staff was very helpful and courteous, location was perfect, pool area was well maintained and not too crowded. I also find Bellagio size to be just right, with enough different options of things to do but not overwhelming. I also liked that they had chairs and little tables scattered all around the hotel so that you can have your drink while people watching, just like you are in a cafe. Plumbing in our bathroom was very noisy and would bother us during the night

Clean, smart, luxury hotel with a central location. Certain bar staff were uninterested in the customers they were serving, on one occasion when asked for milk for tea, swung the fridge door open at such force it swung back on himself. The drinks were thrown down instead of being placed. A level of service not commensurate with this very nice hotel.
The resort fees they charge are rediculous, I have no idea what these are for
The room and the hotel decoration was amazing. I did not like the room entertainment was very poor. Usually you get to see movies at not extra cost, however at the Bellagio it was a charge of 12 dollar per movie. Frankly, quite disappointed. Also, the restaurants were closed at 10 or 10:30, quite early if you want a late dinner after the show. The access to the spa was also at extra charge regardless if you were having treatment or not.
Size of room, location on the strip
The rooms are a perfect size and the hotel has fantastic if not pricey food options. Would go just for the food if I had to! Cigarette smoke in Vegas is a real issue. If you don't like your entire wardrobe smelling of cigarette smoke, I'd suggest one of the strictly non-smoking hotels.
the pool area is amazing the interior of the hotel is so beautiful, customer service in on track, and lots of privacy. that we can't take our own food/drinks to the pool, not too many bars open when the pools opens and i can't believe graygoose with red bull is 23.00 !!!!! thats all i drink, i had my own liquor and red bulls couldn't enjoy them at all since i spend most of the day at the pool
Nice clean rooms Charges for internet, resort fee, etc. They just try to squeeze every penny out of you. I don't mind paying for things but I hate getting ripped off.

Automated check in at the main loby was a disaster. Had to then wait in a 45 minute line for the clerk to tell us our rooms were at the Nobu Hotel. I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Ceasars towers and paid extra. When we arrived at Nobu, the only room that was available was one with a king bed and they would send a roll away. Mind you, this is at 10pm after a long day of travel.
The tv in our room did not work and nobody came to fix it.
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.

Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.

I'm in the middle of the strip. Can basically go anywhere. Tried to go to the Mexican restaurant lounge downstairs. Something with the name Charlie and the hostess was really rude.
The room was good for the price. Bathroom was ok. The view was ok. It was clean. I didn't like that I have to wait to check in and check out. Of 16 only 5 were open. I'm I will waiting for my deposit to be return. Staff was okay. And they woke me up at 8 to clean the room knowing the check out was at 11.
They only had 2 available floors for parking which were full. My room was out dated, dirty and the maid never cleaned the bathroom or removed the used towels. I had drink residue in my cups and my floor was completely dusty. I've never had such a horrible experience at this hotel. I'm extremely disappointed.
The location is great and the hotel is a good size- not too big Rooms seem to have been updated some but bathrooms still need work.

Location was good. Not like a labyrinth like other LV hotels ... Bells goo is like running a marathon to get to one's room. Room needs to be fluffed. Tired is a good description. Decor fine but seems in need of renovation.
Location and facilities surronded the hotel. The room is old style and there was nothing in the mini bar.
Some Staff in reception & buffet were very rude & didn't know what hospitality means.
Beautiful room. Comfortable stay. Able to use a kiosk to check in rather than wait in a long line to check in. Plus, we got to check in early! Being charged resort fees of over $30 per day. Pool is closed. We didn't use WiFi. What am I paying for? Plus only 1 of the 2 keys worked.

It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer
They upgraded our room to a suite on the 31st floor and our French student that is staying with us was thrilled....she LOVED the experience! Thank You! We also love the Paris Buffet...it's always our choice for brunch when we are in Vegas.
Clean, quiet, and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located on the strip. Check-in/check-out is painful and well below the standard of other Vegas hotels. Maybe it would be better were their automated kiosks working, but they never seem to be.
The atmosphere in this hotel defies all expectation. We were blown away by the decor and the room itself. We definitely want to stay again! We didn't particularly like that the hotel charges a $30+ resort fee on top of whatever your rate is that you book. It just seems unnecessary.

It was clean, well run, and the location can not be beat. I was not expecting the loud thumping music keeping me awake until two in the morning from their in-house nightclub. Yes it was a weekend, and no, I'm not their young hip target guest. So bottom line, have a family? Avoid The Cromwell

Location is perfect for walking along the strip. GIADA's restaurant is excellent. Food,atmosphere and service was first class.
The hotel went above and beyond to provide a great experience for the bachelorette party that I stayed with. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the hotel.

Location of the hotel... mid-strip, close to everything. We saved a lot on transportation. The rooms themselves were not up to what I expected. No coffee makers (so I'll spend $5 a cup downstairs @ Starbucks?), tiny window with "strip view", closet/tv armoire was falling apart, carpet was old, no refrigerator.
Very central & on main strip. Comfortable, pleasant with good shopping ammenities. Whilst smoking is permited in the resort, you could not smell the smoke as you walked through the casino unlike other hotels. The hotel coffee lounge provided poor service. We ordered cappuccino's to receive a very small tea cup that was only half full. When we asked for milk to top it up it was brought out cold. They charged enough to provide a decent size & quality of coffee. You'd expect more from a hotel like this.

comfy beds and pillow selection. No room safe. Valet takes too long (average 30 mins. car pick-up). Self park garage too far from main lobby that we avoided meeting our friends at the hotel for dining and gaming. Too much walking...just inconvenient.
The location was great, very central on the strip. Good shopping facilities and restaurants. Staff were a little slow to respond to a maintenance issue we had in our room.

we were upgraded to a great room with a view over the Bellagio fountains and the Paris balloon. We had such a good stay we didn't want to leave!
Comfort in the room. facilities throughout the complex. Dining options-good value. Found the arrival and parking stressful in thet we could not self park and opted for the valet service which ended up O.K.but we didn't know that at the time.Not enough personnel for checking in- quite a wait.
Comforatable large room. Pools were excellent. Being accosted by Guest services as soon as we checked in for a so called "Free Dinner", which turned into a sales speel about a presentation we should go to that would tell us about the hotels changes etc. In the end we got a free breakfast (if you can call it that) - packages muffins and Danishes, awful machine coffee (not exactly as he had described initailly). In the end it was a sales pitch about buying into a timeshare of the hotel!! Wasted 2hrs of our time and we only had a day and a half there as it was. Watch out for anyone who offers something free - as it all ends out being timeshare selling.
Facilities on the hotel side are poorer than others on the strip and facilities such as gym are extra and expensive. Quality of the restaurants and service is very poor and same price as others around - best avoided in the hotel
There were 2 nightstand lamps, one was not working, and the other one had a light bulb hanging off the base (the socket is broken). The room was way too dark. I called house keeping to ask for an extra floor lamp and fixing the 2 night stand lamps. The did give us a floor lamp, changed the light bulb on the dead lamp, but they did not fix the one with broken socket so the light bulb was hanging on the base during out entire stay (not exceptable for such a high standard hotel !!!)
I love the large room we stayed in and that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious also. The online checkout was super convenient! You can't beat the location right in the middle of the Las Vegas strip! Black marker stains were on the sheets. The headboard on our bed did not look like it was cleaned. The counters were definitely not wiped down, there was sticky residue left from the last guests.

Nothing !!! Customer service was horrible. Rooms were dirty, heather didn't work , shower head was broken , the shower room light bolb was burned, whither and waitresses were super rude at the casino , customer service was super poor and I did not enjoy any second of my stay at this hotel. Requested refund but was rejected in very rude wat. Dissatisfied custo r will never return to this hotel !!!
Perfect location it is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the strip. The "resort fee" is ridiculous. Defiantly did not get the resort feel, but overall still a cheap hotel.

Pool area was nice, location is great! In need of updating and deep cleaning! The room we were in was very out dated, and not clean. The beds were old and pillows lumpy. The room was 'smoke free' however it wreaked of cigarettes, and had cigarette burns in the furniture. It is not likely that I will stay at Bally's again.
loved it but couldn't believe Sat they wanted to charge us like 499$..We had to move hotels after staying there the previous two nights cause you wouldn't charge us less for one night. You wouldn't be accommodating for one night during the holiday..we wanted to stay at your hotel on Sat since we had been there 2 days prior. it really ruined our last day there trying to move hotels and move all our things. We should be comped something for this inconvenience. We have always had a great stay with you and this time nope it was bad.
First, location is great! Jubilee tower was ok. Room was clean and larger. Stated we had a 'Strip' view...what we actually saw was the strip from an angle and looked directly at the Paris Eiffel Tower. The staff were polite and nice. With that being said, probably won't stay here again. Supposedly a non smoking room. Walked into the room and someone had to have smoked a joint in it within the previous minutes we arrived. The toilets kept spitting up water saturating the seat (not just my room, other friends that were there said the same) that was gross. The hotel lobby/casino was very smokey and our clothes all stunk of cigarettes. Other casino's have decent circulation systems since smoking is allowed. On two nights during our stay, there was a very loud band playing under the Paris Tower outside and they went until 4am. I know it is Vegas, but that is crazy!
