Pros (+) Really loved the room. It was great having a large space and a fridge with a water and ice dispenser! Very unexpected surprise, I wish more hotels had that in their rooms!

Pros (+) I loved the customer service. The bellhop was a little slow but when we had a problem with our shower draining the hotel comped us and put us in a much nicer room for a value of $60 a night for free. ...
Cons (-) I did not like that in the first room we had originally, the shower did not drain properly and the staff wasn't sure how to fix, but they did give us a much bigger and nicer room as a result.
