I loved the restaurants and the convention facilities as well as the staff and house cleaning!!
The WEST TOWER is OLD, OUTDATED, poorly maintained (grout around bathroom tile is 3rd class, missing make-up mirror, wood chipped nightstands, painted built in dress is third rate, no pictures on walls but holes still there!! What the heck!! Am I in a 3rd world hotel? Old ugly carpet!!
The beds are the best and the pillows are like clouds
It is huge with a lot of choices. It is also in a great location.
The rooms could be updated. We expected a view of the strip when that is the type of room we selected. The shower wasn't very clean.
My television wasn’t working, I called 3 times over the day and no one ever came to fix it. The forth time I called I had to ask them to switch my room. I was there to relax and visit my granddaughter hang in the room catch up n watch a movie. Very disappointing. The resort tax and 24.00 for valet parking made my stay so expensive. It’s sad you have to pay for things you don’t use. I would not stay there again
hotel is looking very tired....leather chairs in public bars had rips in them....in need of refurbishment...AC in casino struggles with all the smoke...
