The rooms were small but thoughtfully appointed. The cafe was decent and there is no shortage of great food nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value! Located almost midway between the two nearest train lines made getting around a bit more work.
the staff was very helpful very welcoming .the service was very fast the rooms were not very clean they were ok ,the rooms were little small
Located at Jalan TAR, which is convenient and accessible to all locations in the city. The location of the hotel was not easy to find (hide by the stalls i front of the entrance). Suggested to improve hospitality. Towel was not provided in the room.
The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was good. There was a stale damp smell in the room. There was no window in the room. Noisy people outside every night. Also there is a market outside the hotel.
The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to the train station, bus terminal, shopping centre. The staff didn't take note what customer needs. I extended 1 day stay and informed hotel staff to re-tidy up the room, feel frustrated when I went back to see the room after 3 hours because the room was not re-tidy at all. The air-cond is not working good. The shower pipe also broken,
Very nice modern hotel with modern staff. Just a 1 minute walk from the subway and few minutes walking from Chinatown.I would really recomend this hotel. Great breakfast also!
It was a good stay, location was close to major landmarks, quite and affordable. would be better if they could provide tea facilities with couple of glasses or cups in room along with iron which was provided only for 20mins on request. breakfast has limited menu
Excellent location, very close to Masjid Jamek LRT station and accessible to all locations in the city. It may be difficult to find the hotel entrance but if you take LRT from the KL sentral and arrive Masjid Jamek LRT station, just after the final escalator, look up right to the buildings around and you will see the hotel's signboard, otherwise you can miss the building as the entrance is hidden behind the stalls. Room is rather small and have no window to open. It is really very dirty, and bed sheets were full of stains, we even see a footprint on our pillow sheet, the floor is covered with carpet but I assume it is rarely swept. The aircondition is blowing directly to the bed and you can not adjust the blowing rate. The breakfast is very poor and only has rice, noodles, scrambled egg with onions and fruit, plus you are not allowed to bring food from outside. Internet provided is very poor, you give up after waiting 15 min to open a single page.
Very helpful staff. Close to the mosque and was waken up by the loud prayer at 5.30am. The prayer lasted approximately 20minutes.
Stay at room and sleep type of hotel. congested outside, hotel name was not seen by my taxi driver. he had to take 2 rounds to discover the hotel. outside vendors around the hotel. reception could have been better with better staff. room service telephone rang 2 times , nobody attended.
Nice small room, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very close to Masjid Jamak station. 1 mins walk! Ideal for a backpacker I feel. The toilet was not cleaned and there were some stains in places it shouldnt have been in it. Also, the location is very poor. Its right in the bazar in little india with the entrance covered by bazar shops. The area deffinitely does not feel safe at night.
It was very convenient from the airport to get to the train station that was maybe less than 5 min walk. It was maybe 30min for KLIA express to Sentral station and then another 10 mins to station for the hotel. It was close to so many attractions, Mosque, Merdaka Square, Central market, Chinatown, Little India. It was a short train ride to KLCC and to walk to the shopping mall strip. Walked to Jalan Alor street market for food. The rooms was small but comfy, its only for us to sleep and store our things. Served the purpose perfectly. NONE
