Nice hotel, front-desk staff not so great
The manager was quick to resolve our issues. Great kids room, gym, and pool area. The rooms in the new wing are nice and offer sufficient space for children.
The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.

The lobby and rooms were lovely. The F&B was great also.
The keycard entry to the rooms failed to work on almost every occasion though so this was a fairly annoying issue that was never addressed by the front office staff. Another issue that came up was when I asked on more than one occasion to extend my stay the fact that the hotel was in fact fully booked and therfore could not take my booking was never mentioned. I found this very frustrating and unhelpful.

The front desk staff was useless, though I had confirmed booking they said they didnt have any information, they didnt even give a late check out though I had two rooms booked and I told them that I shall let go of one of the rooms early they day before. Horrible front desk staff
