Pros (+) The hotel decor is pleasant and the in-room dining service excellent. The Cesar Salad was simply heavenly. The menu has variety. The food was delivered hot and nicely presented. The bathroom was sparkling and the shower was perfect. Turn-down service was nice a nice touch. Housekeeping deserves special mention. Housekeeping staff were responsive, pleasant and professional and went out of their way...
Cons (-) It was always difficult to contact room service. Invariably the call was transferred to the front desk who then transferred me back to room services. I thought the in-room dining was excellent once they finally were able to my orders. But there was no way to tip them. The final bill showed a space for tip %.
