Pros: Exceeded my expectations. Great staff, friendly attitudes. First time upgraded to executive level and it was eye opening. Drinks and light food served 2-3 times a day with a view from the 33rd floor executive lounge, all free for executive level. Really enjoyed the hotel and would return. Pretty big gym, real yoga mats, sauna I didn't get to try but will next time. Great bed and shower.
Cons: Lights were genuinely hard to figure out with their eccentric switch placement. Room was a bit dated but still very good.

Pros: Got the tower view room which was nice and clean. What made the stay pleasurable was the location and the staff. Particularly the concierge. Koy is the best. He helped arrange whatever we needed.I will not hesitate to stay here during a future visit. Oh, and the view is spectacular.

Pros: First time I stayed the room had good fung shuei odd shaped room but once I put away all the clutter it was fine. Outside window was dirty but you expect slime in the tropics. Second time I stayed I arrived in the evening and room was not ready yet. I asked why they did not contact me to tell me they would not have room for me. Not break answer. I took a room Inhad not ordered and they threw in breakfast. Was ok the room but I would not stay there again. Room had odd fung shuei . Too cluttered and too many unnecessary doors and passages

Pros: The hotel decor is pleasant and the in-room dining service excellent. The Cesar Salad was simply heavenly. The menu has variety. The food was delivered hot and nicely presented. The bathroom was sparkling and the shower was perfect. Turn-down service was nice a nice touch. Housekeeping deserves special mention. Housekeeping staff were responsive, pleasant and professional and went out of their way to drop off laundry and dry cleaning early.
Cons: It was always difficult to contact room service. Invariably the call was transferred to the front desk who then transferred me back to room services. I thought the in-room dining was excellent once they finally were able to my orders. But there was no way to tip them. The final bill showed a space for tip %. When i asked the front desk who benefited from the grand total tip, I was told it went to the front desk team. I think it would have been helpful if the tip could have been given to specific departments (I think housekeeping and in room dining deserved extra tips.) Although the reception staff were pleasant they were polite yet inflexible and mostly appeared unhelpful. At check in I mentioned to the club suite check in staff of possibly moving to a room with a better view at a higher level. They never looked into this and I ultimately stayed in the same room on the 4th floor. I also noticed the minibar was empty. When I inquired about this to the front desk I was told this was stocked upon demand only and that the check in staff should have mentioned this to me (it wasn’t.)

Cons: Wi-Fi is awful for a country with so many DotA2 players and capable fiber connections. Construction was ongoing all around the hotel so it was pretty noisy during the day.
