Pros:1. The breakfast become pre fix upfront choosing from three types only. No mention of buffet being changed to such way because of MCO. Want add some scramble eggs or another additional plate of fry rice also cannot. So bloody limited. If I know the breakfast become like this arrangement, wouldn't choose the breakfast option already. 2. The parking also its OMG!! So hard to park and need to pay somemore on top of room price. Yes it's mentioned in description, just that didn't expect pay for such hard to park carpark. Maybe because my car rather wide and long body. Come back at night sometimes the road is so jam and the lift is too narrow. And worse if you are waiting downstairs infront lift and suddenly another car coming down. We will have to reverse our car, its so bloody hard to reverse that we need to go one round again just to let the other driver come out from the lift. Because of some lorry park behind or those motorcycles simply park become its our hassle to in and out.
Cons:1. Lifts all no sanitisation. No one monitor in and out of lift. All just cramp inside never follow protocol. Even the cleaners also give of them come in even though we are inside the lift. Totally unsafe with regards to preventing the virus spread. 2. Main door entrance no one checks on body temperature also. All just come in and check in and go up to rooms. And worse still not all levels open, so every levels are cramped with full occupancy. Imagine the potential virus spread. 3. The slab of the floor is so thin. We stay on 2410, every night can hear 25th floor cleaning up dragging chairs and tables. No need to sleep until they are done tidying up.
