Pros: Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this. The smartphone they provide you in room with free international calls and data and Internet made wandering Hong Kong so much easier. The breakfast buffet is vast and huge and fancy and delicious. And the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. All needs are thought of and anticipated. The staff are incredibly attentive, you feel like you're a VIP. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Six million stars.

Pros: From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service was extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The rest of the facilities exude an approachable luxury that is likely to pamper any traveler. If included in the price of your stay, the buffet breakfast in The Market dining area is not to be believed. Foods from everywhere well prepared and exquisite service. Highly recommend staying here.
Cons: We dined in the top floor restaurant Above and Beyond and had the Peking Duck set menu with a wine pairing. Here, unfortunately, the highly attentive service became intrusive and absurd. For example, someone comes every minute to check on your table and rather than a casual glance this check includes a careful study. The servers would often jump in to do something unnecessary and pointless such as turning the water bottle so that the label faces you or randomly realigning items on the table in a fussy manner. And if you had the temerity to top off your own water glass, someone would jump in and grab the bottle form your hand. Aside form the overbearing service, the meal was only okay. The duck was tasty, but most of the other flavors were no more than ordinary. And the wine pairings were similarly undistinguished. Considering that the meal (at HKD 2000) was by far the most expensive one we had in 4 days in Hong Kong, it was a very poor value for money. I recommend going elsewhere despite the high rating this place receives on Trip Advisor.

Pros: We booked a club floor room and couldn’t have been happier. Great views, superb housekeeping, clean and comfortable. The club lounge is awesome - great breakfast, drinks and snack throughout most of the day, and terrific staff. The gym is really good for a hotel, with superb views too. The rooftop pool is lovely too. The location is super convenient to everything in Mong Kok as well as multiple MRT lines to go elsewhere.
Cons: Only minor complaint was that the room tended to stay very humid.

Pros: Eaton HK is a modern hotel with a great vibe. It's located in close proximity to Jordan MTR (5min walk), Temple St Markets (2min walk) and Ladies Markets (15min walk). Nathan Rd has many stores to meet your needs and Starbucks is located on the corner if you're after a reasonable coffee. We stayed in a family room which comfortably accommodated 5 (kids 14, 12,12). The pool and gym are small but convenient. There are great eating facilities on-site, with an impressive buffet breakfast for those that like to eat in and an impressive range of cuisines on offer throughout the day and night. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. We highly recommend Eaton HK and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Amenities were great. Design was good. Location was great for tourism/shopping.
Cons: Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!

Pros: Had some minor issue w/reservation not being under the exact name in my passport. Missing middle initial. They checked me in anyways. Hotel was close to everything, MTR station, eateries, laundry place, ladies market.
Cons: Housekeeping did not provide fresh bath mat often enough. They did not provide face clothes or other bathroom extras for my room. Whereas my friends' room was stocked w/the usual bathroom extras everyday. Worse part of stay was being awaken at 8am everyday by their renovation noises. Airport shuttle stop was 2 short blocks away, not in front of the hotel.

Pros: I like the location. It's located Exit C2 of Prince Edward MTR station which is literally one short block away. Many places to eat close by.
Cons: The standard rooms are the typically small size which is good if you are on a budget and don't mind being squished up a bit. Book a larger room such as Premier or better if you need more space.

Pros: This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event.
Cons: We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.

Pros: The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet considering the industrial location. It is not too far away from the MTR and the big APM shopping mall which provides convenience. The third floor has couple quiet visitor rooms that you can visit with friends if you find the room small.
Cons: The industrial location may not be pleasant for first time Hong Kong tourists.

Pros: The room is clean with everything that I need. I found the best price at USD$70 per night for 5 nights and then extended for another 2 nights for $100 each night. I am happy that they give me a room on high level at 25th floor with a little bit of harbor view. The staff is polite and professional. I will stay again if I can get a great deal in room rate
Cons: It takes about 8 minutes walk to Subway and all other big shopping area with thousand of people on the road. Once you get over the crowd and get your bearing, you are fine. Not recommend to those first time in Hong Kong as this is a bit of out of place. But for the price I play, it worths every penny. Even better than some AIRBNB.

Pros: Huge room for hong kong standards. Real (and huge) paintings in the room and corridors. Good location and excellent price. If you have a lot of baggage, the free shuttle to the airport express line ( hong kong station ) can be very convenient (otherwise subway can be faster)

Pros: Fairly quick check in process (which was also improved since the room was prepaid by booking through Kayak) Easy access via taxi, with a covered drop off/pick up area (great since it rains so much in Hong Kong) 2 complimentary bottles of filtered water
Cons: Safe in the room didn't work at all, and looked like it had been tampered with Small lobby with a ton of bags left by other guests, with minimal security and the bags out in the open Toilet was chipped and cracked Shower door didn't close fully, and the hot water took forever to come out Overall, pretty shabby decor and facilities for the price paid. I'd recommend Lanson Place Hotel over the Regal for any business travellers.

And I really did love the neighborhood it was in...just real and authentic Hong Kong people living their lives and you get to be part of all that action. At the end of the day, just outside the Mong Kok station, there is a small park with little asian older ladies doing Tai Chi until 11PM, and I would just sit there and watch as I rested my sore feet. And it was just very peaceful and relaxing.
Cons: The rooms are small, but it's to be expected. Beds are harder than western traveler's maybe used to. And it's about a 10 min walk to the MTR train stations. So after a long day of walking, it's not very convenient, but they do have a hotel shuttle running to a few of the nearby stations and other locations. You just have to catch it at the right time, or you'll have to wait another hour.

Pros: Very comfortable room, awesome view of Kowloon
Cons: Smelled like smoke or incense or something on my floor, can hear everything in the hallway but it's quiet as far as outside noise goes

Pros: *Affordable hotel *lovely local neighborhood *concierge were very polite *modern decor
Cons: *staff have poor English skills * room service diddnt knock before walking in to our room on two occasions *breakfast buffet was fairly disappointing, restaurant staff more interested in talking with each other than serving customer's. *reception staff messed up our room payment *ruined our trip - left Hong Kong on an earlier flight.
"Located in Wan Chai, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Hong Kong Sogo, Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park. Times Square Shopping Mall and Happy Valley Race Course are also within 15 minutes. Hong Kong Tin Hau Station is 6 minutes by foot and Hong Kong Causeway Bay Station is 6 minutes. "

Pros: The breakfast had a lot of good options (but in hindsight I would have chosen to eat elsewhere had I had time to look for another place before work)
Cons: The elevator took 10 minutes to get from the top of the hotel to the bottom. They had pest cleaning for 2 of the 8 days we were there. For a "king" room, you got a queen bed and there was almost no room for walking around the bed. Definitely not a good option for multiple family members staying in one room. The shower was short - hard to wash hair. The gym had a broken treadmill and bicycle and a few free weights. The room itself was about 7'x7' so not nearly enough for more than one person to work out by themselves.
