The staff, in particular Grace, Natalie, Christy, Cynthia and Jim were fantastic and gave great personal service to us. Our room and the benefits of the Executive Lounge (for a small extra charge) were well worthwhile and enabled a very relaxed and comfortable stay.

Few blocks to subway station.

Close access to MRT, great harbour views from residents club lounge and friendly helpful staff. Club rooms were large

Great hotel, helpful and friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms with amazing views, good location, great breakfast. The smart phone for guests to take out with them with internet was an amazing touch, so helpful!!

The only downside was the cost of drinks in the lounge bar, around A$15 for a coffee/juice/coke and higher still for any decent alcohol meant we couldn’t relax there after a long day but instead had to find another outside bar or just go to our room. Breakfast was reasonably priced (especially given it included coffee/juices etc) and was delicious and very extensive in terms of options.

The bed and sheets were very comfortable, the toilets were automated and I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that all guests are provided with a mobile device allowing free calls locally as well as numerous countries abroad and WiFi access to where ever you go in the city during your stay; just wonderful.
