Cons: The bathroom is small. There is a urine smell that won't go away even after it was cleaned. There is not enough space for extra towels. You have to dress up to go to breakfast. The pool is also small but it is indoors which is great!

Pros: We had an harbour view room on the 15. floor. The view was so awesome. The hotel is very centrally located and the subway entrance is right across the street (Exit P2). The room interior is very beautiful and service is very good. The room was big enough for an extra bed, we still hand plenty of space. The sofa right in front of the huge window was also very nice.

Cons: we was stayed for two nights.The room was uncomfortable for us.The most weird happened is my husband pendant was lost after woke up from bed.We found around the bed and on the floor but couldn't see it.At night when he was sat on toilet bowl he felt at his back was something use a tool to scratch him.So he may used his hand to touched his back and the pendant was inside the clothes .So, it was really surprised for this happened.While ago, he was lay down on bed see mobile and suddenly the bed head lamp which located beside of him was exploded and our room become dark.There power was shut down.So we went to reception and asked to change room.After moved in to new room, the light was flash on and off.It really make us can't sleep well for the whole night.That little horrible!!!

Cons: The admin of the hotel appears to be poor . We were quizzed about too many people having breakfast when that was not the case . The Managment did apologise subsequently which was great . Then we paid for late checkout only to be quizzed about this by another member of staff . The concierge department however was very good and helpful . Rooms are small — our bathroom was tiny .Breakfast was OK — but could do with a bit more choice for vegetarians .

The view alone made our stay in Hong Kong. Amazing. And we went up to the bar - even better view - and enjoyed reasonably priced happy hour drinks. The staff were always helpful and when we needed boarding passes printed they arrived at our room within minutes. But we were lucky, and got a good deal by booking several months ahead. I'm not sure we would have been able to afford this great hotel otherwise.

Cons: Once when I passed the deposit form in the check out time, the staff didn't give me the money back until I realized when I was heading to the airport. I called the hotel, another staff said that her colleague has given me the money and asked me to check the envelope. Then I said I didn't receive it yet and asked her to check the CCTV to make it clear. When I get back to the hotel, the staff didn't even say sorry or show her emphaty and just gave me the money that made me upset that time.

Cons: They where not able to help me to put my bags up and also on the chekc out they told me they were too busy so I went down myself an no one where down strait they were free, also when I asked for help they didn’t help me, they don’t have a late menu to offer so if you arrive after 10pm you don’t have nothing to eat

Pros: My partner and I have had a very good stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The room was not overly big but we knew that would be the case. However, it can definitely accommodates 2 adults. I really cannot fault the hotel. We would most certainly stay there again.

Cons: The breakfast selection was not so great but I have to admit that I am a bit spoiled. I travel a lot to Malaysia and there one gets a North-American, a European, a Chinese and an Indian breakfast, very often prepared right there. Therefore, I have higher expectations.

Cons: This is definitely not a grand hotel as the name suggests. Only two rooms. Small and nasty and a little bigger and nasty. An upgraded superior room comes with two single beds and no way of getting a double bed. The mattress made me think back of dorm room days. We had to put A Blanket over the mattress to prevent the bed springs from killing my back. The fridge is just an ornament.
