Pros: The Ritz staff is world class! The bellman rocks!
Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: I loved everything about it. Clean, great view, kid friendly, staff was helpful.
Cons: The parking charge for 20 dollars you would think spending so much money to stay there parking would be free.
Pros: Size of room
Cons: Many large groups that were very loud and partying.
Cons: pet fee was a little high
Pros: The spa services were exceptional. Bob's chop house was delicious and convenient for my husband and I to celebrate. Our room was ready and clean the three days we stayed.
Cons: The only complaint was that we thought there was a mini microwave and there wasn't. Other than that we were fine.
Pros: Being greeted with champagne
Live band in the lobby
Clean and comfortable room
Staff were friendly and professional
Pros: Luxurious rooms, very nice spacious bathroom.
Pros: The pillows and bed were worth every single penny. Getting ready for a night out with my husband and being able to watch tv in the bathroom was a luxury I will not soon forget. Breathtaking view!
Cons: We requested a quiet room but there was a convention with young teenagers staying there and they were a bit unruly and loud.
Pros: The rooftop pool was an amazing feature. The pool was a blessed relief after a hot, muggy day. It was also in a central location downtown. Plenty of restaurant options nearby - although the hotel restaurant - Texas Spice - was a nice option as well. The work out facility was up to date with amazing views of the city. Certainly worth while.
Pros: We loved the room , restaurants and felt it was a good value for amenities
Cons: We called to make reservations to the Texas Spice & got no answer. Front desk tried and told us restaurant was booked. Called restaurant 10 min later. They answered and got us in at our requested time. Restaurant was half full. So communication breakdown. But it all worked out
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Omni in Dallas. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, pool is awesome and the restaurant "Texas Spice" is really nice. We recommend this hotel for families looking for luxurious place to stay in Dallas.
Pros: Great experience. We had a great view of downtown.
Cons: Pool closed too early. Parking too expensive.
Pros: My son's wedding party stayed at the Omni. The staff and service at this hotel could not have been more helpful or gracious. This is now my " go to" hotel in Dallas.
Located in West End Historic District, this luxury hotel is steps from Katy Trail and Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Dallas World Aquarium and Sixth Floor Museum are also within 15 minutes.
Pros: Rooms are very nice. Complementary coffee on each floor. Staff was wonderful.
Cons: Pool and bar were meat markets. If you are into that sort of thing then I guess this could be a positive.
Hotel ZaZa is located in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The hotel stands 1 mile from West Village shops and less than 2 miles from the Dallas Convention Center. The arts and entertainment district is located 1 mile from the hotel.

Dragonfly Restaurant features a 237-bottle wine collection and global cuisine prepared in the kitchen of Chef Dan Landsberg. During winter months, the pool is covered by a lit Plexiglas floor that creates the illusion of walking on water. DJs provide entertainment on select evenings. The business center offers fax, photocopy, and print services. Function space accommodates up to 300 people. The nail salon features zero-gravity chairs. Hydrotherapy tub provide therapeutic benefits. A 24-hour, complimentary fitness room contains cardiovascular and weight-training equipment.
The four-story Hotel ZaZa offers guestrooms with cityscape or pool views. Beds are draped beneath Italian Frette linens and topped with down pillows and comforters. Butler pantries are located on each floor. Standard rooms feature dark-wood furnishings and bathrooms with chocolate-brown marble vanities. Fanciful Concept Suites are decorated according to themes, such as the Out of Africa and the Moulin Rouge suites.
Pros: Everything was indefinably perfect. This was my first experience with a four star hotel, and I walked in with high expectations. They met and exceeded every single one. The environment is luxurious, the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We were given a ride to our concert venue free of charge, and when no drivers were available to pick us up, the concierge did so himself (Daniel's a great guy). The cocktails in the lobby bar were unique and tasty. The store across from the lobby bar (an art book store) stocks some great additions to any coffee table. And our purchase was transported up to our room with a little note from the concierge: "Enjoy your staycation." We had only told him once that we weren't from out of town, but he remembered. We felt like royalty from check-in to check-out. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dallas.
Cons: Shower didn't have hot water. We didn't alert the staff because we found out too close to check-out. I imagine, with the quality of customer service we experienced, they would have been up really quickly to fix it.
Pros: Great service, good restaurants and bars. Well done
Cons: Downtown Dallas is cool but there is a limit to what you can do there now
Pros: Modern decor and great amenities
Cons: Not enough wash cloths...
Cons: Some of the staff were a bit condescending at times. Just because I'm not wearing slacks and shoes that shimmer, doesn't mean I can't afford to stay in your hotel.
Pros: Staff was fantastic! Rooms were fun with great amenities. Small but great for a short trip.
Cons: Air conditioning issues
Cons: Cramped slow elevators
Pros: The atmosphere
Pros: The minute you pull up the The Joule you know this is something different. The lobby is unique and modern without being cold and industrial. At check in we were handed a glass of sparkling wine. The staff was excellent. The were very professional yet extremely friendly. Not once did I get the pretentious feeling that I sometimes get from 4 star hotels. Every staff person I came in contact with went out of their way to be helpful and made me feel like a valued guest. The room was very comfortable and the design modern. I could tell that a lot of thought went into the design; picking the fabrics, fixtures, colors, etc.
I would here again in a heartbeat.
Pros: The staff at The Joule is amazing and incredibly attentive. They upgraded us to the larger room. Someone helped us to our room with our bags. Since we had never been there, he gave us a quick tour of the room and told us all about the hotel. You can tell they are very proud of the hotel, and they should be. It is gorgeous!
I have stayed at The W in downtown Dallas, and got the worst service there. The Joule is so much better in every aspect, and it doesn't cost as much.
Located in Main Street District, this luxury hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Comerica Bank Tower, Dallas World Aquarium, and Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Sixth Floor Museum and Nasher Sculpture Center are also within 15 minutes.
Pros: My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night while I was in town visiting her and we had an amazing time. She lives in Dallas but we took a night in a hotel just for a nice change of scenery and had an experience we will remember forever. The room was spectacular but I have to mention the service first. Our friend at the front desk, Angelina Fiorini, was incredibly pleasant to talk to and helpful. one of the best hotel front desk staff I've talked with in a long time. Even though my girlfriend and I were there for a private night away we were still desighted to have a long conversation with her.
After our chat we went up to the room. Angelina gave us a junior suite which was well decorated and filled with quality furniture, a comfy bed and a great bathroom. We decided if we ever live in a house it should feel like this place.
Glad we got to stay at the stoneleigh and will definitely come back when we need a comfortable spot in Dallas.
Cons: There was no fitted sheet on the bed.
Pros: Great location in uptown. A nice, modern look.
Cons: Mandatory $25 valet was unexpected
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very spacious walk-in closets.
Cons: The handle that controlled the water was not working so you would eaither take a cold shower or a burning hot shower.
Pros: Nice, comfortable rooms. Spacious. Nice decor, great breakfast place and bar in the hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. Great location.
Pros: The hotel it's very nice, elegant, clean close to Ritz Carlton or super high end hotels for 1/2 of the money.
Cons: Staff it's nice but maybe that's the difference with hotels that charge 500 USD per night.
Classic and modern elegance are juxtaposed at the chic uptown location of Le Méridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh. This historic 1923 Art Deco building is steps from businesses, museums, boutique shopping, cutting-edge cuisine, and stimulating nightlife. The Spa at Stoneleigh indulges guests with rejuvenating experiences. Graze Restaurant is an enlightened steakhouse that serves prime cuts of meat. Dallas meetings and events are hosted with flair in 6,000 square feet of Dorothy Draper-designed space. In each of our 176 guest rooms and suites, warm cinnabar and charcoal color palettes blend modern amenities with custom mahogany and marble-topped furniture. Bathrooms feature sleek black-and-white Calcutta marble flooring and chrome fixtures.
Pros: The rooms were amazing. Great location in Dallas.
Cons: The elevator was a little too high tech.
Pros: Cleanliness and willingness of the staff to help find a more comfortable room.
Cons: When the hotel lost power and the fire alarm was tripped it seemed that the emergency response was disorganized and didn't have a clear leader. I was also disappointed in the city, there was not one police officer or fire fighter at the from of the hotel helping matters. Felt very unsafe throughout the situation.
Pros: The Marriott location couldn't be better. Being located inside the city center was an experience in itself. It's as if your in a city...inside! Loved our balcony. Overall was more than pleased!
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and up-to-date.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the weather. The hotel was great.

Pros: The lobby is beautiful. And the pool is very cool being on the 5th floor.
Cons: Seemed like it was geared more for business purposes than families. No Continental breakfast.
Pros: Great staff, great location. Cool vibe.
Cons: 30.00 to park. yikes.
Pros: it was downtown
Cons: I pulled up to valet and I was told it was a mere $30 to valet and $12 EVERY time you have your car pulled up. Valet tells me I can park in the garage next door for $15 a night. The next morning when I inserted my parking ticket, $30! Not happy!!
Pros: Location. Decor. Hospitality.
Pros: Chic, boutique style, *very* polished & professional staff, great downtown location.
Cons: Some mis-steps at the hotel restaurant. It wasn't anything terrible, it's that the rest of the service was so good, that this stood out by comparison.
Pros: Great location, new hotel so in great condition, friendly staff. Great stay and the rate was amazing. 5 stars because with the rate I was expecting a less quality stay.
Cons: Parking is $30 a night and you can park in the next garage (right next door) for $5 on the weekends. Don't park with the hotel. Also, they can't accommodate late checkouts since it is a smaller hotel and does not have 24hr housekeeping, not a big deal
Pros: The room stayed pretty cool.
Cons: Housekeeping never came tonswitxh out towels or clean the room. The toilet handle broke and it was unable to flush. It took two phone calls and several hours before it was fixed.
Cons: I didn't like the bar in the hotel. They said that it closed at 10, and we went in well before 10, but were told it was shut down already. It was our 10 anniversary and we wanted to end the night with one drink, but instead had to walk to a different bar.
Pros: The location. Walking distance to many attractions.
Cons: Many college kids were there for the long weekend. Noisy in the lobby area near the elevator on the night we arrived.
Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: No room service menu in room.

Pros: This was like going back in time 15 years ago - such great customer service from valet, bellman and check in - everyone treated like you were the only one there.
We felt pampered
Pros: Great price ,location & service
Cons: The facilities have been updated but you can still tell it's a very old hotel. The a/c in our room wasn't great. Would stay there again!
Cons: The room was very warm and got even warmer in the middle of the night. I complained to the front desk and they said they would send a technician, but the temp never changed by much.
Cons: The AC couldn't keep up to keep me comfortable.
Pros: Was willing to remove a faulty charge
Cons: No hot water, TV didn't work, coffee machine in room did not work either, and a very loud AC
Pros: Great service at the bar. Friendly bar staff. Great desk staff in the lobby.
Pros: Courtesy car will take you anywhere in 1 mile radius... BIG plus for us. Staff are super friendly!
Pros: Location was good. The hotel had a lot of amenities.
Cons: The bar staff was not very good. Not friendly at all. Enjoyed the stay but it was not as nice as other Fairmonts where I've stayed.
Pros: We felt welcomed, respected and valued as if we were family.
The hotel is all about making you feel important. It is immaculate, the service was perfect in every respect. The staff made us feel comfortable as though we were both important and yet like we were old friends.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Pros: The staff were super. Very helpful and everyone was smiling! I stay at the Fairmont when I am visiting customers for business. Our family trip took us through Dallas and the only hotel I thought of was the Fairmont. My family will definitely visit the Fairmont in the future again.
Cons: All good! Bartender made great drinks, pool was awesome for my daughter and wife and location was superb for walking to dinner.
The Fairmont Dallas luxury hotel in Texas is ideally located in heart of downtown Dallas Arts District offering fine dining, shopping, arts, and entertainment, and combines hospitality and elegance with Texas flair. Accommodations include iHome iPod docking stations in deluxe rooms and suites. Fairmont Gold, an exclusive lifestyle hotel experience, includes private check-in, healthy continental breakfast in lounge, and Bose music system in guestroom.
Cons: Parlor rooms are pull out beds not a actual bed, Kayak did not define that
Pros: A remarkable hotel at the epicenter of Dallas. The hotel has immediate access to all local Dart rail trains (leading everywhere), the T (taking you to Fort Worth) and Amtrak with straight connections to Chicago and Los Angeles. A memorable vacation starts with 1 or 2 nights here and then a surprise trip either on Amtrak or Dart out to DFW airport. The atrium is amazing with views of Reunion tower and the famed 560 Wolfgang Puck's restaurant. Make your reservations at least 2-3 weeks out to get an available time slot for a memorable night viewing downtown Dallas from 3/4 of mile away and 560 feet up in the air. Room was spacious and immaculate and view of downtown, rail station, Omni was incredible. Request a view of downtown when you check in.
Cons: Valet parking is a little pricey so I opted for self pay parking at the Amtrak station ($6 for 12 hours)
Pros: Super pet friendly. They welcomed my dog with a hyatt dog bed and dog dish for her and also gave us two treats that she enjoyed. However, there is a pet depost of $100 that's non-refundable
Cons: All good
Pros: I loved the location. Friday nights dinner at five-sixty was wonder full and the view amazing. Saturday morning we awoke and took a stroll through downtown dallas. And the shops on the 1st level were convenient.
Cons: So last weekends stay was all for fiancee....Shes been really stressed lately and i wanted to give her a night to remember.First off partially my fault, but i booked on prom weekend so parking was horrible. I actually ended up parking across the street from Reunion Tower. Then greeted at the front desk i find that they've stuck me into a double queen handicap room, not ok. After speaking with the young lady down stairs she apologizes and gives me a different room. Again its a double queen not the single room. I had booked. Then when i go to wash up before dinner at the five-sixty, the drain to the sink was clogged and water poured on to the floor. Kids at the prom were having fun on the balcony, they were laughing, screaming and enjoying theyre night. Unfortunately for us, we were located right above...
Pros: View was awesome! Staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely will be stay here again when the chance comes up
Cons: Nothing was wrong
Pros: Very nice hotel, with excellent meeting facilities. Very convenient to West End nightlife and dining. Good food. Easy and cheap access to airport via rail (DART or TRE).
Cons: The train is a little noisy, even on the opposite site of the building.
Pros: The room was clean enough.
Cons: Valet is a joke. Staff is rude. Not pet friendly at all. Terrible location, hard to access. Expect long waits for any service needed and fees that aren't shown online. Make sure to really check your bill upon leaving. Ours was screwy. Couldn't complete a quick check-out, because we had to go to the desk to get it fixed, which took forever.
Pros: My entire experience was weird. When we first arrived, we wanted to unload our car and I got yelled at like I was a child. Literally yelled at. I had to be firm back in order to get direction as to what te he'll I was supposed to do. Then, upon check in, I was informed that for our two cars, self park was $40. I had no idea it would be so much. I was extremely unhappy but tried to remain optimistic. I purposefully found a hotel with a Pool per request of our group. The pool is a sick hilarious joke. It's the size of a van. It was ridiculous. It was also completely full because of the 10 whole people who were in it. Left the hotel an figured out they overcharged me. Called them and they "took care of it". Well they isn't it still is not reconciled in my account.
Cons: Over charged, expensive parking, rude parking dude, misleading pool size.
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful location and near everything.
Pros: Everything else.
Cons: Overpriced compared to facility. The room could have been cleaner. The entrance location is a bit tricky for pedestrians. Not my best hotel experience.
Pros: Contemporary rooms with great staff. Highly satisfied.
The silhouette of the hotel and Reunion Tower have given the Dallas skyline worldwide recognition. Located in the heart of downtown Dallas' West End District. Connected to Light rail and nearby business, sports, cultural and shopping areas. This is a smoke-free property.
Cons: Restaurant a bit on steep side, but staffed by helpful, attentive, professional people
Pros: The staff was brilliant. They really took care of us. When they found out it was my wife's birthday, they brought us a complimentary bottle of wine, amongst other things.
Pros: Staff was nice. The room was clean. Beautiful view. Room service was very quick!
Cons: The valet opened the door for me (driver), did not do anything for my wife (passenger). The rooms seemed to have thin walls, as we heard guest all through the night. There may have been a fraternity group reunion of some sort, and we may have been unfortunately stuck on the same floor as some of them. It hurt our stay to say the least.
Pros: It has a a good location with a good view of dallas
Cons: The beds were not comfortable and the TV picture was horrible
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was amazing, as well as the rooms. Definitely reccommend this hotel and will stay here on our next visit to Dallas.
Pros: I like how the building looking and most of the inside. This hotel I would say is for the riches.
Cons: The self parking wasn't free. I'm not going to pay someone to park my vehicle since I'm going to be staying there for one night. Inside the bathroom above the shower it the A/C unit. It appeared that it needed some updating because it looked like a 1 or 2 stars project.
Cons: Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay there again. Only negative thing was we ordered late night room service and it wasn't the best. We got the Philly steak sandwich.

Pros: IT WAS CONVIENENT FOR THE PLACE I WAS ATTENDING MOST OF MY STAY
Cons: THAT THEY ONLY CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY 7 DAYS.
Pros: If I had to live in a hotel for a while, this is the place I would like to stay! Clean, quiet, very well appointed with the necessities of such life including free laundry, 24-hr easily accessible food, gym, free wifi. Very well kept up & friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing at all! My third time staying here, and I'll do it again in a heartbeat.
Pros: I liked the space
It was great for the price
Pros: Great for the price
Cons: The elevator was out of service one night
Pros: The rooms were good. It appears that they rent the rooms for long term stay. The rooms had smell and it was there all the time. Some of the staff was good and the rest were not into customer satisfaction.
Cons: Smell in the room. I felt I paid a bit more since the rooms o for XXX a day on a month lease.

Pros: I want to start out with the presentation of the hotel. Very modern and chic. I loved it. We got to the hotel before check in and we were exhausted from a 8 hour trip. The lady let us check in earlier and I wish I would have gotten her name because she made our first solo hotel reservation experience a joy.
The rooms were spacious and had individuality that some hotels don't have. I will go back for sure!
Cons: I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. I also didn't like that they charged a $75 fee just in case we did something to the room. There was a staff member who didn't really seem welcoming but I won't hold it against the hotel or the staff member himself since everyone has an off day
Pros: Surprisingly affordable for such a beautiful place
From the grand lobby to the beautiful room this place was perfect. The employees couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating
Cons: As beautiful as room was next stay I would like windows facing outside as opposed to the lobby
Would've been nice to see a sun rise or set
The window shades needed to be closed for privacy it was easy for guests to see in from walkway
Pros: One of the best! The staff was very helpful. The restaurant/bar was great. Absolutely no negatives during my stay. When in Dallas, I'll stay there again.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Had a couple of issues with timeliness.
Ordered room service one morning, just 1 latte and 1 cappuccino, and it took over 1.5 hours to show up. We were told it would take 25 minutes.
We took a shuttle to dinner and that was fine. However, on the return trip, we were told a car would be there to get us in 15 minutes. It took just over an hour.
I can understand delays (especially driving on a Saturday night), but the complete lack of a good estimate on time and/or the lack of updates is what caused it to be an issue. The fact that we had to repeatedly call to get updates and were repeatedly given grossly inaccurate updates was the problem.
Pros: Overall good stay
Cons: Parking fee extra
Pros: The rooms were beautiful, very chic. The staff was awesome! It was very luxurious and the bed was very confortable!
Cons: Guests have to pay for parking daily, and it was pretty expensive.
Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and accomodating! Prices for parking, breakfast and bar were much too expensive in my opinion. Room had a mini frige that we could store our water and soda's that we brought. A microwave would have been a great addition to the room since we had left overs from some of the wonderful Dallas restaurants we visited. I would definately recommend to others but with a disclaimer that most ammenities come with $$$.
Pros: Amazing staff, gorgeous decor, and just an amazing experience
Pros: Great deal, amazing room. Location is good. Very clean and chic.
Cons: Did not like the $20 a night to park and definitely didn't like the over priced breakfast. Went back for seconds and got charged another $18 for a bowl of fruit, eggs and potatoes. Also, the bar was a bit steep as well. So NOT cool
Pros: Never stayed here before. Booked blind. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
Cons: I did not care for the hair products
Pros: Clean. Nice staff. Convenient location.
Cons: Asked for more towels to be delivered. Only two in room with three children. Never received them.

Pros: One elevator of 2 was out most of my stay. There with a large wedding party and we were all going and coming at same time. Very frustrating....
Pros: While the room was not super luxurious - for a business trip - it was perfect. Rather a NYC loft feel (hence the name) with modern vibe. I had a nice view of some of the Dallas skyline. I do believe they really are green conscious - with a little recycle bin in the room so I didn't have to feel guilty about water bottles being tossed. Very close to the convention center and Main Street where we found some nice eateries and pubs (a five minute walk). Super friendly staff from the front desk to the bartender at the lounge. At the end of the day, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Cons: Erm - the pool area could have used a little help. I have come to count upon the hotel shampoo & conditioner (never bother to pack my own anymore)- but didn't care for the pre-mixed stuff in the wall dispenser.
Pros: Good location. Cool, modern feel.
Cons: Bed was not the most comfortable, very firm.
Pros: Good location, easy check-in, & very helpful, friendly staff. Wouldn't consider the hipster, trendy decor, setting, etc., a bad thing- just different. Kinda cool (but glad I had researched online prior to know what to expect).
Cons: The shower wall (foggy glass) was a bit strange, especially for my situation - staying with a friend. There's no room service, but refreshment/snack bar had enough.
Pros: The Bar in the lobby was nice. Grrat location

Cons: The room was small with very few amenities. The tub would fill with water while showering. This was an issue that was reported to the front desk. Their response was "we will let someone know". Therefore my family had to shower in ankle deep water each time we showered. Also, the towel bar over the sink was not attached well and kept falling off.
Pros: room was comfortable and quiet.
Cons: Evening shower was luke-warm, morning was hot.
Pros: The assortment of furniture was an added bonus with the various positions of sitting and needing and so forth. And just the right privacy along with the availability of the sliding curtains and large glass door that offered a view from other guests if desired. Well done. The wife and I and our discrete companions will gladly use your rooms again. The wife left very satisfied.
Cons: One of our visitors didn't perform as expected but it was no fault of the hotel
Pros: Comfortable beds and nice small work station. I enjoyed the comfortable living area.
Cons: Prefer a tub option over just shower
Pros: The room was a nice size with a king sized bed, love seat, desk, and little bar area with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee area. This was nice as one could feel more at "home" even though he/she was in a hotel. The room also had a balcony which was big enough for two people to sit comfortably while enjoying the tree lined garden/walkway below. All in all, a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. The staff was friendly and got us in to a room as soon as possible. The location was also easily accessible to major freeways and highways so we could always get to our destinations in a timely manner.
Pros: This hotel was perfect for an affordable girls weekend getaway to Dallas. The staff was accommodating, the room spacious, and the location near the action.
Pros: Cleanliness and comfort,
Cons: Price of Breakfast

Cons: Few restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Pros: It was close to the venue of the event we were there for.
Cons: The room was paid for through kayak however the hotel charged me again at their regular rate.
Pros: Size of the suite, hot chocolate bar, fresh infused water :)
Cons: Had an issue w reservation and payment, inconvenience of waiting on ice, parking
Pros: The room was nice looking from walking in the door. Expect more from Marriott but this room and service was not the what you expect.
Cons: Where do I start?? I should had known this would not be a good stay by the service when I checked in. The gentleman in front of me was being taking care of wonderfully. The lady taken of me was not giving best service. She did not welcome me to the Hotel, ask may I help you, asked for my ID and credit card. Handed me the room key and said park on either side of Hotel. While I was waiting, I was listening to the other lady checking in the gentleman beside me.....WOW... customer service was great....she was very detailed from parking to where elevators are about his room.
The room.....appeared to be nice....however closer look....
The bathroom only had one light working, taking a shower in dim light.
Web site said Bath Robes....NO bath robes!!!!
My daughter noticed the desk chair....was RIPPED badly!!! Three inches across the front seat....OMG....showing the cushion...nasty!! Desk lamp didn't work.
Then when we went to bed.....another shocker....the pillows....SMELLED SO NASTY!!!
I called the desk....and was asked to be put on hold.....AFTER 5 minutes....I put the phone down and told my daughter let me know when some one answers.....I headed down stairs to the desk and saw the desk person standing there talking to a Security Person. I asked for a Manager, he said he was. I explained I had been put on hold and been waiting. Then about the pillows and asked if we could have more...he said "No", that they was over booked and didn't have any more. I asked him so I need to sleep without pillows? Manager sent the Security person to check the pillows.....needless to say after the Security Person called from the room and reported the smell was nasty on the on the pillows and the desk chair was terrible and as my daughter was telling about finding holes in the sheets...found painted finger nails on the floor!! The Manager was knocking on the door and said lets get you ladies out of this room and to a new room. When we got to the next room....few pillows was still nasty smell....seems maybe its from soured linens, ended up wrapping them in towels!
Manager also said he will find some bath robes due to second room had no bath robes!!! As we got settle in....noticed on the floor hair pins....REALLY....are these rooms cleaned after guests????
After all said and done...we did get $ 22 off the room rate....lolololol...
Oh.....being put on hold time....desk person AKA Manager...answered as I walked back in door with Security person....Do math of time that was....ride down elevator, explain about pillows, going back up to room (9th floor).

Pros: My husband and I stayed 1 night. There is renovations going on but didn't notice any noises or contractors. Just some caution comes st the entrance. The room was very nice and clean. room service was good and the food was tasty. Friendly staff for the most part. Bed was a nice comfy king size. We weren't sure if it was a remodeled room or not, it was overall a nice stay.
Cons: The toilet was a annoying, it took 6 flushes to flush tissue from blowing my nose. Must have been a low flow toilet. The staff were nice except they were prejudice against me getting the reservation through a 3rd party. They made several comments about it when we checked in and when we were checking out.
Cons: Breakfast was a zoo

Pros: -free breakfast, location, free wifi, and beautiful building with an excellent view. Manager Gina (spelling?) was very sweet and helpful
Cons: We checked in for New Year's Eve and specifically requested a room with a view of fireworks. The first room had no view, I had to pay for an upgraded room after going back downstairs. The room we got next was a disaster. Stains on the couches, dirty carpets, chair that was breaking, and fraying towels. The MOD came up to the room, looked at everything, apologized and moved us to yet another room. She was lovely and sent up a bottle of champagne but I would rather not have had to deal with switching rooms which led to us being very late for our dinner reservation. In short- rooms are not well maintained (last room had staples on the floor), only valet parking, SLOW elevators and front desk staff that don't seem to actually care.
Pros: Great location. Easy access. Nice large room. Included breakfast.
Pros: Beds were very comfortable!!!
Cons: no self parking, but using the texting valet service was quick and easy.
Nothing gluten free available for breakfast except fruit.
Gluten free dinner options were great and deliscious!
Cons: Housekeeping was TERRIBLE. We stayed 3 nights & they only made the bed every day. They never cleaned the bathroom, 2 of the 3 nights they didn't even replace our towels. I had to track down housekeeping to ask for some. They didn't vacuum or empty the trash. There were only 2 elevators that worked.
Pros: Came here for a birthday, everything was wonderful
Cons: Water pressure in shower was a bit lacking.
Pros: Professional and friendly service, excellent breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection, very nice decor, convenient location in the downtown . Our room had 2 queen beds with good mattresses. The stuff allowed us to check out one hour late and then let us sit in the lobby for an hour in the evening.
Pros: Good gym. Polite service. Clean.
Lots of restaurants and bars around.
Shuttle service provided.
Cons: No late night services and extra amenities.
Breakfast was great
Cons: The beds are a Queen size, at best, and so uncomfortable! Mattresses are in desperate need of updating. If a comfortable nights sleep is important to you, I would not recommend.
Pros: Our room was a one Queen bed. Room is small but very clean and nice. Bed is great. All staff are excellent. Bartender makes great "Mule" drinks and it is a good atmosphere. Breakfast comes with the room. You get hot scrambled eggs, ham, salsa, onions, mushrooms, breads, oatmeal, etc.
Cons: Drinks for the evening reception: you get 2 drinks each, house wine which is not good, or domestic beer...hope you like Bud or Miller, not good for me. They have plenty of drinks but you pay for anything else.
But the biggest problem is the food. We have eaten at Magnolia before and it was great. This time there is nothing good to say except for those who served us, excellent service. I sent my $29 rib eye back when it was well done instead of med. rare. Came back bloody pulp rare. I gave up. The spaghetti with veal meatball sounds great on paper and has no taste in reality. Given the other places around to eat, do not eat here as the kitchen has taken a dive.
Pros: Good location, The over all conditions of The building is good And nice
Cons: Housekeeping never Clean my room one day , The Manager in duty reduces USD 50 from The total Of my bill, but this discount does not compensate the inconvenience of this situation.
Pros: Great location, fre bud light draft from 5:30-6:30, free hot breakfast buffet (impressive spread on the weekends). Cool retro boutique vibe.
Cons: Weird smell in lobby, like cleaning agent masked with perfume. No dresser in our room to stash clothes, just a closet.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Elevator took too long.
Pegasus, the Flying Red Horse, shines brightly as the icon of Dallas, Texas from atop the downtown Dallas boutique hotel located in the Magnolia Petroleum Company Building, one of the city's most revered structures. Built in 1922, this 400-foot high, 29-story building was the first high rise in the United States to have air conditioning and the city's first skyscraper.
Cons: i booked the room at 91 dollars but it cost me 109 dollars plus taxes
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my elderly mother who uses a walker, and we were fully accommodated with a handicap room. The only downside was being next to the pool, which of course was lively with children. That problem disappeared with the weekend. Love that the desktop was on wheels and could be moved. Great for in-room meals & playing cards.
Cons: Construction on 635 apparently all completed, but could definitely hear the traffic. Also, I like lots of bright light, and I still didn't get it with every light in the place on. Maybe higher wattages would help.
