Cons: Pool and bar were meat markets. If you are into that sort of thing then I guess this could be a positive.

Cons: When we got to the hotel they did not have our room for us. We were on our honeymoon and made the reservation to make sure we had a room. The main issue was we were billed 50.00 and never charged anything for it. When we checked out they showed me the bills at check out and then found other charges that showed up on my bank statement. I had another issue like this at another Omni Hotel where the server changed the tip amount for more money when we turned in the bill. The other hotel fixed the problem but the issue still speaks volumes. I rather have trustworthy people and not have to worry about these issues after I stay somewhere. Not sure if I would ever go back or recommend the hotel.

Cons: No hotel airport pickup or shuttle travel to the hotel was very expensive, but it is Dallas Texas.

Cons: We requested a quiet room but there was a convention with young teenagers staying there and they were a bit unruly and loud.

Cons: The parking charge for 20 dollars you would think spending so much money to stay there parking would be free.

Cons: I stayed here because I had a great stay at the Omni in New Orleans. I feel the room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better, room service trays were left outside of the room which left a stench in the hallways. I wasn’t impressed with the room at all-especially not for the rate.

Cons: It would have been close to a perfect experience but for the queen mattress of our bed. It should have been thrown out and replaced at least 2 years ago. Horrible. They have to be aware of it. Rooms are supposedly being renovated this year but mattresses should never be allowed to get to this point. Basically could not sleep it was so bad. The overbite parking of $28 seems too high. We beat that by leaving our car at son's apartment. If it had been more reasonable, we would have left car at hotel. Will not stay here again unless I am guaranteed a good mattress.

Cons: Construction took away from atmosphere and luxury feel. Valet system was inefficient, long waits for car.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I almost got mugged on the walk over from the bus station (there were no taxis in sight, but of course that's not the hotel's fault). I didn't like that when I got there, at 11:40 PM, nobody was at the front desk and it seemed like I had woken up the woman who eventually got me checked in. I didn't like how long it took for her to figure out my reservation existed, especially as I was exhausted after a long day of travel. I didn't like that the room service took almost an hour (I ordered the simplest thing), causing me to debate with myself whether I could make myself stay away to eat or whether I should just sleep and eat the cold food in the morning. It's got some old-world charm, but some updates would be nice (how about free wifi, and an easy way to turn on a light when you first walk in the room?)

Cons: The shower water pressure was like taking a pressure washer and hosing off with it. Kind of painful. Not the hotel’s fault but based on the cars I heard on the nearby interstate all night, they were filming a new Fast and Furious movie. Couldn’t sleep very well.

Cons: That we spent 130.00 per night and then had to pay for parking.

Cons: TV kept loosing signal, staff question were not concrete and contradicted each other. The climate control wasn't working. Along with the facilities feeling humid n hot. Very uncomfortable especially with the weather of above 104.

Cons: very disappointed at the fact that we had to pay for parking after spending good money to stay overnight. If already paying for a room, should not have to pay extra for parking.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the attendants behind the counters did not inform us about the breakfast at the lounge especially after we paid for the executive room which included the breakfast. We had to go to the other restaurant in the atrium to eat and pay... The attendants in the hotel are not good.

Cons: For this room costing me $400/night it was a fairly poor value. The bathroom was so small that I had to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the shower. No balcony, no sitting room, the plumbing gurgled and rattled every time anyone used it nearby, and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room. The hotel is sooooo huge and no signs or directories. People were constantly lost and asking each other for directions everywhere I went (I don't get why they don't have signs in TX, not specific to the hotel alone, very few signs on the roads too). So basically the room was a confort inn with a hilton price tag. Nothing complimentary or included, not worth the money. Stay at the Sheraton across the street.

Cons: Needs an update

Cons: The hotel is an atrium hotel and is extremely large. During my stay there was a prom, a conference, and a wedding hosted by the hotel - it was extremely noisy and crowded. While its very large, its also quite an old hotel. There's one set of elevators for each atrium and the walk to and from the room is really long! Kayak listed it as 4 star and I've generally had a great experience with selected 4 star hotels throughout the country; this one was extremely disappointing.

Cons: The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.

Cons: They put us in the middle of a high school cheerleading convention. Didnt sleep one night with teenage girls running wild throughout the hallways at all hours. Management did NOTHING to control them. Management offered no apologie or follow up. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again!

Cons: There was only one front desk representative at both front desks at 6:30 pm. I needed another key a was quite a wait. The parking is a total pain for $19, the gate readers do not work well. There was only one small trash can under the desk and none in the bathroom. And there was a creepy crawling visitor in the shower on the 20th floor.

Cons: Maintenance man knocked on our door at 9:30 to clean AC filter. We had Do Not Disturb sign on the door but he still knocked on the door. Kept knocking few times and woke me up.

Cons: There were a lot of hidden charges and the staff was a little disorganized.
