Hotels near Addison airport

Pros: The hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. It was very peaceful and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was included and other perks included a world class fitness center, an outdoor running/walking path, and a very nice pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dallas. The price value is incredible. This is a hidden gem.

Pros: Everything was great! We enjoyed the fitness center, got massages and loved the walking/jogging track. Everything was very clean which we always appreciate. Staff was always helpf and friendly. We will definately be back on our trips to Dallas.

Cons: Room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I did not ask to see if these are available though.

Pros: Access to the entire grounds including fitness facility was great! Coffee selection was nice. Room was very spacious with clean, crisp design.

Cons: Due to COVID there unfortunately was no breakfast or housekeeping service available. This meant the room was never cleaned nor were linens or towels ever changed. The front desk provided towels though it took a couple days amid inquiry to discover this. Just wish it was brought to my attention beforehand.

Pros: The location is great. It's a beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms and great customer service. The have a free shuttle. It's steps from the Galleria which is full of great shopping and restaurants. It has two restaurants - an upscale seafood restaurant and a mid-range bistro on the second floor. They do their room service menu through the 2nd floor restaurant so there is a better in room dining menu than the standard hotel fare. You can also take your drinks up to your room if you order from the 2nd floor restaurant.

Cons: The parking is a pain (as many others have mentioned) but if you don't mind a bit of walking then there is plenty of free parking in the parking garage and we never felt unsafe even when come back late from a dinner. The pool was a bit underwhelming with no cabanas or umbrellas for shade and no attempt to make it look like a retreat (I.e. Greenery or decor - just a walled concrete box). This was such a surprise as we've stayed at other Westin properties that had lovely pools.

Pros: Proximity to everything Galleria

Cons: BEWARE - We didn’t get a Double Room, which is what we booked on Kayak; however, because we had kids it wasn’t a problem to have them sleep on the floor. The hotel was happy to bring blankets and pillows.

Pros: Overall, I liked this hotel. I experienced multiple confusions with the front desk staff and my reservations, but it didn't cause too much of a problem. The rooms are nice, but you can just tell the hotel is old. The connection to the mall was incredibly convenient. That was my favorite part. I would stay here again.

Cons: They didn't have my reservation. They couldn't find it and then I got double charged for a couple of thing. Service was great but that just showes they don't don't have things put together properly.

Pros: Front desk, food and beverage staff was extremely accommoadting throughout my staff they were both friendly and professional Also, the morning food service was above average compared to your competition. That's one important thing to keep customers coming back! Nice job!

Pros: Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was unusually good. You won't get a scenic location, but if this is a convenient neighborhood for you it's a solid choice.

Pros: I loved how large our room was it was like a living room area and then the bedroom. Large couch bed for my children. With king sized bed for adults! Water pressure in shower was great and had enough hot water for all 4 people. Slept great in bed it was very comfortable!

Cons: There wasn’t a plug for phone beside one side of the bed and we had to turn ac up to 80 because it was super cold they had it on 63 when we came in. Other than that it was great’

Cons: I was in single bed room and you can't have your leg touch to toilet to close the bathroom door. It is that small. No got water consistency. Bathroom lock didn't work. Night shift clerk saw me figure out how to open the lobby door but didn't bother to get up our signal at least. He preferred to stay on the phone. I won't recommend Hyatt in Dallas area.

Cons: I was disappointed that online the hotel is advertised as having an airport shuttle available, and there was none. Also, online there is mention of breakfast being included. It is available at an additional cost.

Cons: Had a couple of issues with timeliness. Ordered room service one morning, just 1 latte and 1 cappuccino, and it took over 1.5 hours to show up. We were told it would take 25 minutes. We took a shuttle to dinner and that was fine. However, on the return trip, we were told a car would be there to get us in 15 minutes. It took just over an hour. I can understand delays (especially driving on a Saturday night), but the complete lack of a good estimate on time and/or the lack of updates is what caused it to be an issue. The fact that we had to repeatedly call to get updates and were repeatedly given grossly inaccurate updates was the problem.

Pros: One of the best! The staff was very helpful. The restaurant/bar was great. Absolutely no negatives during my stay. When in Dallas, I'll stay there again.

Pros: I want to start out with the presentation of the hotel. Very modern and chic. I loved it. We got to the hotel before check in and we were exhausted from a 8 hour trip. The lady let us check in earlier and I wish I would have gotten her name because she made our first solo hotel reservation experience a joy. The rooms were spacious and had individuality that some hotels don't have. I will go back for sure!

Cons: I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. I also didn't like that they charged a $75 fee just in case we did something to the room. There was a staff member who didn't really seem welcoming but I won't hold it against the hotel or the staff member himself since everyone has an off day

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and accomodating! Prices for parking, breakfast and bar were much too expensive in my opinion. Room had a mini frige that we could store our water and soda's that we brought. A microwave would have been a great addition to the room since we had left overs from some of the wonderful Dallas restaurants we visited. I would definately recommend to others but with a disclaimer that most ammenities come with $$$.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. The lobby had lots of places to relax and the rooms were oversized and very comfortable. Flat screen TV with swivel to view from all angles. Service was very courteous and responsive.

Cons: Well first off this hotel never once said anything about there being a 50 dollars hold on my account. And when I went to use the laundry facilities I could not get into it. Went to the front desk and no one was around to assist me.

Cons: Upon my arrival, the door was locked. I had to call to get someone to let me inside. As the employee was letting me in she was fussing with a guest about asking for another key to his room. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me.

Cons: Our room smelled bad and there were random bad smells throughout the hotel. Our microwave didn't work which was a pain. The clerk offered to give us another room though, but we had so much stuff we didn't want to move it .

Pros: while experiencing rude service from one receptionist ( Ellis) there was another woman receptionist trying to consolidate him while trying to answer our questions.

Cons: i couldn't check in because i am 20 and the minimum check in age is 21. I was upset about that but I respected their policy. my reason for complaint was because there was an extremely rude receptionist at the check in desk named Ellis who was very unprofessional in handling my girlfriend and I. he looked at me funny when he saw us walk in and as we i approached the desk to speak to him he went into the back room when i was directly in front of him. he came back a few minutes later smiling laughing and eating trail mix. when i asked him if we could check in he responded with a mouthful of food asking for my name in a very rude tone. when i handed him my reservation papers and id without even looking at them he said i wasn't 21 and couldn't stay. I then asked if i could get my booking and reservation number from he then responded with another mouth full of food telling me to get it off my email because he didn't want to print it.

Pros: Hot breakfast and evening reception. Swans in the lobby are a unique feature of this hotel. Excellent staff. Great location for shopping.

They do have a parking rate but since you are staying at the hotel the do waive it. It is very quiet and peaceful, our 6 month old slept through the night! Would definitely stay there next time we travel to Dallas!

Cons: I wasn't recognized as a gold member until day 3 of my stay. Subsequently was informed I could not receive Executive Lounge access because I did not book through the proper channels, but was told they'd let it "slide". Housekeeping cleaning rags were left in my room.

Cons: Parking at the hotel essentially costs $17 per day ($17 overnight or $28 overnight for valet parking). Otherwise, there are hourly rates available.

Some webpages took almost a minute to fully load. (including Gmail) • extremely low water pressure in shower. • half the water leaked into the wall and out onto the floor. • There is a very little noise insulation between the hallway and the room, and between outside and the room. (albeit, my room was on the highway side of the building). • A loose piece of roofing panel was constantly banging in the wind outside my window.
