Cons: I didnt like was when we arrived at 5:30 and our rooms werent ready until 6! I paid good miney for this hotel and should not have to wait....on the confirmation it says hotel check in at 3! not 6!!!...what can kayak or crescent do for me? i would love to stay again but that put a big "?" to stay again....

Pros: The staff was phenomenal and the amenities were amazing! This is definitely a splurge but worth it if you can afford it. It was our anniversary and they let us check in early to enjoy the pool and really pampered us the whole weekend. We loved it!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and rooms were comfortable. The toiletries supplied were top notch.
Cons: For the price of the hotel there wasn't anything "above and beyond". There wasn't coffee in the rooms which was disappointing. We stayed at the hotel zaza last visit and would probably return there. They had small macaroons sitting out with lemon water in the lobby. Also when we checked in there we were greeted with a glass of champagne. They also offered a weekend getaway package for the same we paid at Rosewood and we received a bottle of champagne in our rooms and gourmet breakfast at their restaurant. The spa was very outdated, my massage was fantastic. But could hear the parking garage above a few times. The rest of the spa was clean just very much in need of updates. Something to consider.

Pros: The location is fantastic. Nobu is inside the hotel, Trulucks just next to the hotel, and Shake Shack in front! So many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Cons: My friends and I scheduled spa treatments. The "spa" is more like a locker room in a basement, complete with outdoor furniture and a tv on the wall with a program going. No soothing music or lounge type chairs. It was not relaxing at all. My friends liked their facials, but I didn't love my massage. For $150 after tax and tip, I expect a lot more. This was probably the worst spa experience for the price that I've ever had.

Pros: Amazing, high-end, gorgeous hotel in the heart of everything. Incredible, friendly service at all touchpoints. They have done an amazing job with Covid-19 precautions, yet still made it an enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: The hotel it's very nice, elegant, clean close to Ritz Carlton or super high end hotels for 1/2 of the money.

Pros: My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night while I was in town visiting her and we had an amazing time. She lives in Dallas but we took a night in a hotel just for a nice change of scenery and had an experience we will remember forever. The room was spectacular but I have to mention the service first. Our friend at the front desk, Angelina Fiorini, was incredibly pleasant to talk to and helpful. one of the best hotel front desk staff I've talked with in a long time. Even though my girlfriend and I were there for a private night away we were still desighted to have a long conversation with her. After our chat we went up to the room. Angelina gave us a junior suite which was well decorated and filled with quality furniture, a comfy bed and a great bathroom. We decided if we ever live in a house it should feel like this place. Glad we got to stay at the stoneleigh and will definitely come back when we need a comfortable spot in Dallas.
Cons: There was no fitted sheet on the bed.

Cons: Checked in and floors were filthy. Asked for it to be vacuumed and they dropped the vacuum off at my door. Had to replace sheets. On last day, saw a roach crawling on the ceiling. Staying here out a real damper on my trip to Dallas. Won't be staying at the Hyatt in the future.

Pros: Location was great for attending a concert at the AAC. The shuttle driver was fast n friendly. All staff for that matter were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was less than you'd expect for the price, but they do serve omlettes cooked to order, and overall good. The spacious room was nice to have. I didn't feel crowded. The parking garage was great being able to park on the same level as your room so your vehicle is never more than 60 seconds away from you. Gave facilities 4 stars for parking garage.
Cons: The hotel definitely looked better in pictures on the website. Upon entering our room, we quickly realized it had the appearance of a Days Inn with the Hyatt name on it. The walls showed several places of patchwork and poor painting. The window was old and you couldn't see very well out of it. We did not shower there. The bathroom/tub were not very appealing. It was dirty under the couch cushions. The ceiling where the a/c vent was at was covered in a nice dark grey shade of dirt and dust that had been accumulating there for who knows how long. The sheets were pretty rough. With taxes and fees being $28, parking being $15, totalling $242 for one night was very far from worth it. The room served it's purpose, but I would have rather paid $100 more for a nicer hotel if I had known this would be my experience.

Pros: Room appeared to be recently remodeled, Very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Within reasonable walking distance of the American Airlines Arena and numerous restaurants.
Cons: In-house restaurant has a limited menu - food is ok but certainly not destination dining. Also, no drugstores, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. nearby. Surrounding area is mostly office buildings. No shuttle service to or from airports.

Cons: Everything under construction. No bar/restaurant and no notification upon booking. Walls were thin as paper, could hear everything, even outside traffic. Were booked in a wheelchair accessible room (not a problem) but the shower head was unable to actually hold the position needed to shower, instead it just pointed at the wall. Bed was lumpy and awful.
