Pros: Well situated.
Cons: I have stayed at a NH Collection hotel in Florence and had a very different experience. The hotel in Amsterdam was less clean with smaller rooms. Also the initial room that I have received was very noisy. The entire experience was similar to a four star hotel and is not comparable to the one in Florence.

Pros: The hotel was nice and the rooms were well sized. Can't really complain. Great location and price for the time of year. Bathrooms and beds were clean.
Cons: We did have to do some rearranging of the furniture to get some more space between my friend and I, and ended up finding a large amount of dust under the TV stand. Lift was out of order.

Pros: Location was great
Cons: Keys stopped working every day and it takes a very long time to get from the room tothe front desk to get new ones. I also was unable to make my first night due to a change in our flight that was beyond my control and although I called more than 24 hours before arrival they would not refund my first night stay. I would not suggest pre paying. I have worked in hotels so I know there are always ways staff can make it up to you - free breakfast, bottles of wine, discounts on future stays etc. Nothing was done

Cons: The construction zone presented some logistical challenges. Hopefully, it will be over soon and the hotel will be just outstanding.

Pros: The location to the train station and the shoppings district.
Cons: The cleanliness because you can clearly tell the housekeeper simply picked up and didn't clean. They left the dirty towels inside the shower after cleaning the room. I told the front desk she called them to pick it up but didn't. Bad lighting as

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring Amsterdam city! The streets surrounding were fairly quiet which was an added bonus if you're like us and don't like to be in the busiest/tourist heavy streets. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. There were bath robes and slippers available for us to use which was a nice added touch. The hotel was pretty good value for money, it's really modern and the decor is nice. There is also a small 24 hour food/drink area at reception which was handy. We did not eat in the hotel therefore cannot comment on the food available.

Pros: Perfect location for a tourist. Helpful, pleasant staff. Small but cute single room with an excellent (canal) view.
Cons: Not sure if my expectations were different because I'm American, but I sorely missed having an ice machine, microwave and small fridge for use. There was a mini fridge in the room but it was secured as it contained minibar items.I didn't open it for fear I'd be charged for items. Furthermore, I wasn't sure there was any space inside for non-minibar items. I also never received a facecloth during my stay.

Cons: Our room was not ready an hour after check in time which meant we were given a different room, but this was okay. The tea/coffee selection in the room wasn't the best however. It would have been ideal to receive breakfast for the price we paid but this wasn't too bad as we enjoyed exploring and eating out.

Cons: Twin beds were not what we asked for. This was rectified by an added topper by Hotel team. The room was specified with a view - this was not the case At the price we were ok but not excited. We have stayed in better Sorry

Pros: The beds are extremely comfortable Staff was very approachable Nice lay out of the room Pictures look like the actual hotel so was impressed
Cons: Showers could be more powerful and couldn’t smoke out the window Need more information on the tourists such as maps and directions on how to get around the city. Ei where to get on and off trams, trains and taxis For the price you pay would be nice for a breakfast but my opinion food and drink over priced (water should be cheaper than beer)

1.0 Poor
Pros: Excellent location and breakfast, beautiful historical building.
Cons: What was intended to be the crown on a long weekend in Amsterdam became and extremely disappointing and costly experience when the hotel's top management refused to accept any responsibility for what was obvious a serious error by the hotel's reception staff. Upon arrival, we informed hotel staff that we had parked the car at one of two holding bays in front of the entrance and inquired about our reserved parking space at the hotel garage. Reception staff offered to park our car. Before this happened, we were asked to wait for some time at the hotel bar as our room was not yet ready. When we were informed the room was ready, we changed and left by Uber for an outside meeting. We forgot about the car and only discovered that we still had the keys, next morning, as which time the car had been town away by the local Policy. As a result we incurred an additional expense of Euro 400.00 in towing fees of our rental car, for which the hotel's top management refused to accept any responsibility, other than offering us a taxi to the Police station to retrieve the car.

Pros: Concierge and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was friendly and prompt. Located in a nice part of Amsterdam, quiet at night but only 15 mins from the centre of town.
Cons: Breakfast was a little underwhelming for the cost.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities and location was great. Loved the poffertjes for breakfast.
Cons: Shower head was damaged and the AC couldn’t go below 18C which made it hot in the room. Other than that all was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the Amstel. Room was comfortable and spacious. Shower was great. Free coffee and tea, and a big fridge.
Cons: No connecting tunnel between the main check-in area and the new building, which means one must face the elements, even if only for 10 seconds, means you can’t go and have breakfast without coat/umbrella/proper shoes when it is raining or cold.
A stay at Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre places you in the heart of Amsterdam, within a 10-minute walk of New Church and The Old Church (Oude Kerk). Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.

Pros: Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Hotel was amazing, rooms spacious and clean, free mini bar stocked daily. Beds so comfortable. We added the romantic package as it was our honeymoon and it just added that extra special mood to the room. Staff brilliant both checking in and out and arranging taxi back to the airport. Will definitely stop there on our next trip to Amsterdam.

Pros: Nice art-deco hotel close to central district
Cons: Breakfast buffet was overly expensive for the limited selections. Also, there were no gluten-free offerings other than granola.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and design of hotel
Cons: The breakfast bar was a bit under par for a hotel of this class
7.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: There was only one person at check in, and a long que. Also, their info about my booking did not match with what I booked. We spent a frustrating full hour and a half to get a room with double bed. Exhausting for one-day get away for my husbands birthday.
6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a great location by Amsterdam Centraal. It is easy to get to and a great place to explore the city from.
Cons: The maid service was sub standard for a $300+/night hotel. The bed was made but other items were never straightened.

Pros: Great location and comfy beds
Cons: The room was very tired... worn carpet, chair and furniture. Toilet rolls not replenished so my husband had to find the cleaners to ask for more. Shower unit had a broken door. Lighting in the room was terrible
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is great and easy.
Cons: The first room we stayed in was ridiculously hot. Fans were brought out and staff assisted trying to get temp down. The windows have been screwed closed (very 5 star to show the screws) so after 2 nights we moved to another room where 1 window could open. Except this was on street level on Amsterdam’s busiest road. That room clearly doesn’t get aired often as it smells musky. Bathroom doesn’t have hand towels which means you use an unnecessary amount of bath linen throughout 24hrs. Decor is a matter of personal taste but again not very grand. Nice touch is the complimentary mini bar. Overall a very bland underwhelming experience.
