10.0+Nice rooms with large comfy beds. Great location just across from Central Station and the drop off point for the bus to and from the ferry. Staff were friendly and attentive and the price for the room was very reasonable. All in all a great hotel!

The location is ideal for a stop overnight waiting for train connections The room was nothing like the pictures, very small and out dated decor. Right next to the unsurprisingly very noisy train station and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on next door. €6 for a bottle of water is nearly the same as an Ibiza nightclub.

Good colours, style of reception and breakfastroon was pleasant, fireplace at receiption were really nice. No fitness room at the hotel. Wholefloor carpet is not same style than other things. Corridors ugly.

The hotel was well located near the central station and around the corner from the main shopping streets. They charge extra for the use of the steamroom. €10.50 per person is outrageous when you have already spent alot to stay in a Hotel that is only average for the money it costs.

5.2+staff was for the most part very friendly and helpful.-ratio of working channels to extremley overpriced "pay per view" channels was way off. same goes for outrageously expensive wireless internet. for the price of the room, which was actually quite small, i felt like they were just being plain greedy.

The location is perfect, walking distance from the train. We also walked both days from the hotel through the neighborhoods to the museum district and back. The breakfast and cocktail receptions were an added benefit.

nothing Had booking confirmation in-hand. Manager asked a ton of questions, asked me to email her the confirmation, wasted a half hour till she finally told me the reservation cannot be honored because their reservation system was already closed, meaning they overbooked and refused my reservation after I already showed up at the hotel. They wasted my time. They were rude. They tried to blame me even though all i did was book online. They provided no assistance in getting a different room in the city. Awful experience. BE CAREFULL ON BUSY NIGHTS, THEY OVERBOOK.

6.0+I liked the location and the style of the room.-We wanted to make some tea as it was quite cold in Amsterdam but there was no tea pot. We asked the service and it appeared the tea pot would cost us additional 6 euros. I think tea pot should not cost anything in the hotel of such level.

The reception staff were excellent, the location fantastic, My only complaint is the cleaning staff, although extremely clean on arrival, they did not service the room except for making beds and changing towels, eg; bowl shower toilet floor not cleaned. Wet rooms a bit of a problem as whole bathroom soaking. I would def stay in this hotel again though.

5.3+Great location, 2 min by foot from Amsterdam Centraal and shopping streets. Although the hotel is in the center, the street is quiet.-Tiny room, bathroom is in bad condition, there was no waste container, the soap is in a very unpleasent looking and broken plactic container. I think that the price of 115 euros per night is exagurated, and should be updated due to the reasons mentioned above. For the hotel that says "No smoking hotel" there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke everywhere.

Favorite hotel to stay at. The location is great it is easy walking distance from Train station to get back to the airport. When I travel I Have 3 to 4 bags (1-2 large 50lb bags, 1 back pack and a carry on.) it is very easy to drag the bags hotel. If you get in before room is ready or check-in time they have a room they can put your bag. What is great is that it has coffee shops and great food choices, if you want Restaurant food or fast food, they are within 3-5 mins from the door. I have stayed at the hotel 4 times and will be staying again next time I have a layover. The price is very fair and great location.

It's location was good in the central area and easy excess by bus yet the main road infront of hotel is not on the busy street so that was good cos its quiet. We also enjoyed their good breakfast ...and restaurants are just round the corner so everything was good and enjoyed our stay with trips to geithoorn and keukenhoff which took us 3 mins to the private coaches at Victoria park hotel area .... The size of the room was quite small and kinda dark n gloomy and the shower only had one side screen so the water will spill out and wet the other area

7.7+The hotel's location was excellent - right in the center of the city and only a short walk from Central Station. Perfect for a quick getaway to Amsterdam. The room was cozy, well laid out and very clean. The lobby bar with fireplace was wonderful.

6.0+Comfortable beds. Decent sized room and bathroom. The bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower. The breakfasts were generous - you could go up time and time again to help yourself to cereals, slices of cheese, cold meats, bread etc. and drinks. They have a lift so no need to climb those steep dutch stairs.The location is very convenient.-It was a bit pricey for a 2 star hotel,although having said that I have stayed in loads of hotels in Amsterdam where the rooms were cheaper but pokey. Our key card didn't work a couple of times and one of the reception staff was very offhand when we told him that this was the second time it had happened and that we wanted it sorting out once and for all.
