Pros: "Everything was good"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The crew on flight was nice"
Cons: "Same cannot be said for ground staff including managers. I had to explain several times that crowds are a trigger for my son with autism. I asked for preferential boarding, was given any. Asked for assistance with security, this was only given after I had to fight for it. Staff need to be aware that when we ask for it, it’s not because we want preferential treatment, we are trying to avoid a meltdown for our kids that get super stressed out by situations such as these. My child cannot stand still for long and runs away. When I stopped him to talk him though the process so he doesn’t run, we got hurried. Empathy will go a long way...."

Pros: "I didn’t"
Cons: "I was a business class passenger and the flight might as well have been economy, with the exception of the food. There was no personal entertainment, the seat foot rest did not work — it was an old plane — the seats recline all the back to the lap of the person behind you — so when the guy in front of me was done eating he proceeded to lay back — however I wasn’t done eating — and it knocked over my glass of sparkling water —- typically even if a passenger is still eating there is still room for the person to lay back — I had to push the persons seat quickly before my whole tray was wrecked."

Cons: "Asked for water 2 x with none ever brought"

Cons: "The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off."

Pros: "Nice flight and Comfortable"

Pros: "Good flight and really comfortable. Rate 5 star"
Cons: "Very satisfied on my travel from London to Muscat"

Pros: "Crew good and friendly"
Cons: "Very old fleet from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur. The entertainment very limited compared to Emirate Airlines"

Pros: "Seat were amazing ,plane was clean"
Cons: "Train your staff to be more polite and smiley"

Cons: "The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight"

Pros: "Efficient boarding"
Cons: "Headphones provided for the entertainment screen"

Pros: "Nice clean plane"
Cons: "Snacks would have been better than a cheese sandwich"

Pros: "Flight arrived when it should"
Cons: "the seating space is incredibly small, which made the flight uncomfortable"

Pros: "Service with a smile and a more humane approach would be good"
Cons: "Same hygiene and quality standards across flight on all sectors"

Cons: "Again entertainment system was horrible with flickering screens"

Cons: "Business class should hv full flat beds"

Pros: "Very good value for money."
Cons: "If you sit near the back, the choice of main dishes may be limited as they may run out. Not sure how this can be addressed well. But the food was quite good."

Pros: "The company of the 7 year old girl in the seat in front."
Cons: "The late departure. Again. With no reason or meaningful excuse given. The bland and overcooked food. The lack of space for knees and shoulders even though I'm only 1m72cm."

Pros: "The entertainment kept the kids happy"
Cons: "The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all. The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive The drinks- poor selection, warm Our luggage came out damaged and the airline would accept no liability"

Pros: "The entertainment kept the kids happy"
Cons: "The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all. The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive The drinks- poor selection, warm"

Pros: "Price was really good"
Cons: "Flight was late then I missed the my next flight and there was not any other flight till morning and I have to stay at hotel was Oman arrange it but it was to much Hassal I faced and the people who was there to pick me from air port"

Pros: "Ok"
Cons: "Ok"

Cons: "No separate boarding line for business class passengers; Staff was clueless in muscat airport and theee was no priority boarding for business class passengers"

Pros: "Nothing as such"
Cons: "Air condition was very low"

Pros: "New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service."
Cons: "Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding."

Pros: "Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing."
Cons: "No inflight entertainment or, if there is, there are no headsets."

Pros: "Movies in the entertainment screen."
Cons: "At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again."

Pros: "food was ok and ample."
Cons: "window seat bad for me as I stand frequently. Cramped leg room Seperated from my wife"

Pros: "Price"
Cons: "Meals, Bathrooms."

Pros: "Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up."
Cons: "The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates."

Pros: "New Muscat terminal is lovely. service very attentive and food v. Nice."

Pros: "Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep."
Cons: "I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly."

Pros: "On time departure. Nice lounge"

Cons: "Poor service Not adhering to time Very bad air conditioning"

Pros: "Nithing"
Cons: "In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about."

Pros: "As above."
Cons: "As above."

Cons: "Immigration at MCT - too many flights at the same time."

Cons: "Slow check in at Kathmandu"

Pros: "Ease of transfer and information"
Cons: "No option on dietary requirements"

Cons: "Problems with our extra legroom being allocated at the check in desk as oman employ a 3rd party called option town to handle this process. Numerous broken tv screens on the aircraft preventing passengers from watching tv. Losing our baggage for over 2 days. Creaking tv screens prevent passengers from sleeping. Leaking emergency exits that cover passengers in condensation."

Pros: "On time, Comfortable seats Good food"
Cons: "Rather cold in the cabin"

Pros: "Quick boarding and disembarking. Polite crew members."
Cons: "One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight."

Pros: "Once i got to my seat i was seated by a smelly person and the flight attendant did move me to another seat upon my request."
Cons: "Trying to get on the flight was frustrating because there’s no organization! The thing i did not like was that they made us put the cover to the window up like 30 minutes before landing and the sun was directly in my eyes! I tried to put it down half way and the flight attendant made it a problem."

Pros: "Nice service"
Cons: "Poor amenity kit and not as good as the usual oman Air lie flat seat"

Pros: "Good aircraft from Muscat to Bangkok"
Cons: "The food was really sad"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Always delay Food is below standard ( taking in consideration the ticket price) Crew depend on your luck some times a very helpful crew and some times it's almost like they have a personal grudge on you"

Cons: "The boarding was cancelled due to 5 hrs before visa arrival time and forcefully called no show."

Pros: "The stopover was short ."
Cons: "The food and the lack of entertainment. The plane was almost full and two children never stopped arguing loudly."
