Quiet and sufficient size and quality of room. Missing minibar - mini fridge.

The hospitality & friendly dealing of the staff & the swimming pool + Mr. Nabil the Bar manager who makes you feel you are home. The parking lot for the hotel residents is far from the main entrance & the internet services is very short.

The hotel was very family friendly. The pool and waterslide was enjoyed by young and old. the open air restaurants were near the highly chlorinated pool

A group of us rented four rooms. It was just a place to crash so we didn't care that much, but the place was very dirty. Long hair on the pillows, no fitted sheets on bed so you were sleeping on mattress by morning.. dirty walls. It was pretty gross. But we were just crashing and at fifty dollars the price was right! I'd go back for that price as long I wasn't taking kids with me... Or had to try to fall asleep sober!

Hotel staff always friendly and helpful, well situated off the 401 at Markham, relaxed area for complimentary breakfast. The room and furnishings were very 'tired'. The chair was broken, it was difficult to keep the fridge and microwave plug into the wall so it kept disconnecting. Unable to get room service when we arrived at 22.00 and had had nothing to eat.

Front desk staff were helpful generally and quite accommodating. Good bar restaurant, open past midnight. Facilities in public areas extremely limited, breakfast of lower than average quality and variety, checkout time at 11 am was too early. Security deposit greater than tax inclusive room rate was unjustified, caused a freeze in credit card funds for minimum 8 days-- quite unacceptable since room already fully paid to bookings.com

Nothing The hotel was filthy, I booked a room with a quee se then size bed, but yet I received a room with a double bed and was told that it was a queen bed..like I don't know what a queen size bed is..The pipes in the bathroom was leaking, we could not use the coffe maker because the coffee pot was broken.

The bar that was attached to it- not suitable for kids. I did not like the location!!!

Location Noise-kids running, screaming, unruly in the hallway, disruption of sleep, bathroom floor was dirty, furniture was dirty, thermostat didn't work well

Vending machines on corridor next to room, noisy fridge in room, basic level low end

The Staff were very friendly. Coffee was good at breakfast. A little hard to see the sign on the road. Place has had it's day. Bed was old. Ceiling was patch painted where it had a huge leak over the bed. Sink taps were loose and sink all chipped. No Fridge. Hooks in wall where a picture once was. Carpets in stairways dirty. It made me wonder if the sheets and towels were clean. I guess you get what you pay for. Location was convenient for our needs and the price was suitable. We got in late and left early so no comments about pool or other areas.

Honestly there is nothing to like about this place. Booking it was a big mistake. Disgusting bedrooms and a very poor ventilation. Even thought we were in non smoking section I couldn't breathe properly from all the cigarette smell everywhere.

The interior needs updating and is going through renovations. The rooms need updating (sheets, blankets, towels, carpets, paint). The hotrl halls need cleaning and new wall paper.

two sinks (one in the bathroom and the other outside the bathroom), patio outside the room, indoor pool, free continental breakfast customer service at the front desk could have been better, old fabrics and textiles, rust in bathtub

The large room with King bed was great but needed much repair. We understand it is to be torn down. dirt, maintenance
