Pros: Amazing hotel. The pool and hot tub were great and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The views of the city from the lobby and rooftop bar were spectacular. The hotel was very close to bars and restaurants. Biggest bang for your buck extremely affordable considering all the amentities it has to offer.

Cons: I booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with view of Hollywood sign. I received a room near the elevators with a constant machine and elevator running noise. I asked to be moved and was told someone would be right up and after 10 minutes I grew tired of waiting and went down to the front desk. This was already 11PM. I was taken to a new room that had an adjoining door with a party going on in the adjacent room. I asked to be moved AGAIN, eventually to a room with queen bed. The beds were too soft for my taste. There was a curly hair on the soap dish in the shower. I will never stay there again.

Pros: As soon as we stepped out of the car we were treated with such surprising care. The man at valet, Ever (that's his name- EVER, how cute is that?) was so nice that my fiancée and I looked at each other and just shook our heads and laughed. We weren't used to customer service like this. We went to check in early, 1pm, and Melanie at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a corner suite! The entire staff was so professional but without being too stuffy. The hotel was beyond our expectations.
Cons: Not a big deal but there was one little Q-tip outside our room for our stay. We kind of joked that they gave us the Q-tip suite. We also couldn't find coffee in the morning inside the hotel. We had our coffee maker in the room but needed more and didn't want to pay $15 for a pot of coffee at the restaurant.

Cons: No hot water in the room on Friday afternoon, after a day at the gym, and pool. So we went out to dinner and Clippers game without a shower on Friday night. Once returning that night we finally had hot water shower, however no air conditioning. We called 2 times and no one came up to help. No manager response, no nothing. Also cold, hot tube at the pool during the day. Last, gym was closed so we had to go to front desk for key to adjacent hotel in order to use their gym. I’ve stayed at Marriott at least a dozen times before and always consistently great facilities. Eg. Times Square, union square, Anaheim, San Juan. This one had too many problems in one day.

Cons: - staff could care less about service - rooms are soooooo tiny - you hear everything from slamming doors to talking in other rooms - it's a hostel as well with shared rooms on every floor - people can smoke inside the rooms so it smells - security is not there abs bums get into the hotel - elevators don't work - had to take the stairs almost every time - didn't feel safe in the neighborhood - save your money and do not stay here. Pros: We totally felt at home and were well cared for! Staff were so nice and very helpful. Room service was amazing: very thoughtful and considerate. The room service staff made sure the food was to our liking. I felt like I was being treated to a fancy breakfast in bed. One of the staff, Trinidad, thoughtfully served my breakfast with a sweet bouquet of flowers. Housekeeping was so sweet, always turning down our beds no matter how late we got out. When we got back at night, they had left a lamp on for us. When we first arrived, some relaxing classical music greeted us in our room. It's those little extra things that made our stay feel special and us feel at home and welcome. When we asked for a plunger to fix a clogged toilet, they insisted on sending an engineer who went above and beyond to make sure the toilet was in top shape. It was quite convenient that the hotel had a regular shuttle go to and from the airport. We loved staying at the Crowne Plaza and will be coming back again.

Lighting for reading was focused and not intrusive to the other person, with convenient switches,. Check out was done on the phone in your room, airport shuttle buses ran every 20 minutes, 24 hours per day. Basically everything worked and was very convenient. Sometimes the simple things add up to a great stay.

Parking in the structure was only $15 that's good because from other reviews I heard it was more. its super convenient and has a nice view of the airport (perfect for plane lovers). Before you check they send you a email asking you when you wanna check in, what view you want, how many pillows you need, and if your a single or double bed so that was pretty cool. Pros: Everything was beautiful. From our rooms, it is worth upgrading. To the rotating lounge to get a full view of the city. There was something to do all over the hotel. We only left to go to the NBA game! Food, entertainment, night life. The Westin Bonaventure has it all.

When we got there in the evening (~7pm) we were told that they only had a room with a king bed and be thankful that you have that. They said they have a couch and that they would send up some pillows and sheets. Never happened. Called but no luck...they just could find anything extra...really!!!

Cons: When we got to the "spacious" room we could barely roll our luggage in it was so small. We began to shower and the water was out (pipe burst) They wouldn't move us rooms so we had to wait 5 hours for the water to come on to shower after a 6 hour flight. Then the lights/power went out in our room at 7pm and wasn't fixed until 9:30pm... What did they do for us? A free drink at the bar... Gee thanks.

Cons: I don't like booking into a boutique hotel expecting the same basic accommodations as you might find in a Motel 6 and finding that they're going to charge you for every little thing. $10/night for WiFi in a hotel that charges hundreds per night per room is straight up ridiculous and I will not book into this hotel ever again for that reason. The staff did their jobs, but the only one who offered a smile was a maid. All the front desk staff were incredibly dour.
