The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for reaching all the sites in Venice that we wanted to see. none.
Location Breakfast Very dirty furniture.
The only reason I booked and paid a fortune for my room at this hotel was for the veiw , I was not given the room I booked and my veiw was rubbish . Would not recommend.
Take a water taxi to Piazza San Marco and you are only a few steps to the hotel. The hotel included a free boat trip to Murano to see a glass blowing studio and they also offer a one-hour boat tour around town in the afternoon for only 25 Euros per person. A decent hot and cold breakfast buffet was provided by the restaurant out front. We also enjoyed a dinner of traditional Italian specialties at the same restaurant in the evening. Our room was an inside room, so our view was only the courtyard area - but that was okay because all we had to do was step out the front door of the hotel and we were in the heart of beautiful scenery. If you request a waterfront room you will have gorgeous views. Our room seemed to be recently updated because everything looked clean and brand new. The bathroom was small but very modern with a relatively large walk-in shower - and it also looked like it had been recently renovated. The hotel common areas were undergoing renovations during our stay, but it did not disturb our visit at all. The hotel thought of everything - like a selection of soap products, hair dryer, mirrors, convenience packs, robes, etc., but it took up a great deal of space in an already tight bathroom.
Beautiful old hotel. small rooms, but efficient and comfortable for 2 people. Great decorative touches in the room. Our room had views of the grand canal, with windows that could've opened for a fresh breeze off the water. Breakfast included in the price of stay, and was delicious, with many options on the buffet, fresh made cappuccinos, and views of the water. Extremely easy access to vaporetto, minutes walk from San Marco and many restaurants and shops. Very friendly English speaking staff A con for some: we had to climb 2 flights of stairs to our room even after taking the elevator, which was fine for us, but may be problematic or some; the elevator was tiny, which seems fairly standard for Italy, but good to know. In general recommend packing light, no matter where you stay as navigating over bridges in the city can be challenging with big bags!
The view, the location and the room.
Location, super nice staff, new rooms. For the price we were expecting a better view on the room. On the contrary we were situated on a back building
Nothings Really poor management & unfriendly to clients. Description on the website is big different to the actural.
The location of the hotel was ideal. It is a very short walk to Piazza San Marco. The hotel is also right next to some water ferry stations, which makes transportation easy. The staff serving breakfast were great. Air conditioner was not working.
The front desk staff were excellent. They were always friendly and helpful. The location for this hotel can't be beat. It is on the water with an amazing view and close to St. Mark's. Venice is beautiful but you are always lost on the winding streets. We never had a problem finding our hotel again because of its location. We had a very cool high tech shower but it leaked.
My room was amazing Overlooking water Great decor Bathroom was awesome Loved everything. Really!
All personal were really good
The fantastic views across the venetian lagoon - main reason for choosing it. Service was also very high - they really wanted to help, even when the hotel was busy. A true 5* luxury hotel for a special occcasion. Everything was very expensive but it is a 5* hotel in Venice so you can expect nothing else! having a room ovrlooking the lagoon was great but you also get the noise - there is a major waterbus stop just outside (24 hour service) and a continuous flood of tourists passing so you are right in the middle of the bustle of Venice. Choose a room without the views ora hotel in a location away from San Marco if you want peace and quiet.
Location and nice hotel restaurant. We could celebrate the second birthday of our granddaughte with the song of the staff. Expensive
Doing nothing for a week
the location, the history and interior fittings of the room,we did not really use any of the facilities we were not there long enough the receptionist said we had a restricted view, this actually meant no view , you could touch the building opposite, this was very dissapointing
This is a superb hotel, in a cracking location, litterally a couple of minutes walk from St Mark's Square, and seconds from the airport water bus stop.. The room and public areas were lovely. We saw no evidence of the staff being unhelpful, quite the contrary, they were very efficient, friendly and welcoming. Recommended. Nothing
extremely professional staff, wonderful room, amazing location, a simply extraordinary hotel nothing
The courtesy of the staff, nothing was too much trouble, the room was fabulous and the food superb. The location was just right, the hotel itself was a fantastic building and the decor was out of this world. No
comfort and design of the room, view breakfast is too expensive
Definitely the location and the cadre, interior opulent surroundings. Professional and courteous concierge service. Comfortable large bed. The magnificent rooftop terrace. The only reservation was our room which although very large with high ceiling yet was quite dated, some worn out furniture, rusty heating grills, insufficient lighting, and mosquitoes. The bathroom was especially not up to par and to the high standard we expected.
The Terrace Breakfast
that its right bang opp st mark/st Zaccaria water taxi stop.........it cant get more central than this hotel............it is so convenient you step out and your in the madness.........tourist / restaurant / water taxis / st marks square is just 5 mins walking distance.....i also stayed in another hotel inside but the experience here was just too good.........their breakfast was also excellent....we got one of the sea view suites which overlooks the port.....its really amazing........the size of the rooms were really good......i recommend this hotel to anyone........ya but i stayed in the new wing which is on the st marks port............... there was this Chinese guy (i think he was the night manager)after 9.00 pm........he was rude and had too much attitude.......the whole hotel staff was so nice but only this guy had a big problem......
centrally located. very helpful concierge a little loud on the street side.
We stayed in a "superior" double room in the main building on 11th October. The room was small, dark and terribly cold. The bathroom was also cold. We asked for some heating, but the manager refused and argued that the heating will be switched on only end of October. So we froze horribly the whole night. The hotel should control the heating by the temperature and not by the calendar date.
Very clean and beautiful hotel. Recently renovated a year ago. Personable and friendly Multi-lingual speaking staff. Convenient access to San Marco Square, Oltrex, other shopping, eating, and sightseeing places. Would have been a great time saver for us if they knew of multiple various local restaurants, times open, and locations to suggest to guests for consideration. The one (and only) place they did suggest had great food and somewhat formal service and was easy to find.
the decoration in the room and the location of the hotel is great!! but the floor of the hotel is not smooth~~
We were lucky to be allocated a spacious room and the location is excellent.
Recently refurbished rooms so very clean. Great value for money. Fantastic location, just 5 mins walk to St Marcs Sq. Really happy with our whole stay. Shame the roof top was out of bounds due to under construction
Our biggest concern when booking a hotel for Venice was finding a hotel near the bus (vaporetti) to avoid dragging the suitcases. We could not have asked for a better location than hotel Paganelli. The stop San Marco/San Zaccaria was 200m from the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The room smelled weird but I would guess that all the hotels in Venice smell the same due to the humidity from the water.
everyone was very pleasant & helpful/great location nothing
Location was good, rooms and bathrooms were good The reception staff were grumpy
Cleanliness, food, staff, bed, information source, location
very peaceful, clean too very quiet in the bar in evenings, could not enjoy night in hotel, would have to venture out.could have been more of a choice i food for breakfast
Location. It is a bit far from the city centre and major attractions but still within walking distance.
The rooms were very large and nice for the price. The hotel is located a little over a mile from the Piazza San Marco which was totally feasible because you can walk along the water. We had a 1 year old in tow and it wasn't an issue for us. It was actually nice to be in a quiet area in the evenings. There were also a few parks near by which was great to allow our little one to run and play. The restaurant staff was friendly but the concierge and check-in staff were not so friendly or approachable as is to be expected from a person holding such position.
The staff was nice enough to say that they will take care of the complains and apologized. The breakfast had variety of food. The staff was nice enough to say that they will take care of the complains and apologized but it wasn't taken care of after all.
The hotel was of a high modern standard. The rooms were well equipped although not large , were fine - although the views from the windows were not worth opening the shutters. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a quite location around 15-20 minutes pleasant walk from St Marks Sq. A water bus stops just 2 mins walk from the hotel. (and goes to the Lido and all the Islands, as well as back to the Grand Canal in the other direction). The hotel did not have much "Venice" character. The pigeons in the courtyard were a real nuisance. They even landed on the tables and (although the staff cleaned up very quickly ) droppings were regular on the outside furniture.
Hotel was located out of the city centre of Venice which is away from the noise, and the room is nice roomy. We arrive very late on the day and the staff assist us on how to get to the hotel. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from St. Marco Square and 1 hr by ferry to Piazza Roma, therefore have to plan the time for travelling.
It had large modern rooms in a quieter area of Venice with some lovely green space but still close enough to the tourist attractions of Venice.
The location of the hotel is fabulous, away from the craziness of the crowds and the nearby park is terrific, especially for kids.
hotel was great in quiet location and close to boat stop so not far to carry any luggage. I did notice alot of people walking round venice with bags looking lost so great for finding the hotel
Perfect Location, very welcoming, comfortable. Overall I would highly reccomend.
beautiful room-lovely celilings, tastefully decorated Be careful with booking water-taxi service via the hotel. Agree on price and request pick-up at the hotel's mooring area on the hotel side. We were asked to walk with our luggage through the streets to meet a water-taxi at another location. Fee requested was Euro 60 (for three stops!), which we did not accept.
The staff were very accomodating, especially Antonio, who provided excellent references about shops and places to go, and provided excellent assistance with my computer.
rooms very nice, location good.... staff very nice except for one person at the desk who soured our experience.
Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My wife and I and our 8 year old daughter were very comfortable and really enjoyed the services the hotel had to offer. Breakfast is excellent and you can also order items from a breakfast menu for additional price. We plan on returning to Venice in the future and will make sure to stay in this hotel again.
A lovely hotel in a great part of Venice, near St. Marks square. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Our standard room was tiny. We could barely open our 2 suitcases up on the floor side by side at the foot of the bed and pass by to get to the washroom. The room was just bigger than the bed.
location bar prices
very friendly and professional staff and perfect location of the hotel.
When staying here, I liked the way the hotel was decorated, very typically venetian but beautiful. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. our room was plenty big enough and the walk from the hotel to the main square only took 2 minutes!
Closeness to san marcs square. View over bridge of sighes Price of drinks, extras for eggs etc at breakfast
Great location.Excellent helpful staff Room a little on the small size but adequate
Arriving by boat; Location Must improve breakfast
The location, the design Internet access not sufficent, 1 pc for the whole hotel, Breakfast average. Price too high
It was such a beautiful hotel with excellent view of Venezia. The staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Good location close to the St Mark's square Bathroom cleaning could be improved
It's old but new, i mean it has all the facilities of a modern hotel, staff ok, clean.
excellent location with nice make up and helpful staff. room service was not available. Even no coffee/tea service in the room. Shame for a hotel of this grade and reputation.
Great hotel, so welcoming. If the bar was open it would have been better.
I liked the staff they were very friendly and the location is perfect its close to almost all the main tourist attractions in the city. The breakfast is amazing the cleanliness of the room and the hotel is superb too.
Ideal situation near San Marco place and the vaporetto station. Quiet street . Excellent breakfast The hotel could improve the quality of the bedding and invest in duvet! We were suprised to leave our luggage in the corridor: they could have a luggage storage.
Excellent location and staff very friendly and helpful. Beautifully furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel to friends and family (and would visit again ourselves).
Location. However, if I had known the room was on 2 levels, I would not have booked accommodation at Liassidi Palace. Had I known the room we had booked was on 2 levels, I would never have booked the accommodation.
I am in a wheelchair and their accessible room was really great. Hotel had a lot of charm and the staff was very helpful. Would like a grab bar in the shower.
after my short stay i felt so relaxed the hotel is one of the best i have stayed in.the resturant was superb great location to wonder around.
Good location, excellent service, friendly staff.
Warm friendly attmosphere in unusual and pleasant surroundings.Very relaxed and the gardens were a pleasant addition to a great experience
the room was wonderful and the in hotel restaurant was phenomenal.
The staff were excellent and helpful. The location of this hotel is fabulous. I emailed the hotel twice to confirm the booking and they did not respond until a third email. Breakfast is limited to one hot drink and the choice of food was not that extensive considering the cost of the room.
Location Hotel old and decadent, the rooms have rickety furniture, dirty carpet, outdated bathrooms, and in general everything seems to be consumed, requiring renovation rather than a renewal. Absolutely not a 5 stars hotel, not a 4 stars, not a 3 stars, and so on...
very inviting place like you were not staying in a hotel.
The room and location can't be beat. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was fabulous and the service at breakfast was wonderful. We loved the lounge and ambience of the hotel.
Fantastic staff, great location, cool hotel design and décor, great bar and food. Will definitely stay there again.
The hotel had personality. It was not part of a bland international chain. Each room is individually decorated with antique furniture. The staff were charming. It was very well located. It provides an excellent breakfast. It rained.
Good location, nice view, beautiful decoration, helpful staff, very good breakfast, romantic atmosphere, best restaurant in town. Carpeting is a bit tired.
Comfortable elegance at it's best. Warmest staff you will ever find anywhere in Venice. The staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. Spotless rooms, and nice views. The oriental bar is superb. We will always return to the Metropole when visiting Venice. After 10 days leaving was very hard.
The Location was close enough to St. Marks Square.
I liked that it is so close to Saint Mark's Square
We love The Gabrielli. They gave us a nice room, very spacious, facing the "Isola St Georgio" with a superbe view of the "Riva". We had been there nine years ago and we were glad to see that the good service and amability is still there. Next time we would appreciate wi-fi in the room.
i requested a room with a great view and the request was granted. the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was very small and warm a ceiling fan in there would be nice.#(529)
The upper roof was very nice to look for the whole city. And It is very good that after the sea bus immediately you can walk a little bit and than you can rest. Everything was fine and good
The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was good for visiting and being on the sea reminded one constantly of being in Venice. In spite of poor weather conditions roof garden provided nice views. Prices in bar and restaurant rather steep and did not encourage one to use these services.
Nicely located but expensive for what it is. Definitely not the best bang for the bucks.
The attention and kindliness of the staff and (lady) owner
The location - it was very convenient for the main tourist sights and the roof terrace evening drinks on the roof gave a magical view of Venice - though the roof area was a bit jaded and the staff a little reluctant to offer service "on the roof" which is a pity because it was the hotel's main selling point. Faded splendour would be a kind comment, a sympathetic refurb would not be amiss.
The location is fantastic, just off the main tourist drag but close to everything. Gorgeous city and lagoon views from most windows. Breakfast tables outside face the water and boats. No complaints.
The staff were excellent, in particular the reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Views from our particular room exceptional. Very clean and tidy, looking forward to staying there again in the near future. Like the majority of hotels in Venice somewhat overpriced, but it was high season.
The room felt very upscale and the location was good. Breakfast was good quality. The staff was not very friendly, the bed was very firm, and the stand up shower flooded our bathroom floor everytime we used it.
View on the lagune; design adn confort oth the room
Room & Location (not too near centre area which could be quite crowded None
Relatively slow internet with complex login procedures.
The view from the room was fantastic. We had the corner room, with the view of St. Marco's and the Lagoon. Staff were extremly friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay there.
This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the view from our room, watching all the boats and cruise ships sail by was fascinating. The hotel was charming, small and friendly. The rooms were warm, clean and had all you needed The shower in my room needed a little work
room with a great view
The location and the view is fantastict. The staff and the room was in top. We can surely recoment this hotel to anyone and we can hardly waite to go back !!
the closness to St Marco Plaza. See first answer.
This hotel has the best staff and management of any hotel I have stayed at. I am not sure there is anything else I can say. Very positive experience.
We stayed at this place for 2 nights, the room was very spacious and good value for the money. The breakfast was excellent compared to other places we've stayed. None
Central location; good size bathrooms. Hotel building, reception and hall/stairways were extremely shabby. Rooms very dark. Not at all what we were expecting from the photos. We were expecting a 4* hotel as the Casa was listed with the much grander Hotel Priuli, which was misleading. Very poor value for money.
noise! our room (407)was behind the breakfast room and next by the stairs
it felt like awarm cozy castle with Venecian character. The staff, rooms, and breakfast were great. We would absolutely return. Beds a bit too hard .
Great Hotel and Location Yes; I could not find the hotel. Very hard to locate at first.
Well located, staff came immediately to unload water taxi and get us into room. Very helpful with tourist arrangements. Good atmosphere Do not try and get there from public transport. Use a water taxi . but no worse than others and better than most
The Hotel is very classic. Great location. Very good staff. Beds were horrible but everything else great
Excellt location! We booked a "tripple room" with a balcony, which was good invetsment. Having a big balcony facing the canal clearly added value. Very friendly and helpful staff (helping us track a lost bag). A bit expensive, but probably good value for money in Venice. Breakfast ok, but not great.
The rooms are very lovely in a perfect mix of old style and new design. Everything in the hotel has been carefully redone in respect to the age of the house. the receptionist was loudly and more than once dicussing the price of the hotel with the same guest.
very comfortable, great breakfast, and a great location. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure that your experience there was a pleasant one I had no complaints whatsoever
The Hotel was very clean and the staff were a delight. The Hotel itself is a beautiful old building with loads of character.
The rooms were excellent and the staff was very helpful.
staff were personal and helpful
Location and comfort. We would certainly use this hotel again.
The hotel is in a great location - rooms are large & impressive. Staff friendly & helpful. Our room was located beside the kitchen so it was difficult to sleep through the breakfast preparations each morning.
Great location and style. Friendly staff giving good advice. Too much heating. Steep stairs to get to the rooms.
Excellent staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly.
It was absolutely fantastic! If you stay at the hotel try and upgrade to room 21 or 20 - they have 2 balconies overlooking the square 'Santa Maria Formosa' and are absolutely beautiful. One of the best hotels my Wife and I have ever stayed at - absolutely excellent
Large and spacious room, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with all the amenities. Excellent location. Decent breakfast included. Very hospitable and helpful desk clerk Two rooms at the rear of the hotel face a schoolyard; only noisy if the windows are open.
The staff were wonderful! Very helpful, very informative, very accommodating! Incredible location, and the hotel has a complimentary taxi and private glass blowing tour on Murano Island. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Venice!!!!!!!!!
Very nicely refurbished hotel Very limited continental buffet, no toast, teaspoon only for cereal. Street/canal noise at night. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Especially the desk boy. Find another hotel
Quality of room finish was fantastic. The location was perfect, 5 mins from St Marks so easy to walk but just away from the noise and bustle, especially quiet with a room over the inner courtyard. The staff hit just the right balance of helpful friendliness. The shower with multilple jets looked appealing but was too powerful for the seal on the shower door, but that was absolutely the only thing I could fault!
Site, politeness of the personnel, breakfast
The location is great and very close to Piazza San Marco, it is also very quiet at night, the facilities are beautiful and modern There could have been better and more varied breakfast options
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Hotel situated very close to San Marco in a quiet street with lots of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. We got a junior suite (unexpected) and it was really very clean and nice!
Brilliant location close to Doge's Palace, St Mark's Square, restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful and friendly.
location, decoration, cleanliness, service, spaces breakfast
The service from the front desk was outstanding! NA
The Hotel Ai Due Principi has a fantastic location, very near St Mark's but on a quiet, beautiful canal. It has an old façade but was obviously gutted and totally redone inside so the rooms and bathrooms are very modern and comfortable. It is family run and the staff could not have been more helpful with recommendations and extra requests. They were incredibly nice without being overbearing.
very cooperative and pleasent staff plus the location of the hotel breakfast
The excellent location, the friendly and helpful staff Water in shower was not warm enough
Location The carpet was dirty.
Great air conditioning in room Only one electrical outlet in bedroom. Not efficient for charging electronics or useful in setting up necessary medical sleep machine; paint needs freshing
Location and staff bathroom was not very confortable when using the toilet, since it is to closo to the wall...
Excellent location. Very good restaurants close by. Lovely clean room with balcony and wonderful view.
I was running in the Venice annual orienteering festival which started and finished almost at the hotel door, so it was very convenient and I'd consider staying there again next year! The staff were very helpful in organising a trip to the opera and keeping luggage after check out. Their english was excellent. Breakfast was basic, and the coffee undrinkable - the only problem point!
four of us have been staying at this hotel for 5 to 6 years and will continue to do so
Everything was superb, could not recommend this hotel enough, staff were 1st class, location super. Breakfast was not to my fancy, but that is only a small thing.
The hotel was clean, staff lovely and oh so warm and comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and laid out and the shower and water really hot and powerful. Thi sis the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel and it would always be my first choice in Venice.
it's location the rooms were small, you could hear everything in the other rooms and hallways, there was no restaurant, the tv did not function properly only a couple of channels were clear. the room had no decor, and the bed linens looked used and old and wornout
The room was very clean and the bathroom looked fairly new, so it was quite large, clean and had a bath. The hotel is also situated in a very quiet spot.
The continental breakfast. Close to many popular sites. Close to the water bus.
The staff was so kind and verey helpful, room and the bath was very good in clean, size, quite, free internet, only the break fast could be butter and more choises. If there is varity in type of break fast, other was every thing is just pperfect.
hotel staff were helpful, the location is very close to San Marco Sq. We had 2 rooms there, air condition was not efficient in one of the rooms. and the style of the rooms were old looking.
Location very good, room comfortable and hotel appearance lovely. some staff very helpful and the location very close to the vaparetto water stop san zancharria. ideal for weekend stay. breakfast provided but scarce and not much variety. booking.com indicated free wifi but this was untrue and we had to pay for wifi. overall the hotel could've put us in a better room as we were staying four days, room basic and expensive for what it was but location spot on.
A fabulous hotel. book with confidence. The room and ensuite were great, breafast offered varied choice and the position was close to the piazza and main shopping area. The staff helped us too.
Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. Water taxi very convenient. Great location by St Mark's Square. Diner recommendation at Carpaccio's was excellent!
Staff were helpful And friendly
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms with all the comfort.
The location of the hotel was superb, so central and just next to the vaporreta. The room was a reasonable size,as was the bathroom, both clean and nice towels. the breakfast was fine but exactly the same each day.some of the staff were not at all friendly,or helpfull.
Their location is really good. near the water bus station & near the san marco square. if they offer some fruit for breakfast, it'd be better but totally is was good for me.
Breakfast was excellent. Location is wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, the staff is also nice and helpful 200 euros per night is a little bit much for it even given it's location
Excellent location to see the sights around Venice, good breakfast the room has been too warm although we stayed there in November, had to pay for WLAN.
The location was excellent... right in the heart of Venice, with easy transport nearby. For the area it was good value for money. We went in Nov. The heating was on in the hotel and it was very warm in our room. Nobody seemed able to do anything about this though. Also, the staff didn't seem overly knowledgeable about the area, (or if they were they didn't seem to want to share it with us!) They could really do with tea/coffee making facilities in the room too.
the location is excellent it is not the cleanesse hotel
location; friendly staff; cleanliness
very convenient location, situated close to SanMarco Square. Friendly staff, comfortable bedroom with en suite shower- which worked. Standard uninspiring breakfast but good coffee No towels provided on last night and only one spare one discovered by hotel staff.
location pillows were horrible, room tiny. The only place they did not clean was under the bed. Breakfast buffet just fair
Helpful staff Laundry is expensive Eu 130. Beware of high tides when arriving or leaving. Water taxi is essential to find the hotel - this is dependent on tides. Water Taxis are expensive eu 80
Spacious room. Spacious bathroom. Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Difficult to find. There are 3 streets with the same name in Venice. Suggest you use water taxi to get there the first time. We walked for hours before we gave up and asked the hotel to send someone to fetch us.
good situation, nice staff, good breakfast bathroom not enogh space for cosmetic"s etc. not enogh ligth
The Aqua Palace was the perfect hotel for our first visit to Venice. It is beautifully designed, the suite we booked was incredibly comfy and **so** quiet, especially at night. An excellent buffet breakfast is available. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. What's not to like? We'd go back in a heartbeat. It rained.
beautifully furnished. spacious and quiet poor directions from #1 Vaparetto
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is can't-beat (right where the Tronchetto ferry exits at St. Mark's square stop). The room was clean and the bathroom was in very good condition.
If you, just like us, arrive late in the evening, you will find the hotel easely. Just in front of the vaporette! I asked the hotelstaff several things , and there was no problem at all. There is no elevator in the hotel, for us it was no problem, because we stayed on the 1 floor. But if your room is on the 4e floor.....
relaxed, easy going atmosphere room too warm at night, aircon did not work
perfect location! Only 5 minutes walk to Basilica di San Marco! Breakfast in the glass-celling cafeteria was nice! no flip-flops provided
Very nice location, when we got to Venice we took a water bus to an area we thought was close to the hotel, when we got off the boat we found the hotel was right there! In front of us! Very kind and helpful staff, a small but clean and sweet room! Very nice breakfast! It's totally worth it at its price!
Igor the receptionist recommended a lovely restaurant as we arrived very late at night. Many thanks. Staff generally very friendly. fantastic location between St Marks and Rialto. Bathroom was extremely cramped.
The location is pretty convenient for tourists. Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast choice was excellent. Room decorated with tastes. Bathroom big with a window and a jacuzzi tub. It was a very small room. With three beds, there was not much space to walk around the beds. There was a bathtub but no shower curtain - tough to take a shower standing in the tub. We tried to use the jacuzzi tub according to the instruction and somehow flooded the floor. The guests below us would not provide excellent review with dripping water from the ceiling.
Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location.
We stayed at the hotel bruno for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay , friendly and very helpfull staff also a very good buffet breakfast , also the hotel is very well situated
The central location was excellent. Also the hotel is close to many restaurants and bars. Room sizes were good, except for the shower room. Breakfast also good. Our shower room was very cramped. Also the shower cubicle itself was very small. Our friends had a lovely sized bathroom
the location only a few "blocks" from the Rialto Bridge. no elevator!
Good location and no noise from the street. No elevator
location in Venice street noise - but then it is venice!
Venice is expensive anyway so price was reasobale and location v good Would have been nice to have a lift ! Room a little on the small side and shower cubicle ridicoulosly small Staff friendly and helpful No lift Small rooms etc
An excellent hotel - clean, friendly English speaking staff, good value, great breakfast and conveniently located near San Marco. Hotel also provided very clear maps and directions which are needed. Highly recommended.
Top services, big rooms. Good decoration, like an ancient Palace, but with all the modern facilities.Good location, near "bus" station of Rialto (don't take a taxi!). The internet plug was in the oposite wall of the room desk's. Breakfast could have more variety.
Wonderful hotel, good location, with excellent staff. Very romantic. In particular it is very close to all the major sites, but feels hidden away from the touristy areas.
