Restroom facility Rome Style
The deluxe city view room was phenomenal for a country boy like me. Room cleaning and bed making was excellent, left my extra spending money in the room and never missed a penny. Everyone was so very polite in the hotel, the view from the bar on the top floor is also not to be missed. Prices for drinks, etc. are as to be expected for this hotel, but don't miss breakfast! As American as you could want, and make sure you ask the guy with the chef hat on to make your eggs. Omelet, over easy, whatever, they will be done to perfection and delivered to your table. I loved my stay at this hotel, it was hard to come back to reality in the US. No free wifi
The welcoming and check-in at the hotel was perfect and very professional. It was also very convenient to get there from Narita airport with the bus limousine. Best location ever in Tokyo!
staff was very nice and helpful. the room was clean. not the best or most modern but it's the basics. nice renovated bathrooms. high floors. AIRPORT SHUTTLE IS AMAZING! the bedside tables are a bit ghetto. otherwise everything was good.
Excellent, spacious & clean room, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent rates. No, I was completely happy with everything about my stay.
Great location, easily accessible, excellent rooms with a gorgeous viiew
+Best Service (English friendly) +Best Location (5 minute walk to Shibuya Station) +Best Views +Extremely Clean & Comfortable +Luxurious +Worth the Cost of Stay
the location, staff efficiency, room ,view, bathroom everything was perfect, great value for money
The location was excellent Limited choice of resturants and they close early
The view was breathtaking. Not really.
We loved the spacious room and the fantastic view of the city!
great location, excellent service/staff, very comfortable room
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to many sites and transportation stations. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. Rooms are a bit small but average by Japanese standards.
Very convenient location. Good Cleanliness and provode good quality shower gel and shampoo. Unfriendly male front desk staff (no smiling face). We came with 2 families and 5 small kids, they were making some noise and chasing around at the lobby while we were checking in, one male staff warned us this was not appropriate. Yes, I respect the reminder but expect a more friendly approach. And I believe if the hotel allows to have children to stay in, they should anticipate how children behave. It was our first day arrival, with such unfriendly approached, it really spoilt our mood.
Location is very good and room is very clean as well.
Location, Limousine Bus access, Close to train station, affordable Wi-Fi is good, not great, but free
The location of the hotel is excellence. The room is clean and relatively larger than other hotel in similar price range. No fittness center
My boyfriend and I stayed there for nine nights and were able to explore easily. Locations such as Akihabara, Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, and a lot more are a short train ride away and with the train station so close it was easy to get around. Lots of shops, restaurants, and arcades within walking distance of the hotel.
Breakfast Poor customer service
Friendly staff speaks English and location is very close to Train station. Love staying here when I travel to Tokyo. The pillows were very uncomfortable.
The location and the views over Tokyo Room service not available at night
We had a good room with a good view of the Shibuya Crossing. It was good to watch in the evening. The hotel was conveniently closes to the train station. Don't forget to check out the Hachigo statue on the way to the train station. I was a bit confused with using the door card to power on or off with everything in the room.
1. Shibuya centered - 2. Both restaurants on 25th - 3. View over Shinjuku Price was much more expensive than last year same time
Great location. Comfortably sized and clean room. Staff was helpful.
Centrally located near major train lines Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms Excellent city views Close to shops, bar, restaurants, parks Convenient bus service to airports Breakfast not included in price Some extras (such as laundry) were extremely expensive
Location Toilet smelling of pee
Spacious Room, great location, spectacular view.
Location is it's primary selling point. Train station is just below it, shopping is everywhere around the hotel as well as restaurants. A bit pricey considering the size and amenities of the room. The toilet bidets are manual, which is kinda unusual in japan, as the smaller and cheaper business hotels now feature automatic push button bidets.
Proximity to everything. Excellent service.
location, location location! perfect jumping off spot to explore tokyo as it's right above the subway station!
Excellent location just beside the best transportation hub: shibuya station. staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast have 4 choices (2 type of western, japanese and buffet). Plenty of good restaurant around. (Great yakiniku place just in front). Room have a good size. Decor and overall look is very nice. 2nd time in tokyo and both time I used this hotel. N/a
Staff was excellent. Great location near shibuya station to go around. I am in Tokyo the for the drinking and the nightlife so it was perfect for that. Nothing but room are tokyo small. Not for a family or people that travel with more than 1 luggage.
Breakfast is included, but consider it not included. The breakfast was a huge disappointment - your best bet is skipping the breakfast and finding somewhere else to eat.
Location was perfect. Staff was very nice/helpful! Cashier and post office in lobby :) Bed and pillows were uncomfortable/hard. Would like to have had WiFi in room, not just lobby
Location second to none ! I can not think of anything.
Close proximity to everything, decent price, very clean, It's a bit small of a room and the bed
Great location, clean and comfortable. Another great hotel from the Tokyu Group. Will definitely consider staying there again.
Great location. Close to Shibuya station and the scramble. Could not control temperature in room. Hallways very dark.
I found the hotel to be exactly what I expected: very reasonable rates, tight space (consistent with Tokyo), very friendly and professional staff, and a good breakfast value. It was also well situated (near the Shibuya Station). Bathroom was tiny, so if you're tall, be careful taking a shower.
Given the price and location, I was expecting a room not much bigger than a double bed, but the room was pretty spacious for Tokyo and the decorations charming. I'd definitely recommend it.
When I stayed there, it was very hot. Everytime I came back to the hotel, I was offered a free bottle of water which was a very nice complementary service.
The hotel is perfectly located, less than 5 minutes walking from Shibuya station. Room was small but comfortable and provided everything we need. Nothing worth mentioning
Very kind staff
The hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, and the location very convenient. The western breakfast was not good.
Good location, decently easy to find from the train station, and lots of stuff going on around there! Room was much bigger than the Shinjuku Washington Hotel, which is where I was at before.
Close to City Tv in the room was to the left of the beds. Very bad viewing position.AC also took a while to start working. There was a small AC unit aswell due to the proper AC not working correctly. The room was extremely stuffy and hot on arrival and it took almost 2 hours before it was a bearable temperature,
location was excellent and price good rooms are small by american standards but obviously OK by japanese standards and certainly appropriate to hotel star category
Excellent combo of price, location, and comfort. The room, though small by US standards, was efficiently and exquisitely laid out and very clean. All toiletries were provided (including razors), nice touch.
