Pros: The hotel main areas are nice and modern. Our room was worn and was in need of some repairs due to wear and tear. Breakfast was good, but the hours of breakfast are not business friendly if you need to be at work by 8:00am
Cons: Room was worn out, needed wear and tear maintenance Breakfast restaurant opens a 7:00am - bad news if you have to be anywhere by 8:00am

Our house was built 2015, really nice house and just 3 minutes walk to the station. There is real hot spring 10 minutes away by the car, 4 big malls and 2 biggest parks. To the central of Tokyo, it takes 15 minutes by the subway. Most safety and clean town in Tokyo.
