Breakfast choice was a full-english..people go to Japan for the whole experience. It was disappointing that this hotel just had one bar/restaurant which was an Irish bar and restaurant.
Bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress fell well below standard that is expected from a hotel room. Also the pillows were rock hard. Had a terrible nights stay.
very good location...few steps away from the train station...plenty of convenience stores...free onsen is great...
none so far
Great value for your money. Room size is absolutely OK. Additional Onsen area at the 2nd floor is a nice plus.
The Onsen area (public bath) could be tidier. Staff should visit more frequently.
I have never felt unwelcome in an hotel reception before and it was the only time someone was rude to us in Japan. That's all human interaction you will have. They are not interested in giving any customer support. I expect some Asian food for breakfast, but is only American/English options. They do not change linens with the excuse of eco friendly. I said excuse because otherwise they use plastic for everything, nothing is recycle and they produce constant waste. Location, is in front of a metro, so that was ok. If you don't mind to be treated as a cow you maybe ok, otherwise, you can find better/similar rooms and location for same or lower price in Tokyo.
Nice view from window. Near underground station.
