The Cost of Living in the Philippines
When purchasing a monthly public transportation pass, you can expect the price to be approximately ₱1,200-1,300 ($23-25). If you go to the grocery store, a gallon of milk can be purchased for around ₱80-85 ($1.5-1.65), while 2 lb of potatoes will cost you ₱85-90 ($1.65-1.75).
