|Top route||Newark to Orlando|
The flight was EXACTLY on time and a pleasant flight. All Covid safe practices were in effect.
Are you kidding me! United said you canceled the flight and Lufthansa said there was no ticket issued. What happened? I had to pay $3800 at the airport just to get back. Somebody with some answers should call me ASAP. Frederick Cheney 603-425-8273
The crew was very friendly and boarding was very fast and easy
It is virtually impossible to hear the announcements on this plane. Very poor audible equipment. The attendant did a nice job with serving drinks and snacks to everyone on this tiny plane. He was efficient and pleasant.
I loved the way the flight attendants made sure everyone was safe. The pilots were generous and made sure I was safe and landed safely
No snacks but everything else was great.
I had a middle seat on an exit row. The legroom was very good, but it's never fun to be in a middle seat! 'Hard to "fix" that, but I was happy to catch my earlier flight back to EWR (my original, later flight was actually delayed by over an hour - whew!)!
Late due to crew not controlling passengers. Wifi and entertainment did not work well. No food option.
Flew United Airlines. Was planning to get some work done on the flight. Had to use the flashlight on my smartphone because the overhead light for my seat would only stay on for a couple seconds before turning off. Just another example of United not maintaining their planes like they used to.
Flight delayed, cabin was very hot, not explained what was going on.
No catering available for a two hours long flight. Neighbor’s mask kept slipping off and no crew said anything.
It was delayed 10 hours so really sucks
Boarding was done way too fast compared to other flights, food/beverage service was minimal (water only), attendant was helpful, flight was timely departing and arriving
It was a little crowded for CoVid, but the crew friendliness and helpfulness was exceptional. Food and beverage service best of my trip.
United caused me to miss a dinner date, made it difficult to get to my car in the parking garage as we arrived AFTER O'hare closed down for the day. At a minimum, the should upgrade my Frequent Flyer status permanently.
My screen didn’t work at my seat. Communication at Toronto airport between the two flights was non-existent. We were not given TSA precheck, we weren’t told we were going through US customs in Toronto, we were given instructions like go into that room and sit down. Really, really poor quality airport. Walkways were turned off, poor air conditioning, lack of food services, etc. I will try to avoid Toronto airport in future travels.
Such uncomfortable seats. Surprised that during COVID every seat was taken. We checked in online and had our boarding passes printed. We got into the drop your bags line and watched as the line for checking in went twice as fast if not even more. If we uploaded everything and bothered to check in, why did our line take longer than for people who were checking in at the airport? Not happy about that! Definitely something wrong there. And they reprinted out boarding passes- why?
The flight overall wasn't bad, but there were some earphones left in the seat back in front of me that made me go "eww." I also couldn't get the attendant to bring me a pair of earphones or show me where to plug in to watch movies or TV. There was also a bottle of water rolling on the floor, but that could have been dropped by a passenger on this flight. Overall, I had a "meh" experience.
It was dirty
Not enough leg room.
Boarding was slow and complicated, lack of communication between passengers and Front desk. It was disastrous I have expectations for economy plus, but at the end it's too expensive for such a low " benefits " The crew just visit my seat for takeoff, food and beverage, landing. Very poor attention.
I like the attention in front desk, all the precautions and clarify the doubts. The airplane looks old and too much noise.
Gate area at Newark was great. Nice design. Much better than 10 years ago when I used to fly out of Newark all the time. Boarding process went smoothly. Flight was on time all around. Bag was at baggage claim as soon as I walked to the claim area. Super fast. Probably by best flight ever on United.
I didn’t eat any of the snacks nor drink any of the beverages available on the flight. I tend to fall asleep on the plane, which is what happened. It has been a while since I have flown United, I appreciated the spacious seating, comfortable seats and improved planes. Thanks for making the flight easy and enjoyable, it seems like the company has been working on making general improvements to their flights and it’s paying off.
Flight was nearly an hour late. Drink selection on board was excellent! I was very pleased to see White Claw Gard Seltzer on the menu.
very small overhead bins. neither of my undersized pieces fit. both had to go under my seat. luckily, the passenger next to me still had room for their bag too.
90 min delay. No reason. Missed 2 flight from IAH to SFO. Had to spend night on my own money. No lounge open for early morning
