|Top route||Newark to Orlando|
As a father traveling alone with an infant I found the staff to be extremely helpful. All staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable flight. The gate agent even went so far as to change my seat so I had an empty seat next to me that I could have my child sleep on. On board they provided some additional food and things to keep the baby entertained. The flight attendants even offered to hold my baby so I could use the facilities more easily on my own. All around a friendly staff. Of course the food could be a bit better and the seats a bit more comfortable but no surprise there. I would say they have good entertainment options (for adults) but I didn't get the chance to use their entertainment system at all.
Flawless and the flight attendants were exceptionally friendly and hard working.
Excellent staff! It was good seeing the flight attendant graduation “last” day if you will. Love United 👍🏻
The crew and staff have no control over issues that are not satisfactory. However, administration could and should make passengers comfort only secondary to that of safety. The cramped seating. The rule of only accepting credit cards through the app to purchase food and drink…REALLY?? You want us to complain about the crew when in reality it’s a board and management that are TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY..
Stuck in the plane for over 3 hours. No updates from the crew.
Stuck in Washington for over 4 hrs due to only 3-4 inches of snow. We boarded the plane and we’re trapped on the plane for 3 hrs….for now reason except to get an “on time departure”. We could have waited in the terminal until the plane was freed from the snow and de-iced. No food or water for over 2.5 hours and we were restricted to our seats. We did not receive timely updates from the crew. Probably will not fly United for a long time.

Tienen que mejorar el snap y que todas sus unidades tengan pantallas para entretenerse
Great service, friendly crew, flight crew kept us well informed
Super friendly staff only thing is the planes are too small as I am 6’4 1/2 how do been to walk in the plane and neck was on a 30° angle

Everything was on time ! Bag was out before me !
Everything was on time ! Less stress
The flight itself needed some work. Lights came one and off with no consistency. Leg space is nonexistent (I'm 6'7"). Crew was sluggish to do anything.
The armrests were truly uncomfortable! Very cramped. My feet and knees were hurting. My backpack took all the tiny under seat space unlike the previous two flights. I did my best to sleep through the turbulence.
Only having four movies to choose from was kind of sad.
The Dreamliner airplane is wonderful! The seats are comfy with padded armrests. I noticed the difference especially on my last flight which was crowded and had hard armrests. The food was pretty good. My grandson really liked the chicken risotto and pretzel rolls. I had the pasta which was also serve gelato. Yum! Amsterdam has an amazing airport!
It was just delayed and scary with all the snow no one could help that crew and pilot was excellent
Have to pay, to have food or drinks...and is expensive!
