Great location & value. The staff was EXCELLENT! It was very noisy. Kids screaming and running down the hall all day/night. Not the hotels fault, but did put a damper on the trip. Also, the room service food was awful. Poor quality and flavor.

Noisy and crowded they day we were there a plain clean serviceable hotel Two things. Our room was between two college kid rooms with multiple tennants. They were polite but busy Other was we went to happy hour and the price was not honored

6.5-Construction at an adjacent building seemed to go on all night long. Unable to have any silence or sleep. And then there was a taxi "horn-honking" demonstration in opposition to Uber. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Location was perfect. Heated indoor saltwater pool was lovely. Breakfast by voucher for value amount.

Food at Urban Farmer was fabulous. Quite a delight. Rooftop bar was excellent - beautiful view. Room smelled like smoke. First staff person apologized and offered no other solutions. Second call the staff person offered an ozone machine to clean the air. He never showed up. I called two hours later after dinner and they said they couldn't bring the ozone machine to the room, stating that the machine couldn't be in use when the guest was in the room. Disappointed in response and knowledge of staff.

The location and being able to park at the hotel. Also like that they have a pool.The The pool was shut for maintenance. No free Wifi. Parking was expensive.

Close to Art Museum and good restaurants. My wife and I prepaid for a king room and upon check-in (at 4pm) was told no kings were left and they only had doubles remaining. The woman checking me in was not apologetic or particularly concerned (and made no offer to rectify the situation) that I wasn't getting what I paid for and had a take it or leave it attitude. There were 15 people in line behind me, so I chose not to protest and accepted the room offered me.

6.2+Location-Iron had black stuff coming out of it... the tub water didn't go down it took awhile for it to go down. They over booked the hotel so I didn't get the room I paid for.. I paid for a king and I got two doubles but it would have been fine if they are normal beds they were twin beds... uncormfortable for two people to lay down so we had to sleep in two separate beds smh..

2.0-Hello, I'm writing here because I'm very disappointed. When I booked the hotel on Kayan it said that there was a working swimming pool. There was not! I booked this hotel because there was a swimming pool since I need to swim for health issues. I'd like to get fully reimbursed for this stay. Looking forward to hear back from you. Loved the room and the staff. Breakfast was overpowered by cooking meat and eggs. I am a vega. There are vegan options near by.

I like the size of the rooms Our shower was broken, our toilet was broken, we were not given enough towels, we had to call down for toilet paper. The breakfast was good, but it was a mess which made me feel uneasy about eating because of how horribly unclean the whole area was.

2.5+The location-The customer service from employees was horrible when I went up for breakfast. Was going to be my first time staying at this hotel. After I found out they don't do COOK TO ORDER BREAKFAST like most embassy's and my room wasn't ready when I checked in as promised and the employees weren't friendly. I decided to take my business somewhere else.

4.8-Room door did not lock caught it on the way out on a Saturday nite. Waited over an hour for maintenance. Had to move to "the only room left" which was not a king bed (two doubles) and did not have a refrigerator. Really ruined the evening as we were not able to leave the hotel until midnight when we were planning to leave at 10:30. Got a new room the next day and the toilet did not work. Maintenance was there in a few minutes. Very disappointing experience. Front desk comped parking but then put it on my bill so I had to fight at the desk at check out to get parking comped.
