OK

Checking in and out was very easy and fast. The place wasn't too big so it was easy to get around. The parking lot was a little restricted. Anyone with a large pickup would have a somewhat difficult time maneuvering. The room could use a remodel to bring it up to date. They put a flat screen TV in the room but left the old cathode tube tv stand in there with nothing in it.

they are not rude watching your every move they not crazy about exact time to leave only thing i didnt like was they charge alot but you dont get room cleaned and towels dont get clean ones like everywere else so service there not good

The price and i was so close to my mom The staff was rude when I asked about their extension policy they have kitchenettes but don't offer supplies for the kitchen and I'm not going to buy pots and pans for 1 night the and the room even though it was clean at first glance it wasn't clean

the location right off 45 was great and close in approximatley to a lot of things to see in houston just about everything cockroaches, fleas, possible bed bugs, old uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows, broken washers and dyrers, and a crack pipe under the mattress which was enough evidence to the manager to give us a refund WORST MOTEL EVER

Location Housekeeper was a bully. Came in without knocking first day was Thursday my check out was not due until 11 on Friday. Was told to get out of my room and she told me no. Tried to call front desk and no one answered, then same thing the next morning. Bad ex

Friendly helpful staff, I worked at nights so when I requested my room be done early so that I could sleep, the day it was due, the staff (cleaning lady) worked on my room as soon as she was done with the other she was cleaning, while I had breakfast. The room had a kitchen, but no pots, pans or plates and cutlery. The fridge had cooling issues towards the end of my stay, however the hotel staff took care of it once reported.

Mediocre

Location great. Bwy8 & I-45 freeways immediately accessible nearby. Plenty of stores and restaraunts nearby. very nice and courteous front desk girls. It was dirty. It was dingie. It appeared very old and not well kept inside the room. Stains on sheets upon arrival. I requested a non smoking room and my room reeked of smoke.
