Cons: Cleaning staff is always rude. The smoke alarm kept going off and no knew how to disable it. It took over 8 hours before the 3 shift person came up and took it out. After 1:00 am before got to sleep. I was so upset that we checked out hours early. Never stay there again. The room was not the one I had booked, had to change rooms once again same as in June! I requested my money returned for Saturday, still haven’t heard back from management. You will get no more money from me. I will choose another place to stay in the future... Buy the way the cleaning staff is rude, one of them looked in to my room and put a do not knock sign on the outside of the door! You also don’t have anything to get ice in, what’s up with that. This place use to have fruit setting out, not anymore! I went there to rest, got no rest!!! These people don’t believe in calling customers back. Without customers you have no business. I was a return customer. Had the same problem back in June concerning the room, had to make a change then as well. OH WELL!! Jimmie Elie

Cons: They charge a flat $175 pet fee that I s not stated on the site. Also they advertise breakfast, but the breakfast is very low quality and not much was available. They say yogurt, but yogurt was there 2/3 days. The only thing they had plenty of was oatmeal and high sugar muffins. I had to pay a flat $175 fee for my 2 small pets and was in a room that had red and blue stains on the carpet. What are they doing with that money? Walked the dogs outside and heard a gunshot. Not a safe area.

The hotel reception was very nice and there are laundry facilities at the hotel. The room was good with comfortable beds, good TV, speedy free wi-fi and bathroom. The room included a fridge and microwave. A good hotel which I would recommend.

Cons: Some of the staff was terrible. We we’re put on the 3rd floor which was extremely hot. Our room wasn’t ready for early check in even though we had been told previously that I would be. The elevator broke and made a loud annoying beeping that kept us up. We were told the pool was out of order and then later told by another employee that it never was. We had 4 people in our room and that information was provided at booking. However the staff continuously refused to give us towels because they can only give two sets per room. Even though we listed that there would be four guest in our double room. We also had issues with our toilet. Apparently it was broken.

Cons: Maintenance man walked in our room while we were in bed. The tv was on and it was obvious someone was in the room. It was 10:30 at night. The bar was on the door and he didn’t knock. He just popped the door and came in. The hallway from the elevator to the room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was the 3rd floor and was supposed to be a non-smoking floor.

Pros: We are visiting frequently and stay here. Compared to cost of hotels in this area, this was most reasonable. Biggest plus has been friendly and responsive staff. Rooms have minifridge, microwave & we save on food eating the full free breakfast.
Cons: We have stayed more than once. Some beds are more comfortable than others, some air conditioners cool better than others, but not enough to request a room change. It is not in a great location, next to 290, which works for our needs.
