Hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help. I find the rooms not particularly clean especially the floors. After you have walked around a while your feet are black underneath.

Big and spacious rooms. A lot of noise from construction going on outside the hotel.

the hotel staff and there services they were very helpfull, cheerfull. the weired smell, the dirt the rooms and bathrooms was not clean.

I likeed the cleanliness of the facilities, professional staff, good security, quietness and location of the hotel near a major shopping center and proximity to the metro station. There are 3 things I didn't like : Room service is very slow and I have to call repeatedly for little things such as extra kitchen items, ice, towels etc. The second one is the size of the single beds. They are too small for a 10 year old kid leave alone an adult.The 3rd thing is there are not enough number of kitchen ware in the apartment.

unfortunately its was nightmare because they had a construction during my stay that kept me awake early in the morning nothing

Being beside the shopping mall

Convenient for shopping and near the airport The internet in my room was not working and for 3 days they keep saying that they will fix it. Till the day I checked out it wasn’t fixed and during check out I informed the 2 employees at the reception about the problem and they did not even reacted for the issue… not even sorry!!!

Convenient location. Close to airport and shopping centre. No rooms available for early check in but could use gym shower. Business centre available with computers and printer. Non-smoking room requested and not available. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a facelift to keep a 5 star rating.

Central location

The hotel is adjoint to the City Centre Shopping Mall, so you can reach the mall from the hotel directly. I did not like the bed mattress and the pillows. They are not very comfortable; they are kind of fluffy or downy. Still, I think this is offset by other good things in the hotel like the staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the room.

Ideal for City Centre Shopping Mall, good location to access the rest of Dubai from, friendly Reception and excellent Concierge staff. The room cleaning ladies were not up to standard. The lady that did my room could hardly speak English and often missed out on replenishing complimentary Coffee and water. I did ask but think she did not understand due to lack of knowledge of the English language.

Rooms and staff are good The bath room is veru bad, water flow is slow and some equipments are not working
