Pros: We went out on a limb when looking for a room and decided on staying at our very first Drury Inn. I am happy to say that I will now only be staying at Drury Inns, more specifically this one. Customer service here is impeccable. Very well mannered employees and very attentive. From the amazing Hot tub, to the great indoor/outdoor pool, the clean and well kept room with vaulted ceilings, to the free popcorn and soda, to the complimentary alcoholic beverages, complimentary buffet style breakfast and dinner. It snowed during our stayed and was very suprised to wake up and see a very cold employee scraping off every window of ice of every vehicle in the parking lot. Free WiFi and parking.
Cons: The comforters could be a little more thick and comforting, but considering everything else....this is the only thing I could think of.

Pros: Amenities were great! The hot tub was closed, but understandable from time to time. The pool, itself, was warm, so hot tub wasn't needed. The breakfast/coffee was awesome! Rooms were very well put together.
Cons: We had a room that faced the busy road/intersection of the hotel. That was the ONLY issue we had, as it was noisy all night. We could have probably switched rooms, but unpacking/packing up a family of 4 (with a 5 year old and a 11 month old) can be difficult. I would just advise that if you get to your room and it's facing the road, that you ask for another room that isn't facing the road.

Cons: Location is not very good. Too far from downtown. Breakfast was expensive and very mediocre. To top it off, our bank account was charged for extra charges after we checked out and when we call to find out what the charges were for, their "accounting department" is impossible to reach.

Cons: I did not like that there was construction being done on the building and we were not told ahead of time or given any kind of discount for the room. Also despite paying for my room in advance and them taking my card and having it on file I got charged a $25.00 fee that I was told would eventually be put back into my account. I have been checked out of the room for almost two days and the fee is still not back in my account. I think the fee was unnecessary when they already took my card information. I was also not told about this fee when booking the room.

Cons: Trains going by at night, Loud horns. Located in an industrialized area. Not a great part of town from appearances. Homeless people wandering about. Was harassed by a drunk in the parking lot upon arrival. We put our do not disturb signs on the door and were usually out by 10am. But the maids never came back to clean the room or empty trash until the 3rd of 4 nights we were there even though we asked (they didnt speak any english). No free buffet or breakfast which I've come to expect from most hotels.

Cons: despite having reservations we had to wait in the office for 30 minutes while two walk-ins were waited on. The clerk seemed to have no care for how long the check-in process was taking her and seemed content to idly chat with the customers and completely ignore the check-in procedures during this time. When the shift supervisor was called on to help her because she struggled to accept payment for wi-fi he completely ignored the crowded office and made no attempt to assist in checking any of us in. 15 minutes per check-in is absurd. The room was non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Nice bed, however.
