Okay 5.1
Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: Rooms are tiny. No spa, outdoor pool only.
Good 6.5
Pros: Pleasant, efficient, and courteous staff up front. Location good. Food good.
Cons: Facility satisfactory, although the common areas were not as clean as they should be. Party until about 3 am in the room next door made sleeping very difficult.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Clean, simple, professional. Love that they accept parts.
Cons: A bit overpriced.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Room was nice seemed like it was an apartment
Cons: I am pretty sure one of staff stole my wallet
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They covered a better room for us at a different hotel so we got our room for free! They called when we were on our way there from the airport. Everything at that hotel was wonderful and we intend on staying at Hampton on our way back as well. Or wherever they send us.
Okay 4.5
Pros: The room was clean and the price was good. I chose to be further from the convention center to save a little money and this hotel has good reviews.
Cons: I didn't get much sleep. There was an inch space below the door and space around the door. I could hear every other person letting their door slam shut. Across from my room a small dog barked till very late. Young girls next door were loud and smoking weed and cigs. Although it was non smoking, the whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke. The cut fruit at breakfast tasted sour. It was either old or had some kind of preservative on it. So I base my stay on whether I get any rest and feel comfortable. So this was a huge no way.
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good.
Cons: Thin, scratchy towels yet we had to constantly ask for more. The maid would leave two towels each day for three guests. Sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, springs in the mattress almost poking through the sad mattress. There was a one-half inch gap in the main door frame so we heard lots of noise from the hallway and light streamed in the room at night. We could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. When i complained, i was told the manager would contact me but he never did. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We have stayed there twice. We have run into friends from our home town, both times. (Evidently, we are not the only ones who like to stay there. We really like the facilities and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It is always very clean. Our adult children joined us there and they were very pleased, also. Joyce
Cons: We had no complaints. Joyce
Okay 5.1
Pros: Location is relatively convenient
Cons: The hotel advertises to be a smoke-free property. The people in the adjoining room were smoking cigarettes all night and hosting a 'gathering' in their room. I called the front desk numerous times but the gist of their response was that there was nothing they could do as smoking is not illegal. They offered me a can of aerosol spray to mask the smoke! All rooms were booked that night so they could not move us. I did not get to sleep until after 2:00 a.m. and woke up to loud screaming around 6:00 a.m. We were able to change rooms for the next night's stay, and the hotel manager did comp. our stay for the one night with the issue, however I am not in agreement with their policy for handling guests who break property rules and put my health and well-being in jeopardy and will think twice before staying at another Hampton Inn.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel so clean and comfortable and the best customer service .. killer deal thanks to kayak

Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was excellent and accommodating. Very clean.
Cons: NO
Good 7.4
Pros: The room quality
Cons: It is far from downtown, but there is a train stations near of it.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Typical Emmbassy Suites, full made to order breakfast, complementary drinks in the evning. Two room suites and friendly staff.
Cons: Fixtures inside rooms were slightly dated, but more importantly were worn. The kitchen area sink and the bathtub both leaked constantly. And other small issues that just made it appear they didn't care to upkeep the hotel. Overall great stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: In general, it was good.
Cons: The bathroom. To get warm water, we needed to wait about 10 minutes. The breakfast was limited.
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Was under construction and was not aware of it when we made the reservations.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: Dining service sucked at night considering all the construction
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff that greeted us at checking was extremely professional and polite. She made us feel welcome from the start.
Cons: There is a major renovation under way. I understand that hotels need to periodically upgrade, but they should consider closing during this process or at least let a person know when they are making a reservation. Also, they should close the doors of the rooms under renovation. It felt somewhat abandoned as we were heading to our room which was actually pretty nice.
Good 6.7
Pros: The room was large and the breakfast was great.
Cons: The mattresses on the bed were not firm enough.

Good 6.8
Pros: Beds were very uncomfortable and heat in the room didn't work.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked how friendly and eager the staff was to help out. The facility was very clean and the location was very convenient.
Cons: My daughter wanted just a scoop of yogurt and a handful of berries for breakfast. We still had to pay the $12.95 for like $3.00 worth of food. The policy could use an update.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed here for a race nearby. Since it is in the Tech Center (lots of offices and hotels catering to business travelers), the area is quiet on the weekends. The lobby has flavored water and coffee available, and there were some good oatmeal cranberry cookies in the afternoon. It was nice that check-out is at noon, so we had plenty of time after our race to come back and shower before checking out. Staff was friendly and helpful too!
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The staff is very inviting. It's very clean, 25 min drive to downtown. Overall great experience. I would definitely come back
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff make this reasonably priced hotel a great choice for business as well as leisure travelers. The breakfast buffet was very good quality for the price.
Cons: Not many choices for restaurants within walking distance, so you’ll need a rental car or other type of car service to get around.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel was very clean with great room service and a nice cafe in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
Cons: The bed was terrible. The bed has a firmness adjustment but anything less that max and you were sleeping across 3 metal bars. Pillows were also very uncomfortable.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Very clean
Cons: No continental breakfast
Good 6.3
Pros: Clean, free internet, free parking
Cons: No safe in the room

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was responsive to any issues, extra towels, coffee, parking gate not working etc. Didnt spend much time at hotel so can't say anything about the facilities. Everything was clean and operational.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great hotel in terms of technology, nice room, very cool and would be great if staying for more than 1 night.
Cons: Poor service, no name use, no "little things", like it was my birthday and they never said anything, and the restaurant was good, but again, service was bad. Asked for late check out and house keeper came three times, didnt speak english and said I didn't when I did.. I would stay again, but only if I couldnt find something better
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Check in was extremely easy, in and out process.
Cons: Unfortunately my AirPods went missing after my first night staying at this hotel. I wish I could have them back, but they were no where to be found after my room was cleaned.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location
Cons: Our room was above the atrium. It was LOUD at all hours. The fan in the room was extremely loud. It was a horrible experience. It makes me rethink using Marriott in the future.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The lobby is very nice and the rooms are pretty big and very comfortable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. I had a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Pros: Quiet, laundry/dryer was always available (used 2x during my 8 day stay with 2 kids), staff was very friendly.
Cons: For some reason they didn’t vacuum the room during the daily housekeeping. Since I was staying with 2 small kids, it was certainly needed and obvious. The AC wasn’t very powerful and the remote only worked sometimes. Very small improvements that didn’t bother us during our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: easy in and out
Cons: nothing

Pros: The receipt and what was charged on my card are not the same. My card was charged $30 + more than I was told. Lee Melton
Cons: The receipt and what was charged on my card are not the same. My card was charged $30 + more than I was told. Lee Melton
Good 6.5
Pros: Staff were quite friendly and helpful.
Cons: Shuttle service was difficult to use. Can't reserve in advance. Ended up not being able to use free shuttle from airport because it was an hour and a half wait. That was one of the draws for booking this place so far from Denver in the first place. Breakfast buffet not what I thought. Good service , but poor quality food.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Price was reasonable, room was clean and confortable. Cookies are always a nice touch from the double tree chain
Cons: there was no tub in the bathroom just a shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was our last stop on our honeymoon. We wanted a hotel close to the airport and we were not disappointed. The hotel was beautiful and our room was nicely decorated. We got to enjoy a Colorado Rockies game not too far away from the hotel, and have a good nights rest before flying out in the morning. I wish we had stayed a few more nights.
Good 6.8
Pros: Bed and room was adequate, nothing fancy. Hot tub and pool great temperatures.
Cons: For the amount paid, we should have a breakfast included or at least reasonably priced, $14 for breakfast is not reasonable.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Super comfortable beds. Microwave and fridge in room.
Cons: No ventilation fan in the restroom
Good 6.8
Pros: Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed. Last day front desk staff offered a complementary breakfast for the air-conditioning not working in our room.
Cons: Touch screen AC adjustment didn't work. Front desk staff unhelpful to address the issue. No refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Okay 5.1
Pros: The room was well appointed and clean.
Cons: At 815am a extremely LOUD noise starting coming from the firehose box thing across the hall from my room - when I called about it I was very snappily told "it's not a fire" and when I asked if someone could then turn it off the woman snapped "that's what we are doing"... I mentioned it at the front desk during checkout and they simply didn't seem to care.
Good 6.8
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: In our first room the tub was clogged so we got moved to another room and given breakfast coupons. In the new room (we no longer had the mountain view) our air conditioner didn't work. They sent up a technician who fixed it almost immediately, however.
Good 7.3
Pros: This a comfortable hotel in a great location for my visit with relatives. It is near a beautiful inner-city golf course with a circle drive around it. The circuit is perfect for a 40 minute walk.
Cons: One evening I had a snack attack and asked at the desk for a machine selling sweets. The staff told me the machines only contain beverages and referred me to the 7-Eleven on the corner. The coffee machine provided in the room produced undrinkable coffee. There is a business center in the lobby that sells Starbucks Coffee - seems like guests could have access to a free cup of good coffee in the morning.
Good 6.7
Pros: Easy sign in and check out and included breakfast with room
Cons: The free shuttle to airport stopped operation at 10:30 pm. My flight landed then, so I had to get a Super Shuttle. I did not know the hours of operation of shuttle. I would liked to have known.

Excellent 8.5
Pros: The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.
Cons: It would be nice if the rooms came with a microwave and a parking spot in the garage at no additional cost.
Good 7.4
Pros: Spacious rooms, employees were friendly, nice breakfast, well priced.
Cons: The person who checked us in was in training and didn't know what she was doing. We didn't receive our buffet vouchers until we asked the next morning. The cards frequently did not work in the parking garage, which was really frustrating. The TV did not work until we had an "engineer" come and fix it. He said this happens all of the time and it took about 20 minutes to fix.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was great!!! The room was quiet even though there was a lot of activity in the atirium. The service in the restaurant was very accommodating and the food was excellent. The grungy desk staff and concierge was extremely helpful.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Pros... Room darkening curtains, triple sheeted bed, lots of pillows, nice restaurant and bar on the second floor with a decent happy hour, Starbucks in-room to brew.
Cons: $12/day parking, no wifi instructions in the room, dirty bathroom, tiny room, air conditioning never truly got cold, broken ice machines on several floors, guest smoking marijuana in outdoor pool area and letting non hotel guests in to "party". Security did nothing when notified. Not a place to bring children (we didn't, just a heads up). There are add on charges for every little thing. This hotel is not conveniently located to downtown Denver. Will pass on it the next time we are in town.
Good 7.7
Pros: They were friendly, it was clean except for the carpet which looked really dirty.
Cons: Housekeeping kept knocking on our door when we were trying to sleep, I figured she would go away if we didn't answer, but No I had to get up and tell her we didn't want room service. We had to pay for water, never had this in any hotel. Also, only got 23 hours of free internet after that I had to pay. Oh yeah and I had to pay for parking as well!!! Never had to do that at any of the hotels I have stayed at, in fact breakfast is included at other hotel. They were very friendly but it's not enough to make me come back, next time I will stay somewhere I don't have to pay for everything.
Okay 4.5
Pros: Having a refrigerator in the room at no additional charge
Cons: As I was adjusting the pillows to go to sleep, the headboard of my bed came off the wall, and fell to the floor nearly hitting me in the head. When I called the front desk to let them know, I asked if a manager could please come up to my room so that I could show them the severity of the situation. I felt that a manager should be informed of the condition of the facilities that ther customers are staying in. I felt that this was a highly bad situation and poor customer service, and felt that a manager should be informed.. They said they would send them up, but instead maintenance was knocking at my door and offering to reattach the headboard so that I wouldn't need to worry about it falling on me that night. However I was on my way downstairs to check out from my one night stay. When I went to the front desk to check out, the receptionist asked how my day was and I voiced my displeasure about the headboard and how it was not handled very well. I want they can ask to speak to a manager and was told that there wasn't one available. She offered to take the charges off of my hotel bill, which was $10 for parking and a $2.50 bottle of water. I feel that this was extremely unsatisfactory for the amount of money that I paid for the hotel room and the fact that having something so unpleasant happen during my one night stay was ridiculous. I expected more than a $12.50 incentive. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and the fact that I paid $180 for a room where when I ask for extra towels, I did not receive them, and my headboard sell off most hard to adjust pillows, was horrible. After the headboard fell down, I could see that this has been a problem before as there were previous drywall anchors that were in the wall and that have been stripped out from the headboard following previously. After the headboard fell, my bed was covered in sheetrock dust. I'm asthmatic and this definitely causes the problem. But as it was late at night, & I was extremely tired and did not feel like moving all of my things to a different room, I dealt with it. It became an issue though in the middle of the night when I woke up having an asthma attack because of all of the dust. I got one night away to get some rest, and was completely unable to. It was a very disappointing experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were wonderful and the room was clean. They have a policy of 2 kids per adult but when I told them I have triplets they quickly made an exception.
Cons: They had a party that was really loud till 11pm
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The personal were professional and very courteous. We will return to this hotel again in the fall and winter. Rooms were clean.
Cons: The bar service was poor and slow. More help as it was full and saw maybe at best 3 people waiting the tables.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff friendly but professional Clean with all the amenities we were looking for
Cons: We just wished that parking was better Very surprised to find we had only 2 options regarding parking both of which we thought pricey
Okay 5.4
Cons: The last night had a large group of noisy young people next to us that partied late into the night. Multiple calls to the front desk to mitigate did not result in any reduction of noise. We now wish we would have requested a new room in another wing of the hotel. Will probably not use again due to lack of response by the staff.
Okay 5.7
Pros: easy access, modern, helpful staff
Cons: wall heater was hanging out into the middle of the room, and we had to fix it ourselves. The shower was weak and the shower head was positioned in a strange way that made it hard to get directly under the spray. there was one trash can total for the entire suite. it had the feeling of a new facility that had been opened too soon, like it wasn't quite done, or things were rushed at the last minute to get it open.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It feels more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. The full kitchen was unexpected but well received!
Cons: Couldn't really find anything to complain about.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: A lot to do right around the hotel
Cons: Staff was very friendly.
Good 7.1
Cons: The walls are paper thin.
Good 6.8
Pros: Good value for money Appreciated that there was a full kitchen Free parking Near a light rail station which was good because we rode it to a Bronco game Good location, not too far from downtown We would probably stay again due to the good value
Cons: Hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, so the breakfast area was moved to an actual hotel room. It was very tight and had limited space with everyone in there getting their breakfast. The hotel lost power for a few hours during our stay Some of the hardware in the room needed upgrading because it was mismatched Bed was uncomfortable Low variety of breakfast food. It was the same foods throughout our entire 5 day stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was so thankful that the hotel let me have an extended check out as I was snowed in the night before in Winter Park, CO.

Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel smelled bad; room smelled bad; dirty room; spotted sheets; bathroom floor trim coming apart; couldn't shower - shower immediately filled tub, which took a couple hours to drain; elevator kept us up all night
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, clean
Cons: They charge my both my debit cards. Which put my money on hold status and I couldn’t access my funds.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Price
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very dirty, smelled like smoke Switched rooms still dirty and gross. Ended up leaving after 30 minutes and stayed at the Marriott.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was quiet. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room had water damage. The woman at check in was not wearing a mask. Because of the pandemic, several amenities were closed or not available. Funny, it wasn't reflected in the price...
Good 6.0
Pros: Located near Children's Hospital
Cons: Our room was gross. Huge carpet stains. Torn/holey comforter. A/C broken but works if you are smarter than the knobs. Fridge wasn't cold. COUCH HAD SO MANY "STAINS" I WAS AFRAID TO SIT MY CHILD ON IT! Cancelled my returning reservation for Sunday night:(
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The first thing was I was greeted by an unhappy lady who was complaining because the a/c was not working in the lobby as she folding her personal laundry. Then the carpets were stained up everywhere and. The a/c in the room didn’t work.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The big bathroom in the accessible room.
Cons: The walls were thin and nose travels, but that's okay of the hurts arnt too loud. I really can't complain, it didn't bother me at all. I'm just mentioning it. The entire overall hotel experience was great.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was great. Not far from the interstate
Cons: It’s a non smoking hotel but it smells like cigarette smoke when you enter the building and I could smell it on the 3rd floor too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Every time I stay there, hotel employee is always very helpful and personable. She truly makes you feel welcomed. They are doing an amazing job during this pandemic to make sure that everyone stays at a safe distance and the hotel is very clean!
Cons: Nothing at all.

Good 6.0
Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: No frills, no frig and no safe. Very overpriced for so little.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One of the things I like the most, was the service. Doesn't matter much if the place is clean and nice if the staff is rude. Everyone I had contact with was so nice and helpful. I loved it. I took a bike ride from the hotel to the water and it was free, that's so awesome. I'm from California and no hotel would ever do that, its all about make a dollar... And I can not forget to mention Mike W, he picked us up from the Air Port in Denver and was so great, you can really tell he loves his job. The drive to the hotel was like a tour. He told us so much about the city and the new air port, once again, you just don't get that kind of service any more. He was the best. Our second trip to Denver and we loved it!
Cons: N/A
Mediocre 2.8
Cons: I have stayed at other radissons before in other states so I figured we were getting a really nice hotel room. Well when we walked in the lobby it was so nice and I couldn't help but think what a nice hotel. But the minute we stepped out of the elevator into the 2nd floor hallway towards our room we were so disappointed! The hotel is so downgraded I mean the lobby looked like it had nothing to do with the actual hotel. It was an ugly color very dirty. Needed so much attention to detail. Not to mention that the couch in our room seemed like it had a blood stain!! That was very unprofessiona to me, for a hotel to allow that that couch continues to be used.!! Coming from the hospitality industry the radissons was not my favorite needs so much work with staff being more attentive, more courtesy but overall it needs a major renovation! I will not be returning, the couch did it for me!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean room. Quite
Good 6.5
Pros: Very clean appearance, comfortable bed, great freeway access. It definitely comes across when you first enter and throughout the whole stay as a clean, comfortable place.
Cons: Wifi basically non-functional, which is funny, as it has conference rooms and bills itself as a business hotel. Also very loud freeway traffic from room. Somewhat understandable as it's right there, but you'd think they would be able to install a better window.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The sleep number bed. Ermahgerd it was so comfy. I've never tried one before but damn I slept well. The room was nice, it had a microwave and a mini fridge, which was nice.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Price. Airport shuttle.
Cons: The hotel was nearly 30 minutes from the airport. That's a long freaking ways. You skim the Kayak app looking for an affordable airport with a shuttle expecting the hotel to be no more than 10-15 minutes from the airport. This Radisson was nearly 30 minutes away. On top of that, the shuttle only runs from 4AM - 11PM. We booked the hotel not knowing we were about to miss the shuttle. We booked the hotel not knowing that the 4AM shuttle would barely get us to the airport in time for our flight the next morning. Super bummed.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Check-in was a breeze, and it was a very nice hotel for what we paid.
Cons: The Sleep Number bed took a bit to adjust, but that was the only thing!

Pros: The staff was very friendly for our check-in. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, and the updates were nice. For a no-frills room to crash during a road trip or brief stay in Denver, I liked the location relatively near the airport.
Cons: I stayed here knowing that wifi would not be included, but it still seems like a mistake. $2.99 should just be included in the price of the room instead of an irritating separate charge for each individual device that is activated. There was also a broken towel rack in our room, but otherwise everything was functional.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Armed security on site
Cons: People smoking and doing drugs only, smoke dectectors going off, filthy. Trash littered the hallways and elevator. Didn't feel safe even with armed security.
Okay 4.0
Cons: What did I not like, for the price I paid, at least a hair dryer, a few more amenities
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: Nothinh
Cons: Worst hotel experience ever, after waiting almost an hour to get checked in we go to our room only to discover that someone else was already staying in the room we walk in with a 9 year old child to find a woman naked in the bathroom getting ready to shower thankfully we didn't get shot after finally getting a new room the manager only offers to refund $10. Won't be staying here again.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: The staff was very friendly. I haven't stayed in a Motel 6 since the 80's and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as I remembered. The beds were hard, which I liked.
Cons: The beds were hard, which the kids did not like. People were smoking in the motel and it stunk. Cigarette smoke woke me up then, shortly after, the sound of someone else's shower woke up the kids. The walls are so thin, it sounded as if a pipe broke in our bathroom. In the morning, the floor of the elevator was sticky and there was a pile of towels outside the elevator covered in something that looked like vomit. The wifi was not working.
Good 6.8
Pros: New and clean room. Close to airport. allowed U.S. late check out at 12pm
Cons: No breakfast, no free wifi, no free shampoos. Also the cleaning ladies woke us up knocking at the door around 9:30am for cleaning. Which didn't make sense bc check out is at 11am
Okay 5.4
Cons: The room wasn't very clean and I had to go to the front desk for towels and soap
Good 7.4
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Room was very small, not very clean

Pros: the front desk staff was helpful to cancel my reservation.
Cons: At 5:30pm my room was still not ready for us to check in. The room I reserved was not even available and they were going to downgrade me. I was not pleased with the experience at all. We cancelled the reservation and stayed somewhere else.
Mediocre 2.0

Pros: It was the cheapest place that wasnt a motel. Sadly, it was horribly misrepresented online, and it felt worse than a motel.
Cons: The staff that checked me in was rude and unattentive. The towels in the room had holes in them, and were mostly so thin that i could see through them. I went down to the desk to ask for another towel at nigt, when i was about to shower, and they were closed. I find it strange for a hotel desk to close... regardless, i returned in the morning when they opened. A snotty woman barked that i needed to return the towels from my eroom before i could request a new one. So i went back to the 3rd floor and back down with all of my towels, and she didnt say one word to me. She just dropped a new towel in front of me and left. Also, the elevator is incredibly terrifying, it feels as if it is going to break at any moment. The hallways were flooded with gang activity. This place should not be listed as a hotel, let alone an extended stay. The headboard on my bed fell off durig my stay. And i found a bottle of lube under the bed, this place is disgusting.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The room was in serious need of an update. The counter was full of stains, the cabinet doors did not fit properly, and the bed was very uncomfortable. When walking into the Crestwood Suites a guest is assaulted with stale cigarette smoke and filth. The elevator smells awful and the hallway I stayed on reeked of weed.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel itself smelled really bad the minute you walk in. Our original room was disgusting, it looked like the last guest just picked up and left and no cleaning was done what so ever. We changed rooms it was a tad better at least this time the floor was vacuumed but the restroom was disgusting. Staff did not act professional what so ever.
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The whole experience was awful, the place was full of drugged out people and the room was disgusting. Not at all what is advertised online in every way. Will never stay at this or another Intown Suites again. Didn't have the budget to go rent another place so had to stay there and was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Mediocre 2.6
Cons: This place smelled like trash, shady people walking around, and the maids clearly didnt care about taking out the garbage. Very scary, luckily im fr om detroit, i can pretty much handle anything. This place needed help bad.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Nothing unless you like unclean rooms with dirty wrinkled sheets hidden under made up beds, waiting for the next 15 minute customer. Now we dont wantt to forget the luxurious feel of sinking into a dirty tub complete with black hairs all over it.
Cons: We had been awaken at 300 in morning by drug crazed guests above us, body slamming themselves into the walls and floors. When we asked night security to stop this, he merely laughed and said there wasn't anything to be done. So when we called the cops, security ran and hid and wouldnt let the cops in. I had to go let the cops into the facility's security system. No desk clerks. Would dare risk working there alone at night and I dont blame them. Cops found one of 3 druggies passed out on the floor and told us that he wouldnt be bothering us anymore, after their intervention. Guests arrive there, not with suitcases, but with clthes stuffed in laundry baskets. Dirty sheets, diirty tub, no hangers, no coffee pot no extra blankets/sheets/towels. Advertises a full kitchen, but there is no cookware...just 2 plastic cups without even an ice bucket or machine. A real disneyworld of disguisting degradation of the dregs of society.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The air worked
Cons: Nno pillow cases the floor wasnt vacuumed there was hair dye all over the walls there was left over coffee in the pot
