Pros: The decor, the staff and the room were all way more than we expected. Car service was perfect for traveling around the area and the staff suggested some great places to check out while in a Brooklyn.
Cons: We wouldn't adjust the AC, but opening the window to get fresh air and turning on the ceiling fan fixed our issue.
Pros: Enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and loved the decor.
Pros: This hotel has free, super easy street parking all around it. We had to move the car because of night regulation but there was a ton of spots. So nice after paying $20 a night to park in a different city on our road trip.
Super awesome location for transit, you can easily go to Manhattan - 20 minutes with a nice quick walk over a bridge and a second inner Brooklyn train less than a 10 minute walk away. We went to the Bronx zoo and even that was only about 45 minutes on transit. Seriously great, quiet location. There's a TON of 24 hour delis, the nearest about a second away from the hotel. Nice bars on every block within a 15 minute radius - we went bar hopping two of the four nights we stayed and loved every bar.
The hotel itself was SO SO SO amazing. Seriously, beautiful inside. We all loved it - the decor is super cool for a hotel room. It didn't even really feel like a hotel room. The gym and sauna were so convenient, especially the sauna after a long day of waking around. The bed was super comfy, it was very clean and had an awesome shower with aromatherapy soap and shampoo. Fast wifi, two flat screens with every channel imaginable. Really nice and helpful staff.
This was an awesome experience. We're definitely staying here next time we're in New York.
Located in Greenpoint, this aparthotel is 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from Brooklyn Brewery and 3 mi (4.8 km) from Frames Bowling Lounge. The Living Room and Town Hall are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Unique hotel, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff ((
(Especially Darren and Nigel!) They have a car service and happily picked me up at the subway stop when I got in and the next day drove me to my daughter 's apartment when it was snowing and I was loaded down with holiday presents. Unbelievable!
Cons: Being an old building, there's not a lot of insulation between floors and I could hear the guests who stayed above me.
Pros: The staff was kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious.
Pros: (1) Large clean space/rooms, great bed. (2) Great friendly staff. (3) Shuttle. (4) Free water and fruit in lobby. (5) Great TV including premium networks (6) Very useful maps and other hand-outs at desk..(7) Internet.(8) Restaurants and subway within walking distance but nothing immediately near hotel.
Cons: Weaknesses: (1) They filled most of refrigerator with over- priced drinks. Annoying though some would find it a plus. Would rather see this stuff and more sold out of the way in the lobby.(2) Sold only junk food-nothing substantial for the microwave. An essentially a foodless hotel. Strangely no breakfast at all - most hotels provide something. (3) Complex difficult to use clock alarm. (4) no paper towels.
Located in Greenpoint, this boutique hotel is 0.9 mi (1.5 km) from Brooklyn Brewery and within 3 mi (5 km) of The Living Room and Pratt Institute. Bloomingdale's and Chrysler Building are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Everything you come to expect from Hampton Inn's. A very consistent experience wherever we travel!
Pros: Staff is outstanding, rooms clean, comfortable-good location-easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan bridge, subways close by, easy to get a taxi outside hotel, good shopping in Brooklyn, Juniors Restaurant is fun.
Well run all around, breakfast is better than most and different selections every day. Coffee bar open 24 hours includes tea and hot chocolate.
We were a group of high school students and teachers-worked great for us
Nice ambiance in the lobby and lots of seating for breakfast.
Cons: It can be noisy at night but all of New York is like that.

Pros: Stay is always nice, stress free, clean.
Great complimentary daily breakfast!
Pros: Great staff! Not too far from the city. Very clean
Pros: Art work, decor
Cons: Bed lights didn't work, bathroom walls including backsplash tile were dirty. Breakfast was mediocre.
Pros: Staff is friendly. Love that their is no carpet. Location is good.
Cons: Closet way to small. Warm water , needs more water pressure.
Pros: Room with 2 Doubles for my son and myself was well appointed and large enough , no crowded feel. Great comfortable pillow top beds , very welcoming.
Cons: Bathroom didn't have any exhaust fans , but that's about it.
Pros: We love the Nu Hotel. We stayed last year for our wedding and we enjoyed it so much we returned again for our anniversary. The staff, location and complementary breakfast and coffee in the morning are all great. We will definitely be returning!
Cons: The bed was terrible as was the lighting in the room
Pros: Comfortable bed, modern look, friendly staff, great location.
Cons: Surprised the cleaning staff didn't throw away coffee cups and put away hair dryer after first of three night's stay when tidying the room.
Pros: The king sized bed was great, extremely comfortable. The staff at check-in was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, fresh food and good variety.
Cons: The busy intersection of Smith and Atlantic that my room overlooked was noisy during the morning rush, making it virtually impossible to sleep in past 7:00 a.m.
Pros: The location was perfect and the staff was great. The room was well- appointed- very clean, enough space, comfy duvet, robes, an extensive and interesting mini bar selection, great internet. We also liked the quirky design features- hand painted art on the bedroom wall, cook light fixture, and the chalkboard wall in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise!
Cons: We had a very hot room. The thermostat didn't seem to be working and there was no way of keeping the heating system turned on (it was winter, after all) and yet on a lower temp. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. Solution was to turn off the system and the hotel provided us with a space heater- which worked like a charm.

Or walk across the Brooklyn Bridge into Lower Manhattan, with incredible city and river views along the way. The bridge entrance is 1 mile from the hotel. Watch a late-night show or a video on the flat-screen HDTV, complete with a connectivity panel for your laptop and other electronic devices. The bathroom features a chalkboard wall for your creative musings and scribbles.
Pros: This place is fine but by the time you add up all the extra charges - city taxes, state taxes, etc... what you thought was a decent price becomes 100 more. Next time I will select a lower price to start.
Pros: Cleanliness. Lighting. View
Cons: Room service very expensive. Internet should be FREE

Pros: Very comfortable, seemed a little understaffed but everyone working was lovely. We had a nice stay.
Pros: The building itself has a beautiful front face. The perfect balance between modern and vintage. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean. The shower feels amazing. When we needed anything the front desk was always able to help.
Pros: The rooms are spacious, with a great shower and amenities. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel, and the continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. I hope that they can continue to offer what they do at the prices that they are charging. I travel for business a lot and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
The Brooklyn puts you 3.8 mi (6 km) from Brooklyn Bridge and 5.2 mi (8.4 km) from New York University. You can visit the fitness center for a workout or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and room service.
Cons: WE WENT TIRED AFTER A TRIP AND THEY DID NOT MAKE THE ROOM YET FOR US UNTIL 2 :30 PM; USUALLY HOTELS LET YOU IN EARLIER; HARD TO ASK ANYTHING, EVERYTHING TO GET NEEDS EFFORT. WE DID NOT USE FACILITIES MUCH.

Pros: The roof top deck is amazing. The complimentary breakfast presentation, selections, and environment to eat it in were really enjoyable.
Cons: Upon check in there were no parking spaces, and the front desk person seemed ambivalent about the fact we had to find street parking in a not so safe-feeling neighborhood. I left a suit by mistake, asked that it be cleaned. They wouldn't b/c I checked out.
Pros: The location was great. There was plenty of parking around the hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. We didn't have a fridge in our room but once we asked for it we were accommodated with one within 10 minutes. They met up to expectation
Cons: I have no problem I stay it was awesome I'm always in Brooklyn so I decided to book a hotel here and I was very happy, very pleased the room is very clean.
Pros: Good value for money. With the price I paid I got breakfast, a decent bathroom, and Marriott-quality service.
Cons: The location is not in a well-lit environment. Also a bit far from the closest subway station.
Cons: Wish parking was free had to pay but not overpriced
Pros: This hotel is in a good location for anyone visiting Brooklyn. The room was immaculate and cozy, there was a good selection for breakfast, the staff friendly and ready to help, and they handled my check in and out for me and made everything easy.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: $35 for parking when there is free parking on the street.
Pros: It was beautiful and it had parking which is very imppportant in the Gowanus area.. Great breakfast.
Pros: Everything about this hotel experience was exceptional
Pros: Nice hotel in a grungy part of town
Cons: Room was near the ice machine which was moist all night long.
Pros: Front desk in check in were friendly and inviting. Room seemed very clean.
Cons: BEDBUGS! Woke up with many bites. I tried to talk to them about it. I received a runaround including a scolding from their 'customer service manager', about how I should have gone right to the hospital. For bedbug bites? No I was in NYC for work
Pros: Great staff, nice rooftop great service still waiting for my 20.00 hold to be refunded
Cons: Still waiting for refund

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly and very respectfully always saying Goodmorning or have a Goodnight. It is a very very friendly and all inclusive hotel for any one to stay at. The aloft is a perfect place to stay if you want to be near all the stores. And a very clean and safe environment for everyone. The staff was incredible and I was very great full to stay at the aloft with such wonderful people. Would I stay at the aloft again yes I would.
Cons: Found multiple hairs in the room upon arrival on desk and counter tops. Room had NO towels until we called down to front desk. Elevators were in a sad state: disgusting freight pads lining the walls and creepy flickering blacklights as only source of light in elevator. Of the four different front desk staff we encountered, one was incredibly helpful & kind (male, mid 20s-30s) and the rest were utterly lackadaisical amd distracted by other issues, not sure what they were doing but they certainly did not make guests feel a priority whatsoever.
Pros: I Loved the fact that the hotel is in the Heart of Downtown Brooklyn. To which "Brooklyn" is now known as the "New Manhattan". Close to all transportation (Bus, Train, LIRR,) The BARCLAY's, JUNIOR's Restaurant, APPLE BEE's, SHOPPING (NORDSTROM RACK, POLO, MACY's, GAP, H&M, CHILDREN's PLACE & WALKING DISTANCE TO ATLANTIC CENTER MALL WHICH HAS TARGET, MARSHALL's etc)
Cons: I didn't like my view ( I had a partial view of street in rear). There is CONSTRUCTION NEARBY (but you will not hear it, HOTEL MUST BE SOUND-PROOF) I DID BOOK IT LAST MINUTE (the day of/Mother's Day).. The BLOCK IS VERY CLEAN TO WALK IN WITH SMOOTH PAVEMENT. BERY NICE HOTEL STAFF FROM THE TIME YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. LOBBY AREA VERY INVITING, IT EVEN HAS A POOL TABLE, BAR AREA, LOUNGE AREA, SIT & CHAT SECTION..SIMPLY COZY. HOPE THIS HELPS!
Pros: The proximity to the Brooklyn Hospital Center.
Pros: Well designed, aesthetically pleasing compact rooms. Reasonable rates, good location
Cons: These are hopefully only a temporary conditions for the hotel, but there was a lot of construction scaffolding around the front door, with the associated muddy drips and ducking around obstacles. The lobby itself was at first a little confusing, cluttered, cold and noisy. There's a lot of construction near the hotel as well. All likely temporary conditions
Pros: The adult king room was good size by NYC standards. Free wifi and modern amenities adds value too.
Cons: Heating unit was hard to work, the air was extremely dry. Bulky pillows. Shower system too complex.
Cons: The booking for this hotel was made on accident by my sister. When
i tried to cancel the booking minutes later, or even reschedule so that I might be able to use it I was completely cutoff. I'm sure the hotel is nice enough, but I will never know what I paid for.
Pros: Super cool place to stay. Staff was friendly. Very close to subway and shopping. Comfy beds and great shower. Honeslty, the amount of space in the room is really perfect for someone who is just there to shower and sleep. You don't need that much space. Wouldn't plan a hotel party in here obviously, but it's perfect for a traveler.
Pros: Friendly staff nice bar and good location
Pros: clean, simple rooms
Cons: door to shower is a slider and easily came off the tracks

Pros: Facilities and amenities were clean and contemporary. Staff was friendly and happy to help.
Cons: Noise level - we could hear everything clearly in the hall and abutting room(s).
Pros: Beautiful, clean hotel. It was a great escape from downtown but close to everything. Not too close to the Subway (5ish blocks away) but Lyft/Citi Bike are super convenient. Staff is amazing and friendly!
Cons: Lots of noise from the hallway, doors must be hung wrong.
Pros: I had a great experience, the hotel was in a very good location, within minutes to manhattan. A walking place and very near to the NYC public transport. wonderful service, all the staff I interact were very helpful and very professional
Pros: The workout facility was pretty awesome. By far the best one I've seen at a hotel! Rooms we a tough small but expected. Everything was great even the people... only had one issue... see below
Cons: I was really upset when I booked the room it said free parking and when we got there we had to payou $50 to park over night.
Cons: Our room had no phone numbers on it like the front desk I had to use my phone and call the outside number. Had no directory for any place to go to eat.
Or anything to do.
Pros: Convenient to Manhattan, easy walk to Brooklyn Bridge, subway line.
Cons: Though clean and nicely decorated, room was small and there was limited closet space and no drawers.
Pros: Staff friendly, comfy beds with great pillows -- very comfortable, reasonably quiet, EXCELLENT location, great walking distance to everything I needed.
Cons: Fake perfume smell was awful--needs to go. Caused me allergy and asthma attacks. Advertised free breakfast - no free breakfast. Toilets didn't flush right.
Pros: Excellent location, close to subway, Brooklyn Bridge, and shopping. Great room, friendly/helpful staff.
Cons: Food options in the hotel itself are limited; fortunately, there's plenty of options within easy walking distance.
Pros: The price was great as it's newly opened and seeking customers. The staff was juggling a lot of issues, and they maintained professionalism and friendly calm. The decor was modern and comfortable, the location perfect for my visit.
Cons: It took 2 calls to the front desk to get the noisy twenty somethings to quiet down in the middle of the night. Generally the walls seemed thin and the doors closed loudly. We had no soap in the shower dispensers, but it was taken care of. The tv system stopped working just when we wanted a little rest... But these issues were handled professionally.
Pros: Staff was on point and so friendly. I love the neighborhood and all the shops.
Cons: Breakfast area was a bit crowded. I was asked my room number before I was given my cup of coffee.
Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Bed was way too small
Inspired by classic Brooklyn and incorporating a modern design aesthetic, the 174-room hotel is strategically located in the heart of downtown Brooklyn, steps away from some of the best local restaurants, shops, nightlife and landmarks. It offers trend setting facilities designed to give the guest the ideal experience; Fitness Center, Business Center and Restaurant, Beer Garden, bicycles for touring around the city and Meeting and Events space.
Cons: I forgot my toothpaste at home, cz. I was in a rush to beat the rush hour traffic. Therefore I was kind of anxious a little bit thinking there was none. I don't see why they did not leave it in the toilet with the other toileries.
Pros: Very clean room, I mean spotless, and staff was friendly & courteous.
Cons: Loud noises late at night and early morning. Im pretty sure my room was next to the hotel laundry facility, it sounded like dryers tumbling...
The location is a bit out of sorts, but it's in a transitional area, maybe they're just early to the game and a few years from now that street will be transformed. To be clear I never felt unsafe, just not as clean of an area as I had hoped for.
Pros: Hotel lobby was bright and welcoming. My room was clean and well presented as well as toilet. Girls at front desk were as sweet as ever and very informative. Continental breakfast was sufficient.
Cons: Not a super nice area in Brooklyn. Someone decided it was a good idea to play their god awful rap music at full blast in the hotel parking lot from 12-3am, which was located right outside our room 107.
Pros: Free parking, ridiculously friendly staff throughout the hotel, complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. Perfectly located in Crown Heights near 2 train lines. I'll stay here again if I need a hotel in Brooklyn.

Pros: Location. Staff.
Cons: Air Conditioning didn't work.
Pros: The concierges' were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Two nights without air conditioning
Pros: Close to many interesting places feels very safe
Located in Brooklyn's popular Williamsburg neighborhood, the fresh new Condor Hotel offers friendly service, a host of attractive amenities, and convenient access to popular destinations in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. And you'll get all this at an affordable rate-considerably less than comparable Midtown New York hotels. To reach Manhattan, walk or take a cab about a half-mile to a subway stop (with 1 transfer), or drive yourself via the Williamsburg Bridge, about a mile north of the Condor. The Condor truly feels like an oasis from the big city, with a serene garden, as well as guestroom balconies. You can start the day with a complimentary continental breakfast, before heading out to explore the culturally diverse Williamsburg. Traditionally a Hasidic Jewish enclave, Williamsburg is now also a hub for indie rock and theater, along with cutting-edge art. If you're hungry for more art, the Brooklyn Museum, a 10-minute cab ride, houses fantastic permanent collections of classic and contemporary works. After touring the museum, take time to visit the adjacent Brooklyn Botanic Garden, where the Desert Pavilion and the Aquatic House are among the many highlights. For dining, multiple tempting options are within a 5-minute walk of the Condor: Square Root Café, serving burgers and sandwiches, Gianni's Pizza for authentic Italian food, and Lucky Star for Chinese-to name a few. Other amenities at this property include a 24-hour business center. Parking is available for a nightly fee. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in the stylish, modern guestrooms. Some rooms open to private balconies or patios. Signature PlushDreams™ beds include 350-thread-count-linens, cozy duvets, and a choice of pillows. You can stretch out and watch a late-night movie on the flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a massage showerhead, lighted makeup/shaving mirror, and designer amenities. Before heading out the next day, brew a cup of java in the coffeemaker and stash your laptop in the in-room safe. Guestrooms are all smoke-free.
Pros: Everything was clean and orderly, I felt safe and like the management took an interest in keeping things running smoothly.
Cons: Faint odor of the Chinese restaurant next door, room was on the small side (though it is Brooklyn).
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Unfortunately, we have to echo many of the negative reviews left by others. We paid for a king room, they gave us a queen without saying anything. Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed: the lobby area was less-than-inviting, front desk was rude, but we thought we would try to give it a shot, so we proceeded with check-in. From there, things got worse: the elevator door wouldn't close, hallways smelled bad (like greasy food), there were stains on bed sheets.
We went back downstairs and gave them back the room key. Since our room was non-refundable, we called Wyndham corporate and asked for a full refund, explaining that the property was completely unacceptable. Received a call back the next day and they agreed to refund our money.
Parking is also terrible in this area, but that wasn't the main dealbreaker for us - you pay to park in their lot, but then they do not guarantee the space will be available again if you need to leave and come back. They also said they charge multiple times if you need to leave and come back.
Pros: The experience was so poor, I cant say I liked anything.
Cons: I showed up @130 in the morning to find out that my prepaid room had been given to another guest. This was during Fashion Week and the US Open in NY where there are NO hotel rooms available for under 1200 bucks. The clerk apologized but for some reason had a lot of trouble staying focused on locating me another room and was distracted by conversations with staff, cops walking by to use the bathroom, etc. He eventually got me into a room 4 blocks away - a crappy Sleep Inn which when I arrived told me THEY sold the room I was promised in the 3 minutes it took me to get there (another story).
Still havent seen my refund posted.
Wyndham Garden Brooklyn Sunset Park features an airport shuttle and puts you 4.3 mi (7 km) from Brooklyn Bridge and 4.6 mi (7.4 km) from New York Stock Exchange. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out the restaurant, and the bar/lounge is the perfect spot to grab a drink at the end of the day. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like premium bedding, bathrobes, and slippers.
Cons: Room is extremely compact with barely any room to maneuver and beds were just full size, not Queen as advertised.
Cons: The room was extremely tight & small.
Pros: This is definitely not a luxury hotel. But it is a fine place to stay at a very reasonable rate. It is very convenient to the subway. The staff is very helpful. There is a grocery store right next door. In short, if you want a convenient budget stay, this is a great choice.
Cons: If you are looking for luxury - a pool for example - this would not be the best choice.
Pros: The hotel was new, clean and well kept. The gym was fine for a hotel gym and I liked the idea of going to the sauna.
Cons: It's not in a very nice location in Brooklyn, and the walls are pretty thin. I was concerned about getting a good nights rest but I was able to sleep well once things quieted down after 10 pm.
Pros: comfortable and clean accommodations.
Cons: eating area for breakfast needs somehow to increase number of tables for the crowd that hit the area for breakfast. We were there 3 mornings and at different times each day and each day there were people waiting for tables.
Pros: We appreciated the onsite parking! Not having to worry about where you are parked and whether you will get a ticket after a certain hour was a relief. Although we did not have to utilize the parking this trip, it is great to know it is available for $25 a night (far less than a standard parking ticket or tow). The front desk staff were pleasurable and very helpful. The hotel is convenient to several places we were visiting as well as markets and dining. Due to a last minute change, we did not get to utilize the room after all, however, I know where we will stay the next time we visit Brooklyn.
Pros: Staff was greater and liked that parking was only $25 overnight which is unheard of in New York City.
Pros: Central to our desired location
Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:30am. Had to leave for a meeting and it still wasn't served by 6:45am. Attitude of breakfast staff was blasai, It was coming, be patient. Our room had a terrible roar of what sounded like air handling equipment and an elevator rumble all rolled into one and it was unrelenting, so sleeping was a challenge. Door access card wouldn't work. Repeatedly had to call maintenance or get another card reprogrammed. Shower barely worked because the diverter was faulty. Most water went out the bath filler. Pros: This is the first year I have ever stayed in Hostels. I'm doing so not only to save money, but also to be a bit adventurous. I could not be happier with my 4 day stay in mid April 2017. The place is clean, you feel welcome, my roommates were interesting, and the front staff, every last one that I had contact with, were fantastic. (Secret Tip), one of the staff is actually a co-owner. The only improvement I would like to see, is actually to be able to find the building the first time I went. There was no lighting on the front of the building, and it is located in an industrial area. I did feel safe, however like anyplace, you have to always be alert. I had a great time, and definitely be staying again!
Pros: I liked:
1- parking ease
2- proximity to everything
3- facilities (lounge and common area and coffee)
4- comfortable bed
Cons: I disliked:
1- internet sucks!
2- staff can be irritating sometimes
3- one of my roomies smelled really bad. Made it tough to sleep
4- lockers could be converted to coded locks to avoid having to bring own padlock.
I planned a trip to NYC but my accommodation fell through at the last minute, so I booked a room with the NY Moore simply because it was the cheapest that I could find. I am so glad that I picked it, for a hostel it is very good indeed. The room that I stayed in was very spacious and clean (apart from a bit of dust on the skirting boards), the bathroom was spotless. The staff are very friend and helpful, and it is very near to quite a few subways; easy access to the city. I most definitely recommended
Cons: The room that I was shown to by a member of staff the was not made up before I arrived, i had to wait outside the room until the maids were finished.
Located in Williamsburg, this hostel is 1.9 mi (3.1 km) from The Living Room and 3 mi (4.9 km) from Brooklyn Academy of Music. Brooklyn Brewery and Pratt Institute are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Cons: im not sure its a sheraton problem, however your hotel is the one left us on the street.
we had a confirmed reservation from KAYAK and when we arrived at your hotel at 10:00 PM we were told no vacancies.
there is not much to say, a complementary room would be nice.
Pros: There wasn't much included in this stay. The tv only offered basic cable, the WiFi wasn't free, and the jacuzzi was broken. But they had no problem putting a $250 hold on my card. Honestly it was OK but I don't think I'd stay here again. There are a lot hotels in this price range in the same area I'd stay at first.
Cons: No cable/movie options, no wifi, $250 hold, broken jacuzzi. Who doesn't offer wifi this day in age? I felt like they were gauging me for every dollar.
Pros: I never been to a hotel where you have to pay for WiFi 4.95 for one hour smh
Cons: No microwave, no Refrigerator.
I will NEVER go there again
Aloft or the holiday inn is way better
Pros: We stayed three nights while visiting family in Brooklyn. We booked through a third party site on Kayak. In the past at other hotels, this leads to being treated as a second class citizen. This was not the case at the Sheraton. Everyone was very polite and friendly and met all how requests without hesitation. The room was good for the price in Brooklyn, very clean with nice, comfortable bedding.
Cons: Noisy family next door in the mornings but this was not the hotel's fault.
Pros: It's a big city!, comfy bed and quiet stay... the staff was Excelent and professional... Clean rooms and hot shower... Overall a great stay!
Cons: The air had a problem getting it down to my preferred temp of 66... The elevator fobs were problematic as we had friends on the 23 floor and our card would only let us go to the floor above and below for "ice" and "vending"
Cons: Valet was horrible they hit my cat and would claim responsibility. Water pressure in room was very low
Pros: The staff in the reception area is corteous and helpful
Cons: The house cleaning services are awful! The parking folks are rude and absolutely unprofessional.
Pros: It was comfortable. The restaurant is an excellent touch because you don't have to venture out for food or cocktails.
Cons: The shower could be bigger but it's workable
Pros: The staff was great.. Went for an event at Barclays Center so location was close... Shopping was fun
Cons: Mold in grout of shower stall
Rooftop pool "being repaired" so was out of service. My granddaughter was with me and was very disappointed
Pros: Location is an asset. Linens especially the pillows were uncomfortable. Staff helpful . Shower overflows on bathroom floor.
Pros: Excellent service, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom and sheets. Very convenient to subway and restaurants.

Cons: Very underwhelmed. For the price it simple doesn't even compete to other New York hotels. The room was fine but for 400 a night I'm not paying for fine.
Pros: I liked the location for being in Williamsburg. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful; so, thanks to Dayana, Justin, Jessica, Martin and James.. for that.
The rooms were clean and well kept, if a bit small. But, the size is just something that you have to deal with in the City..
Cons: There were just a couple of things that could improve.. we liked our breakfast in the room, but after the first day, we didn't get the door hanger to request the next day's breakfast.. bummer. Also, I know it was the holidays, but the restaurant and bar seemed to keep pretty random hours.. hard to plan.
Pros: The concierge was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The décor of the place is funky and fun. The location is perfect for any foodie, music lover, or thrift seeker. The rooms are beautiful and the balcony attached to the room was a major plus. We can't wait to come back in the summer.
Cons: The beds were really bad. Light switches are super complicated to use. Overpriced for what it is
Pros: The bartender at the rooftop bar-john
The snacks in the mini bar were resonable priced
The balcony door opens even in winter
The bed and pillows were very comfortable
Cons: Rudimentary tv service. Really a surprise.
Wall paper peeling
Dimmer switches and some lights broken! This was in January when there were very few customers, and I had paid for a better room.
And the dinner from The Elm was terrible. The piece of meat they sent up to my room was an embarrassment. My boyfriend will eat anything and not even he would touch it.
Like so many hotels the music system depends on you having an iPhone 4. If you want an adaptor you have to pay $30
Pros: Great friendly staff. Very fun scene

Pros: The apartment is adorable with a lot or character and it's located in a safer residential area of Brooklyn while still conveniently located to everything you need. A block from the subway, 20 minutes to Manhattan, walking distance to bars and brunch locations, and 10 minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge. It was very private, I never had to see anyone, but they were always available by phone if I needed them and very accommodating. They let me keep my baggage there after check out so that I could keep exploring. I would go back and have already started recommending them to my friends.
Pros: My wife and I stayed in this lovely B&B for a overnight business trip to New York. The charming place offers terrific value for the money. I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.
Cons: Third floor shower handles were leaking. It is a small issue that does not take away the overall excellent experience while we were there.
