Bodrum hotels in Bodrum (Merkez)

Pros: I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but nothing compares to the management and staff that work here, they are fantastic!!

Pros: I like Everything in this hotel! If people ask me where is the best view in Bodrum, I would like say it is in Marmara hotel! If people ask me what makes me comfortable during I stay, I would like say Everything, but the best is people! They are friendly, helpful and lovely! Especially FiGEN, she was so nice and help me a lot!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff, room, views, restaurant, location were all excellent

Cons: Pool bar was unmanned most of the time. Maid service didn’t replace what you had used e.g. coffee pods, coffee cups

Cons: Breakfast must refill even we came last 30 minutes???

Pros: The staff is excellent. We love the decor and views. No children.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Location out of town - c 20 min walk into town, but only a few Euros in a a taxi. Steep hill back to the hotel.

Cons: Our room was superb - but some rooms had a less than favourable outlook

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop terrace - a great place to be in the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly. A very quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons: The courtyard outside our room had cigarette buts on the ground. The first room we were shown to had a terrible cigarette smell, but fortunately the TV didn't work, so we were given another room, which didn't smell of cigarettes.

Pros: Everything.

Pros: A little bit quirky in terms of decor but definitely not cookie cutter or cliched. Modern conveniences in a compact but comfortable room. Fantastic roof terrace for one of the best breakfasts ((and Turkey is known for great breakfasts). Done as a buffet so that you can choose from the abundance (always seems a bit wasteful when the multitude of plates is brought to your table) of homemade goodies. Nice open lobby is a great place for drinks. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The onsite parking is a real bonus in crowded Bodrum.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit odd and takes some getting used to.

Pros: First off, the staff was excellent. The location is close to the harbor, and perfect for walking along the waterfront where there are many shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were modern.

Cons: The bathroom is an interesting design and layout. Not bad per se, just not very typical.

Pros: The breakfast was superb! Really liked lounge zones and design of the room. The staff was friendly. The location is in a quiet area just 2 mins walk from marina. Would like to stay again.

Cons: The wallpaper in the room comes off the wall, the floor needs restoration. The hotel is currently under repair, but we were not informed beforehand. It was not noisy though and probably that is why the price was lower than usually.

Pros: Superb experience staying at the hotel everything was perfect from check-in to check-out

Cons: City Bodrum hotel is beautiful place!! Staff is always helpful and smiling. We spend nice time there

Pros: The behavior of the staffs, they are so humble and so helpful. There are many more that you will love it, specially the view from the hotel or from you room's window. It was amazing.

Pros: Great location near to the main bus terminal. Friendly and really helpful staff, breakfast was superb, and the room was excellent. If you’re visiting Bodrum then you must stay here.

Pros: The lady in the hotel and the gentleman at the reception during the day were very interested in us. Our stay was very comfortable thanks to them. We felt like king and queen :) we will come again and tell everyone that they love this job very much !! Thank you for hosting!

Pros: Everyone who works at this hotel is doing his job fondly. Breakfast very good. The hotel is very central. There are restaurants in the lower street that serve great Turkish cuisine.

Cons: The staff was all students and if you ask extra question they were unable to answer it or find a solution. The house keeping were coming to the room after 3 or 4. There were no constant service. The service that served one they, was discontinuing another day.

Cons: The resort is too far from the city It is difficult to move from one structure to another. You to use the shuttle every time you move The infrastructure is old

Pros: It was very relax and comfortable stay. Hotel staff was very polite and they work extra mile for our comfort. Hotel shuttle driver Ahmet was really funny and helpful, front desk did everything to make our stay wonderful, location is great and very safe hotel. Cook Serdal was great. Everybody was asking do we need anything to make us happy. Food is amazing , drinks were great. We like to thank hotel staff for everything, we recommend this hotel to everyone .

Cons: Hotel spa did not have any herbal tea and drinks.

Pros: View was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, front staff helpful and quick to clarify if we had any questions.

Cons: The pools were cool - but it was off season. The location - hills might be challenging for some people looking to explore on foot. The shower doors leaked. The restaurant in the evening would not offer simpler a-la-carte meals, even though the restaurant was very quiet. Service was a bit slow as the waiters were interested in evening selfies. But that is being very particular.

Pros: Everything was fantastic and for a 4 star hotel, it was not expensive

Pros: The room was tidy and nice. There was everything necessary in the room. The breakfast was tasty, very good choice of food. Service was perfect. Would definitely return again!

Cons: Some of the staff at reception do not really know English well but it is OK. Pity that there was no sauna in the hotel. Would had been nice to have juices at the breakfast (ideally freshly pressed).

Cons: There were ants in the room, the fridge was not working and the staff don't speak english.

Pros: Hotel was lovely, rooms and hotel very well looked after and modern. Staff extremely friendly. Great hotel.

Pros: We liked the beach and Kids Club very much. My kid loved the Kids Club Staff.

Cons: I wasn't very happy with some of the service staff. I have been to TUI Magic life before but cleanliness of the restaurant was below my expectations. Tables were usually not well cleaned. Some of the staff wasn't kind. Kids' swimming pool should be improved. Some of the slides in the booking.com pictures weren't there. Some of the staff wasn't really well trained. e.g. -There were a few discussions around btw customers and waiters. (there was tension around...) -First night, night service wasn't able to make additional bed properly. (blanket was without cover sheet, bed protection cover was placed above the bed sheet:-/; We corrected it ourselves after) (Day cleaning service was very good) -A male cleaner popped in to the Ladies Toilet at the restaurant without any notice and any excuses...

Pros: Great and helpfully Staff! Location and Sea was great and clean.

Cons: Breakfast was good but could be better. Less choice of cheese and other stuffs.

Cons: The receptionist was extremely rude he spoke to us with a really bad attitude , and unfortunately he was the only person who spoke english (esmat) . He wasn’t cooperative at all he made everything impossible, he refused to change the room and he refuse to upgrade the room as well .although i was sure he had plenty of choices because he was being flexible with everyone else. He was very discriminative with us and had a completely different attitude with everyone else just because their not arab. He refused to give us any solutions for our stay and he refused to accommodate our needs as a family he gave us two rooms in two different floors , one room was in the basement and was extremely noisy .The receptionist (esmat) didn’t respect us at all just because we are arabs! He gave us a really bad impression about the hotel and the staff .the receptionist must know how to treat their guests , and that pleasing your guests is a priority , no matter what the circumstance are . His reaction was full of hate towards us ,as if the issue between us is personal , and he insisted that the only solution he had for us is to return our money back and cancel our reservation and not let us stay in the hotel!!

Cons: Me and my wife decided to stay there on our honeymoon. We had a problem with the AC at the first night it was dripping water on our heads. We mada a complaint and the next day was wasted on trying to fix the problem. The reception guy was very rude and unpleasant to talk to and his final response was you have to wait and he said that he dont care if we leave since the money was paid. We tried again with the guest service who wasnt very helping, we only asked for them to change the room we didnt even ask for an upgrade which is the least they can do for us after not sleeping and wasting the first day and then he goes to us I have a thousand customers as if he was saying he dont really care. Our stay there literally ruined our honeymoon tour.

Pros: Very clean and neat hotel. The service was great. Gokce was the personal professional assistant that helped us during the check in process she was very articulate and professional. She was one of the few people that spoke great English and communicated really well. We really appreciated Gokce being cordial and attentive with her service.

Pros: The sea is sooo clear and nice. The food as a full board is good

Cons: As most of full board hotels in Bodrum they put 5 stars but they are not really The rooms up on the hills which u need to climb to is killing

Pros: The number of activities they offer along with their delicious selection of food
