Cons: Returned rental car and given phone number to call called multiple times with machine response. Finally took Lyft back. Agent on check in promised breakfast snack waiting due to 4 am departure. We didn’t purchase any breakfast food due to her promise. No breakfast bag at departure. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver.

Uncomfortable bed, poor nights sleep after asking for a quiet room. Put us on fwy side & by the door going out to the parking lot. And we checked in early. Lobby coffee & tea terrible, water wasn't hot. Breakfast was ok. Spoke to front desk when checking out, suppose to hear from the mgr.

Pros: Shuttle was very accommodating to our schedule & they packed breakfast for our early morning departure! Free wi-fi was awesome and rooms were comfortable. Lots of close by eating places to walk to and very quick ride to the airport.
Cons: Had some problems with the toilet being slow to drain so asked for them to send someone with a plunger - which is what they literally did - guy came to the door and handed me the plunger to unclog the toilet myself!!

Pros: Everything I needed was provided, including dinner! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was convenient to my flight out of SMF the next day. Staff was pleasant- especially the food staff.

Pros: Decent breakfast offerings. We like the suite concept with kitchen and amenities. Clean, comfortable.
Cons: The workout facility was small but included three exercise machines, two treadmills and an elliptical that squeaked, wouldn't want to be in suite adjoining the gym. Only one machine had functioning television reception. Mentioned this to front desk, but it was on a weekend, and it wasn't addressed by the time we left Monday.

Cons: That there was 2 bookings for the sane nite in Sacramento and in Medford OREGON and the and I'm need if the hotels where prepaid that means I need to to be money might need to come back to me and the last nite I had dates were wrong so I had to pay the hotel price everything messed up!!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the front desk concierge Alan. He went above and beyond to help fulfill our requests and made the stay worry free.
Cons: The construction debris could have been taken care of a little better.

Cons: The hotel was undergoing renovations so the pool and fitness center were closed. The construction workers had tracked sheetrock dust everywhere. For the amount of money we paid to stay there, we feel we got cheated.

Pros: The front desk clerk didn't have a crib on hand, so he called around to the other hotels in the area until he found one, went to pick it up, then brought it up to our room. We'd be travelling for hours with our 8 month old - this kindness was very much appreciated.
