The hotel staffs are very accommodating, they always ask me of anything I need and offer me coffee when I stayed at the lobby.

Hotel ok for couple days of staying

very friendly and helpful. Bike availability location, access to room. It was a lot more like a bed and breakfast (but without the breakfast) than like a hotel, but priced closer to a hotel

1. Good Location, 2. Good, hearty, well supplied, daily dutch breakfast, and 3. People seemed friendly and courteous. Yes, 1. The complementary safe did not work. 2. The Toilet flushbox kept running, which required me every time having to open the flushbox lid and help its plunger valve close. 3. The room key was merely a skeleton key, which did not give a very safe feeling. 4. The bed reading light bulb was burnt out, which I did not discover until later. spacious room hotel lobby is awful, gives very bad first impression

The room was big, very clean and had a large balcony. The breakfast was nice. The location, although quite close to the centre, was not so good. When I went to park the car I couldn't find the hotel parking lot (500m from the hotel) and I was even proposed some illicit substances... I finally gave up the idea of using the parking lot and got a bad feeling of insecurity.

In spite of early booking we got a poor room at offered price. Without climate conditioning. A new room for the second night was quite allright. Caroets in the staircase and the room were nott very fresh.

I asked for a non-smoking room and first room I was given smelt like a smoking area. Second room had a bathroom that smelt like iron (very strong). When we arrived, we couldn't pay for the room because of a problem on the credit card machine. They phoned our room 1AM to ask me to go downstairs and make the payment!!!!! As I didn't go because we were sleeping, they called again 7AM!!!! And to complete, I couldn't have a bottle of water because the hotel was out of it and there was no place around where I could buy it.

I booking four days but I just living two days. I can not call the reception. Heating =cold. I don't want living again

Near Station It was a v small room, sheets were not v clean, window was broken so i was wondering if my belongings were safe

We stayed for 1 night only, so we hadn't the opportunity to get to know well the place, but the receptionist was really friendly and when asked for some good places she told us immediately :)

You could comfortably walk around Delfshaven in 10 minutes, the area is mostly residential, there are a few good pubs and bars around an attractive waterfront, but really this is a small exception to the general blight. The hotel is placed slightly away from the deprivation, again, overlooking a pleasant waterfront - there is a major but not too busy road in front. A friendly, down market hotel needing major investment - public areas are shabby, my first room was poor, the second modern and acceptable, but the thin walls put you at the mercy of the young and loud crew returning from their clubbing at whatever hour. Older travellers should think twice, as should anyone with the means to afford better. Travel to the city by Metro is cheap, by taxi the reverse.

It was a bit far from the city center, the reception was closed at 6 p.m. so if you are late, you need to call them to get the code of the door downstairs

I got a lot of info about rotterdam, easy acces to Erasmus University. very friendly staff. parking in front of the hotel. Good working wireless lan. There is no minibar in the rooms.

Hotel was basic and though not particularly cheap, it is when compared to other accommodation in Rotterdam. Room wasn't huge but comfortable enough for the 3 of us, shower was nice and hot. Owners friendly and welcoming, good continental spread for breakfast, and located conveniently for Metro or tram to city centre.
