Close to Airport Service at the front desk when we booked in was not good.

Very nice hotel, and perfect location to the need we had. Everything perfect besides the resturant. It took about 1.5 hours to get the food which was nothing special. Many people in the resturant was complaining about missing information, missing food, seemed no control from the kitchen and from the staff. But everything else was perfect

This having been my first trip to Germany i needed a handy hotel to the airport as i was on business. This hotel was supperb and really could not fault it. It was a pity that i could only stay one night. Unfortunately it is a little overpriced, but having said that, you get what you pay for in todays day and age. Peace and quiet although it is on the airport grounds you dont hear a thing

I chose this hotel because it claimed it had an airport shuttle. First, the airport said they didn't have a shuttle so I had to take a taxi there. Then, the shuttle is really a set price with a taxi. I was disappointed and would not necessarily recommend the hotel for someone who wants something close to the airport.

Little bit noise, from the windows, because it is situated at the main street.

Friendly staff, free transfer from airport, swimming pool and two saunas. Only 200m from Ubahn station. Rooms were a bit small, breakfast too expensive (16 euro).

It was nice to be able to walk to the hotel from the airport and get the free shuttle back very quickly, excellent dining, nice people at the hotel, very friendly, courtious, friendly, made us feel welcome. room was a little expensive, no ice cubes for drinks...

This is an airport hotel with very convenient free shuttle service to/from Hamburg airport. The driver was prompt and courteous - the vans ran every 15 minutes. The room and bathroom were fine, very clean, quiet and comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant - very good food and service. The one downside was a very rude morning restaurant manager who ignored me after asking me to wait. I asked if we could just order off the menu rather than paying 15 euros, I believe, for the buffet breakfast. We were short on time as we needed to leave for the airport, so just wanted to get a little something before we left.

A well set out hotel,quality pool sauna area,and I had a wholesome sunday,self serve breakfast,good cooked food,overall very easy to reach from the airport,just head 500m left out of exit and over a bridge. All seemed ok

Facilities,Easy to get to other areas due to road,rail network and proximity to the Airport. Staff were rushed off their feet and did their best to be as helpful as posible in spite of this.

It is conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful. Free wireless in the room would be a good added value

the style of the room! Modern-look the location from the airport, because you need a taxi. Also the fact that the Internet was not free everywhere.
