Hamburg hotels in Bergedorf

Price qouted on arrival was not the price charged at chechout

Friendly efficient check in and out, good service in the bar and restuarant but having the window open for some fresh air found the room then to be very noisy.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no aircon, small pillows with no 'bounce' in them.

Poor Quality rooms. Not catered for international traveller

The staff was polite. The breakfast was included in the room rate. The parking was free and we were told we could keep our car in the garage for a few hours after the check-out. We only spent 1 night so the total package was ok for us.

The initially stated price of a double room was far too high for the quality of the room we got. Everything was small. The room had undergone some recent renovation and so had (less than) half of the bathroom. The room looked clean but the traces of old limestone in the bathroom weren't very nice to look at. At breakfast they stopped serving hot meals at least 1/2 h before the closing time. Close to the railways so beware of noises at night.

Lovely country location but very close to Hamburg by train. Very peaceful! Friendly staff and very spacious rooms.

Beds were comfortable

Small countryside hotel,newly refurbished rooms, nice bathroom

The hotel has a restaurant with 2 separate areas, a smoking and a nonsmoking area, but we were astonished to see that staff were smoking in the nonsmoking area at the end of their shift and you could smell cigarette smoke in the entire hotel.Breakfast is also served in the smoking area and the room does not smell nice at all, even though they keep the windows open.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, good connections to public transport, good beds, clean.

It's all very old, it really needs a renovation. There is no emergency exit.

I only liked the attention of the personnel....

Carpet was dirty and sticky.... the heater was not working.... there was no soap.... there was not shuttle service, although it was offer the internet
