Pros: beautifully designed rooms with a view

Cons: Darkening room is hard

Pros: We are staying twice a year with this hotel and every time it is like coming home. The staff is very polite and professional.

Pros: Wonderful rooms, excellent restaurant with welcoming staff, good breakfast. 'Room with a view' - river Elbe. Good value

Cons: I was given a one day internet access code for the two day stay, my own mobile data did not work reliably as mobile reception is pretty patchy.

Pros: Quiet location by river Elbe. Very modern and cozy room, good bed. Breakfast was 18e extra so not perfect score :) Highly recommended as long as you realize it's 30 km from Hamburg centre.

Cons: Couldn't really fault anything.

Pros: Peaceful setting and superb staff in all areas. A stunning location for our son's wedding.

Cons: Only staying one night.
