Pros: Stayed here at the end of November when my daughter and her dance school were competing at Winter Gardens in a dance competition. We have been going to this hotel twice a year for competitions. Good thing about this hotel in November is that there is a cafe bar which is part of the hotel so we don't need to leave the hotel for tea.
Cons: I have mobility issues and when bringing in my luggage there is hardly any room for my friend in the lift as it's very small.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good location. Lovely clean fresh white bed linen and towels. Breakfast really good choice and lovely and hot.
Cons: Very noisy guests staying at the same time as us. They were making them selves heard until two in the morning.
