Cons (-) Breakfast was mediocre. No lobby Building was under construction so you have to check in on the 18th floor. Refrigerator in room didn’t work Fan in bathroom was excessively loud and could not be turned off. Pros (+) Staff helpful, hotel generally well maintained. Breakfast is good.
Cons (-) Rooms are dated - curtains and bathroom were not up to snuff as far as cleanliness. Hotel cost as much as the Marriott.

Pros (+) My family stayed here (3 rooms/2 nights) to attend my daughter's wedding. Rooms were great for the price compared to other hotels nearby. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Parking issues. Perhaps hotel could give better information with regards parking options in the French Quarter area.
