Pros: The room was very nice. Best for couples. The restaurants were great. Wonderful breakfast include. Great location.
Cons: Not for families. Rooms are single Queen and King.
Cons: Staff, room, and location are all great!
Pros: Awesome service beautiful rooms and views and in my favorite neighborhood in memphis! We stayed 2 nights here after our wedding before headed to cancun for our honeymoon! Lovely time and They really took care of us. Great atmosphere as well. definitely a high recommendation from me and my new wife!

Spacious rooms with fully equiped kitchen. Would recommend this hotel to everybody

Pros: Every single staff member was informed, diligent, kind and respectful. They all went out of their way to make out stay amazing!
Cons: Loved everything!!
Pros: Always love the service and romantic atmosphere with piano playing in the lobby.
Pros: The staff at check in were wonderful.
Cons: I was told during check in that breakfast was included in the rate and when I checked out I was charged. When questioning the charge the young lad behind the counter started arguing with me and blaming the charge on using a third party and was condescending.
Cons: We booked our stay 8 months ago when we arrived at 11 pm we called to tell them we would be late we even payed a Peabody hotel town car to pick us up at a train we were told they did not have our room we had all are needed info from our booking 3 people checked in beside us while we waited 20 minutes to talk to manager we were called to back room and treated like we did something wrong one person in lobby even said wonder what they did manager was rude and over bearing tried to tell us we were rude because we did not want to go to another hotel but we had to it was 11 pm we found out from desk clerk at this hotel that the Peabody has a common habit of over booking and sending us away with 8 month ahead booking the people who got rooms at same time we checked in were part of a group shame on you Peabody for your treatment of guest! What makes it worse is you do it all the time
Pros: Very central and convenient location - many historical sites, restaurants and bars walkable from the hotel
Cons: Awful service all around - room service, cleaning staff, lobby bar, etc. All provided VERY slow service (i.e., did not turn over our room until almost 8pm at night, never provided clean towels despite calling twice, room service took almost 2 hours despite being told it would be less than an hour). Repeatedly told incorrect or wrong information (i.e., asked about where to buy a tshirt that we saw in a case in the lobby and was told the store doesn't exist, even though it's around the corner from the hotel, was told check out was 11am but it's 12pm)
Pros: Our room was on the 10th floor, on the Mississippi River side of the hotel, so we have an absolutely FABULOUS view of the sunset on the river. It was phenomenal. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. Everything at the hotel and all the employees with whom we came in contact at the hotel were wonderful. It was a perfect weekend.
Pros: Great location. I remember going to the Peabody with my grandparents when I was a child and it's a classic. Loved motion sensor lights below the bedside tables to help direct me at night. Nice room, in general.
Cons: I attempted to check in at 3:15. First, there was no record of my stay for that night . . . they had me booked for Sunday instead of Saturday. This may not be the hotel's fault. The staff was nice and they fixed it, but then I had to wait THREE hours to get in my room. I had somewhere to be, so this involved leaving my luggage on a cart in the hotel and hoping for the best. I was pretty miffed. I complained when I was in the lobby bar getting a drink, though, and the nice server (manager?) took care of my bar tab, so that was nice. Apparently it was an overbooked weekend. It was definitely chaotic.
Pros: We were there during the holiday season & the lobby was so beautifully decorated with a huge Christmas tree, gingerbread village, & holiday singers. The room was very quiet, clean, comfortable. The bathroom however is TINY. You literally have to straddle the toilet to use the makeup mirror. The staff was super friendly. The sit down restaurant off the lobby was absolutely delicious & very reasonably priced. My only disappointment was that I had made my reservations months ago & others in our party who had made reservations directly with the hotel last minute, got a holiday deal which was much cheaper & included breakfast.
Cons: Traditional rooms and bathrooms are very small for the price paid...
Cons: I did not like the ( service fee ) I was charged . I know that where ever we go, I will ask about this hidden fee & if they have this fee I will not tip any of the help due to the fact I'm already paying it with the xtra fee their employer charged me
Pros: The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. My husband and I went to Beale Street and had a lot of fun. The people at the Peabody hotel in Memphis were extremely nice. We will definately come again. I enjoyed the hearing the history of the ducks and loved seeing them walk down the red carpet. I give y'all excellent ratings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Cons: I had nothing bad to comment on the Peabody Hotel in Memphis.
Pros: Clean, great location and really enjoyed the personality of the staff and the property. One of a kind.
Legendary for its charm, elegance, and gracious Southern hospitality, The Peabody has been made world-famous for its five resident Mallard ducks, who march daily through the Grand Lobby at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The luxurious downtown hotel opened in 1869 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Peabody Memphis continues to carry the distinction as the Souths Grand Hotel. The Peabody is a Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four-Diamond property and a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and the National Trust Historic Hotels of America.
Pros: We were very happy with our room and enjoyed out stay. The fact that we were so close to Beale St was a plus.

Cons: Hot breakfast was a little rubbery, eggs were ish and potatoes were ish. Could have been more fruit. Some of the fruit wasn't very good.
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful and the facilities were great.
Cons: The counter in the room's bathroom still had the previous guest's makeup on it. The AC was very noisy and hard to sleep. It sounded like bees in a can. When we got up the next morning there were ants all over the counter where the coffee was. When I told the young lady downstairs she just said okay. Won't stay here again for what the room cost.
Pros: Quiet location yet close to amenities
Pros: Everything! Great location and staff is excellent.

Pros: I spend about 60% of my time traveling for work and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Not only did I have to change rooms three times for various issues (security problems, heavy smoke smell), but I was up all night because people kept knocking on my door and the front desk would not answer my call to find out what was going on. When I checked in, the receptionist was very frantic, mumbling, sweating, forgetting to return people's IDs - so I felt unsafe and didn't trust that I was in good hands. In addition to that, the rooms are dirty and uncomfortable with no outlets and the internet is a joke. I was supposed to stay for three days but cancelled after one night.
Pros: Breakfast was not as Good as the other location. I stayed at in Memphis Cordova.
Cons: Location. Across from the mall, and restaurants.
Pros: I was upgraded to a suite. The staff were really friendly.
Cons: I noticed a few fleas in one of the drawers under the sink.
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will only stay at Hyatts from here on when traveling leisurely. The hotel lobby staff greeted us with a smile each day. They were not only friendly, but extremely helpful. What a great bunch!
Cons: We had subpar housekeeping one night of our stay but the next day staff made up for it.
Pros: Bed was comfortable with plenty of good pillows.
The room was clean.
Free breakfast with decent options.
Availability of food in house anytime.
Staff was super nice and helpful.
Furnishings were comfortable and homey.
Plenty of hangers.
Cons: I booked a room with 2 double beds, got one with only 1 bed.
Rooms are tiny.
Breakfast food was ok, but the menu food was bland and didn't come with everything stated on the menu.
Website claimed location was downtown, but was 20 miles away.
TV needs to have a program guide, not just channel guide.
Pros: Nice room
Cons: No inside pool
Pros: The size of the room, comfortable bed, the ability of staff to ensure reservation was adhered to.
Cons: That it was not close to any of the tourist locations i.e : Graceland, Sun Studio, Beale St.
Hyatt Place Memphis/ Wolfchase Galleria is conveniently located off of Interstate I-40, nestled amongst Memphis' finest shopping and dining establishments; many within walking distance. Wolfchase Galleria Mall is located directly across the street. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast featuring daily, customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits.
Pros: location, view from 9th floor pool area, cleanliness, room décor, breakfast
Cons: parking cramped but ok
Pros: Location is wonderful. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Parking garage tight spots.
Pros: We were on ground floor- street level. And fully expected street noise and hall noise. Didn't hear anything all night- so we had a great nights sleep. And the beds were ultra comfortable.
Cons: They are in the process of updating and renovating. Didn't really have a problem with if.
Pros: The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was a block away from downtown trolley service.
Pros: Great view
Pros: Great location for price. Easy walk to Beale St or close to bus route if you do not feel like walking. Lots of choice for eating/restaurants within walking distance. Room had fridge & microwave. Breakfast the usual... waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, pastries, cereal, fruit etc ... no complaints from our family!
Cons: Nothing to complain about. Good value
Pros: Modest hotel overall, but good breakfast and good value overall; friendly staff, too.
Cons: A bit north of entertainment district.
Pros: Clean room, great river view, lovely cold air-conditioning, comfy and clean sheets/beds/pillows, and most importantly, a perfect location: very short walk to all things downtown!
Cons: Only one elevator operating, unpleasant/unapproachable staff, sketchy neighbor after dark, unstable (mostly cold) shower, tiny bathroom (very little room between toilet and door; uncomfortable for bigger people); breakfast time closed much too early; not affordable; ancient TV and very weak, slow, unreliable wifi
Pros: The staff was great. During breakfast, I noticed employees going out of their way to assist guests. They were polite and their generosity felt sincere, like they wanted to go above and beyond. Though the hotel was under construction, it was clean and taken care of.
Cons: On the downside, I did have to take a lukewarm shower that got on the cooler side a few times. I'm not sure if there were too many people using the water at one time but even if that was the case, I expect that there should of been no issues with getting warm/hot water.
The actual bathroom with the toilet/tub was a little tight but it was clean and had everything we needed.
Pros: We enjoyed the location, only about a 10-15 minute walk to Beale St. The room we stayed in had a great view of the Mississippi River and was very spacious , especially the bathroom. It was very convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We would definitely return again if we were passing through.
Pros: Clean hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast.
Pros: Location was good. Room and sheets were clean.
Cons: Bathroom could use a little updating of faucets/shower head; but, all were functioning. Shower head was also not very tall in the tub. Might cause some difficulty for taller person but was not bothersome to us.

Pros: The hotel is really quite. This hotel is in walking distance from the downtown attractions. It also has the street car and bus line right in front of it. Which is a plus if you don't want to walk. Overall the experience is was good.
Cons: There is no pool, but the two hotels next doors has a pool. I don't know if this hotel has worked out something with those two hotels so that the guest from theor hotel can use the pools or not, but when I asked about the pool the front desk clerk said we don't have one but the hotels next door do. I didn't bother to check to see if I could use their pool. The parking at this hotel can be horrible at times because the lot appears to be used by all three hotels. Parking is $12 a night regardless if you do self park or valet parking. I recommend doing the self park because during my stay I notice that most of the valet parking people from either hotels were young people. Most of the time they were always running to get someone car when the parking lot was in walking distance. A few times I did see them parking someone car it took them a while to park it correctly in the spot. Maybe it's just me but I have issues with someone rushing to get my car or having trouble parking it. So that is why I recommend doing the self park.

Pros: I loved the proximity to Beale Street and how accommodating the staff were. Everything was luxurious and wonderful.
Cons: I have no complaints.
Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Best value for the money in the area.
Cons: Parking garage
Pros: The beds are so comfortable.
Cons: Pay extra for.parking.
Cons: It's a shame. The hotel is really nice, but the lightbulbs they've chosen to put in the rooms make them feel like a morgue. The CFLs put out this nasty blue light that is unsettling. Bad lighting choice!
My other gripe was the fact that I got what's called a luxurious tub included with my room. Turns out it's just a run-of-the-mill tub you find in any cheap hotel. . .
Pros: the rooms were clean and comfy
Cons: We paid for a room with a King size bed for my husband and I and were given a room with 2 full size beds. We were not happy at all. This was our first time to book through Kayak and we were not happy when the lady at the front desk informed us that when we book through a 3rd party, that the room we book was considered a "suggestion"
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly, view was fantastic!
Cons: Didn't do my research was expecting a pool and hot tub
Pros: The accomodations were excellent, the location was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Pros: Good was great and the rooftop bar was wonderful.
Pros: Great location, central to city for food and entertainment within walking distance.
Cons: Housekeeping staff didn't keep up to date with replacing amenities. Did not replace towels one day.
Pros: The Madison is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bar has excellent food and drinks.
Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable.
Pros: Stayed in the presidential suite due to a complimentary upgrade. Very romantic settings with dimming lights, round bed, music speakers. Great honor/wet bar with every refreshment you need. We loved it!!
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable
Cons: there was no parking for the hotel, and when we checked in there was nobody at the front desk a bell boy had to go find someone for us
Pros: I guess the headline says it. The service was exceptionally cordial, which is more a statement on the times we live in, where a friendly greeting is no longer guaranteed in the service industry. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good, too. Only there one night, so can't say more.

Cons: The Hyatt is generally a full service hotel they did not have a bellman or room service
Pros: Clean and quiet... great value too
Pros: The location was great, easy to get in and out of. Very clean and comfortable. The room was huge! Breakfast was good, lots of options.
Cons: Railroad tracks nearby and a few trains went back at night. Didn't effect other guests in the room but I'm a light sleeper.
Pros: Room setup, quiet, ease of check-in/check-out tv and media accessibility. breakfast selection, parking.
Cons: Bed linens were less plush than expected. Shower only, no microwave
Pros: The staff
Cons: We booked a King size bed, got a queen. The shower head was aweful (partially broken). The faucet handle was also broken and wouldn't shut off completely and the water dripped all night. The handle eventually broke off completely with the water running. The room was WAY over priced
Affordable accommodations located in Memphis affluent eastern suburbs. Only minutes away from several corporate headquarters, Memphis International Airport and adjacent to St. Francis Hospital.
Pros: The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good. What stood out was that we didn't book the room needing a crib but we asked at check-in and they brought up a pack and play for our baby at no additional cost. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything was great.
Cons: As with all hotel rooms it was not possible to close the curtains and get complete black out in the room.

Corporate travelers have close proximity to the Daimler-Chrysler training facility, Olympus, and Brother International. In addition, St Jude's Hospital, FedEx Corporate headquarters, Mike Rose Soccer Complex and Medtronic are all nearby.
Cons: First opened my room door and was slammed with a disgusting BO smell that lingered in the room the whole time.
Told the valet to not take my truck, just running up to room to grab something real quick. Come back down and my truck is gone, with the valet guy saying he didn't take it and didn't know where it was. Then said he didn't have the keys either. You've got to be kidding me!! He finally got ahold of one of his coworkers, who had went ahead and parked it anyway. Then had to wait longer for them to go back and get it.
Pros: Breakfast was great! Breakfast staff was friendly. Rooms were very spacious! Gym was nice & machines had TVs for use.
Cons: Room floor was rather gross with set-in stains. TV was standard-def... why would I order PPV? Front desk staff left something to be desired. Cleaners would change towels after requesting they not be changed (trying to stay green)

Pros: The staff was nice. The room was excellent. Took no time to check in and check out. The room was clean and exactly as it said it was when I booked it.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is the hallways and elevators were so warm, like they didn't have any air. Just made it uncomfortable. Specially when your about to walk out into 100 degree weather.
Pros: The location is great close to a strip mall.
Cons: Trash under the bed upon arrival. I am a coffee drinker wish it could be better.
Pros: Everything was good especially the warm cookie! Quiet stay.
Cons: The ice machine and drink machine didn't work. Had to go to the 3rd floor. Luckily, I had a bottle of water with me. This was on the 2nd floor where I had a room.
Pros: The cookies. Given towels without asking after staying for 2 days.
Cons: Annoyed on being told at check-in that construction was actively happening. Being woken up by hammering and saws was not good. Property is old and dated. Showerhead wasn't working properly. Broken fixtures.

Cons: Food and Drinks were very expensive.
2 glasses of the least expensive wine $36. I could have a nice bottle for that. Will plan ahead and get my own next time.
Pros: The lady on the late late shift at the front was awesome!
Cons: Paying extra for parking and lack of comps. Ie. Coffee... breakfast to made a few..

Pros: The receptionist is not friendly. Her face expression is upset and does not smile.
Cons: The carpet is dirty. Bathtub and sink do not drain well. No free breakfast. Spring Field by Marriott gives free breakfast.
Pros: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons: Staff were unenthusiastic, if not actually rude. $10 for breakfast is ludicrous. Bathroom was tiny. There's a noisy road all around the hotel and minimal TV offerings.
Pros: Good bed, clean room
Cons: Aging hotel, somewhat difficult to get in & out of the parking lot, small TV than expected
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was good size with nice equipment. Rooms were decent size with comfortable beds. Complimentary water bottles were nice.
Cons: Brown doors and dark older wood made rooms feel old. No late night room service was a bum
Cons: Bed sunk in middle and had lumpy pillow top mattress. Traffic noise was loud in room. Air conditioner was very loud. Layout of room/furniture was awkward.
Pros: Located close to the interstate.
Cons: Didn't live up to expectations. A Comfort Suites or Holiday Inn Express would've possibly been as nice or maybe slightly nicer.
Pros: Free coffee in lobby comfortable bed
Cons: lot of noise. thought there was construction in hotel. Maid tried to hurry us out 2 hrs early. no free breakfast they wanted $6 for continental breakfast and $10 for a buffet!
Pros: Cleanliness, WiFi, Exercise Room
Cons: Check in individual was not rude but was definitely not friendly.
Cons: They charged to much for the breakfast.

Pros: if you want the full Elvis experience. Elvis everywhere. Decor was retro which only added to our trip. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was 3 of us and we had two bed rooms which was great. However the lights in bedroom two did not work and I really missed a coffee pot in the room. Free continental breakfast worked though. Overall was happy we stayed there.
Cons: Not happy that it will be torn down because of the new complex. Should stay anyway. Would rather stay there than a modern hotel.
Pros: The rooms were luxurious, large and pleasant to stay in. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could be better than some places we stayed. Did not like the coffee and the juices seemed diluted.
Pros: We Love Elvis so this hotel was the best place to stay to get the whole Elvis experience aside of Graceland! We loved it and we were very glad to have gotten to stay there before its torn down!!!
Pros: Could walk to Graceland and felt safe leaving our car at the hotel for the day. Very secure parking lot. Rooms are small but clean.
Cons: Desk clerk at check-in was confused as to how to deal with a Kayak booking. He kept insisting that I needed some sort of voucher. Finally sorted it out. Went to breakfast an hour before they were supposed to close only to find they'd run out of food. And at checkout, the single employee at the desk was too busy selling upgrade packages than to notice the increasingly long line.
Pros: Loved the hotel and the staff. I've waited over 15 years to come to Graceland and because of your hotel, it was the best experience. Thank you!!
Cons: I don't like the fact that I hears it was going to be tore down because of the new hotel. Please don't do that!!!! There's history in that building!!
Pros: The front desk clerk was awesome, very polite
Cons: No everything was great
Pros: Wonderful experience! Friendly, helpful staff! Soft beds with fantastic bedding, a wonderful breakfast buffet with something to please everyone, and the location was great. We felt very safe there and had easy access to lots of stores and restaurants.
Pros: I was thoughtful that they let us check in earlier than 4:00. we were visiting for a funeral and the funeral started @ 2.
Cons: Pool was closed due to maintenance
Pros: Great breakfast!
Cons: The rooms were a little small. But still doable. Would love to stay here again!
Pros: It's was quiet and comfortable
Pros: Extremely nice hotel! Clean, very nice room layout with separate sitting room and extra pull-out sofa bed
Pros: Quality room and a good breakfast, need gravey everyday.
Pros: Very professional staff, from check in to check out
Perfect. I felt like I was home. It's set up like an apt.
Pros: Loved every about this hotel.
The room it self was a little out dated, but not bad for a one nite stay ..,,
Pros: The bathroom was recently remodled and i loved the new flooring ....
Cons: I room wason the first floor so of course you have the noise and traffic in the hallway .

Pros: Location was excellent. Connects to the convention center. Trolley stop is just outside the doors.
Cons: No electric vehicle hookups. Valet is $26/night but no setup for EV charging. Because of this would not have stayed there if was not part of a group booking.
Cons: There's a $26/night valet fee for parking. Was not aware of this until you already arrive at the hotel and there's no other parking available.
Pros: The bed was nice and fluffy, clean. Nice room, decent gym. There was a trolley stop right outside the hotel. We didn't partake but it was a good option. VIP lounge nice but not always stocked. Liked that it was on the 19th floor.
Cons: Wasn't aware that the parking was valet only until we got there. $26 per night when there is a parking lot across the street for $12 per night. If you park valet you have to call in advance every time you need your car.
Pros: Hotel was in a nice area ,walking distance to a nice restaurant Trolley every 15 minutes breakfast
Cons: housekeeping forgot to clean 1day for the price it should be microwave in room
Cons: Door key card did not work had to go down twice to get it rescand. Over charged my card $80 and I had to call to get it canceled five days later.
Pros: The bed was exquisite and especially the linen, just like I have at home
Cons: The price
Pros: Staff was wonderful
Cons: Parking- You either agree to pay roughly $28a day to valet or are forced to park in a public shady pay per day lot across the street.
Pros: Location was excellent along with the fitness center. Very much enjoyed it.
Pros: We had a corner room with a beautiful view of the Memphis bridge. The bed was comfy and the staff was great. Access to the club on the 19th floor was nice with delectable food served all day. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: It could have quieter in our room but very nice anyway.
Pros: The location for a cook convention center graduation was perfect. There was ample room in the lobby for family and friends to meet and talk. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe.
Cons: Parking can expensive over a weekend stay. There is ample street parking adjacent to the hotel, but it also puts car at risk of theft. This location also requires you to drive to almost all attractions in the city not in the cook convention center.
Pros: It was a very pretty hotel in the lobby, pool, and gym area.
Cons: The staff was not friendly, the bathrooms were dirty, and the comforter was stained. When I talked to the staff about it they were very rude.
Pros: Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
Cons: Only 2 elevators worked; felt the price was a bit much for what was offered, considering the hotel charges extra for breakfast and for parking.

Cons: The towels had a smell like they didn't have enough laundry detergent to properly clean the towels. The housekeeper saw me vacuum my room and did not take the initiative to say '' I will get that''. We did let the front desk know about it, plus i have a video of me vacuuming my room
Pros: Loved the staff and the room layout. The folks at the desk were very friendly and the people behind the bar/grill were really fun and friendly.
Cons: The bedroom was musty smelling and the wallpaper was peeling from the top of the wall and lower. Other than all was good.
Pros: Amenities are few. Two small cups of coffee you make in room. I'm sure it's because there is a Starbucks in the lobby. No breakfast, and the Bistrois expensive.
Cons: We had to pay for coffee and no continental breakfast.
