Pros: We had an amazing stay with a very attentive, friendly, and professional staff. The Riad itself is very beautiful and we were able to enjoy delicious food on the rooftop, terrace and by the poolside. Very convenient as we were able to book massages and a facial right downstairs. 100% would return.

Pros: The staff was really nice and welcoming. Provided us with a lot of Information about the area and what to see. The room was really nice and we had 2 entrances, one of them leading to the rooftop terrace. safe was simple to operate. Excellent location and easy to get back to the riad without getting lost.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. The room size was perfect although getting around the edge of the bed was tight but it wasn't that bad. the breakfast was a definite miss. We didn't enjoy much of it. Maybe if we went down earlier, it would have tasted fresher or just better. Or maybe not

Pros: The terrace and service of the waitresses.
Cons: The room is not well isolated and you can hear the noise on the street and inside the hotel too. Also, they didn't advise prior to our stay that there were internal construction works and it was really annoying. Additionally the room had holes everywhere so the mosquitoes got inside all the time. The worst thing is that when we were doing the checkout, they wanted to charge us for a meal and drinks that we didn't order. After you order something they never give you a receipt to sign it, so it's very difficult to carry on an efficient control over the guest's orders. So the manager told us that we were lying and he got so angry that he broke the bill in front of us saying he was right, even though he couldn't prove it. He yielded to us and gave us a really bad time, even my girlfriend got scared because he was very agressive at some point. Bad bad service!

Pros: Staff was friendly, good location, breakfast buffet was good to get morning started (especially the omelet station), and room was decent sized.
Cons: Noises throughout the hotel in early afternoons (perhaps due to maintenance) and furniture needs some updating.

Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.

Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Pros: This time I stayed in Essaadi hotel, not the palace, for four night in March and i found it very good as always because i satay in this hotel when ever i visit Marrackech but i also stay in other hotels in the city. The location of Essaadi is very good if you do not like isolation from the city actions. The best in Essaadi, in my opinion, is the walk path that connect the hotel to the palace its more than 700 m long full of varieties of citrus, palm, olive, pomegranate trees. I usually take a walk on the path, in the morning before breakfast where the smell of orange blossom fill the srrounding. Breakfast improved a lot with many varieties and good preparation. Staff were very friendly and happy to help but need appreciation. Restaurant , i tried grilled seabass For dinner and it was very good but slow service though. I found The pool was heated to 26 degrees although i did not use. Room was always cleaned and prepared well and when i asked for some roses in a vase it was put in my room without extra cost. A basket of fruit was in the room when i checked in. The hotel was happy to keep my luggage for couple of days when i travelled away from the city. The new manager is always walking around and talking to the guests. Its good value for money as four star hotel, and i would look forward to stay in this hotel in near future.
Cons: Wifi is little slow, rug in the room looks old. No tea or coffee machine in room, apparenty in my recent travel this service is no longer availble in hotel in Marrakech.
