Staff/owner effort was excellent and done out of genuine commitment to the guests' peace of mind and comfort I liked everything about this place. Its a true haven in the city.
The personal service, especially the amount of detailed information and help to get around the city which was reassuring and made our stay so enjoyable.
Beautiful Riad, lovely, unique bedroom and amenities. Excellent hosts and lovely friendly helpful staff. Great to come back to after the hussle of the souk.
It is rare to be greeted and treated as a friend in a hotel, but that is how we found Libiti Bito. Zakaria could not have been more helpful - his waypoints to find our way around were perfect, and his tips on best foodstalls, best shops, and best prices to pay made for a great holiday. Tania introduced us to the arcane art of making wonderful mint tea (no quick dunk of a tea bag here). Our thanks also to Sayed (sorry if that's rubbish spelling) for his helpful tips, and his spontaneous tour of the . sister Riad. We are already missing the beautiful roof terrace, the cats and the tortoise family. Libiti Bito is a stunning little oasis in a loud, mad and intriguing city. Our room (Kmissa)was beautiful and my only little gripe would be that I would have liked a door or at least a curtain on the bathroom.
Right from the beginning we were made to feel very welcome; from the Riad arranged transportation to the excellent information given relating to where to go and what to see. The attention given in all respects was second to none.
the owners wonderful attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The very relaxing atmosphere and fantastic location in the heart of the medina. The cleanliness of the entire Riad and lastly the super roof garden where we had breakfast in the sun every day. If we had to say something we would say the bed was a little bit harder than our taste but that is the Morrocan way and it did not spoil our holiday.
Beautiful hotel, helpful friendly staff. An oasis after hustle and bustle of souk.
This is a beautiful riad right in the Medina and only a short walk to Jemaa el Fna. The room was great even tough it was one of the cheapest. Phillipe and his staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We stayed five nights and had dinner there three times because it was so good - congratulations to the chef! We find it hard to find fault and can't wait to return. Will definitely recommend it No
A quiet oasis in the middle of the Medina. Great buffet breakfast and optional dinners. Would have given five stars if the beds were not as hard as a rock.
The riad was like an oasis. A little bit of paradise. Marrakech will test all your senses. It was so tranquil inside campared to outside in all the hustle and bustle of Marrakech That I couldnt stay longer
There was definitely a personal touch....all the staff worked hard to make stay enjoyable- there were 'extras'....a welcoming pot of mint tea/ free access to internet.....beautiful displays of roses......a delight It was a bit tricky to negotiate the lanes back to the main square at night to get something to eat....however, we did manage it ok once orientated
The friendly staff and that they made everything possible. The treatment in the hamman was great. The meals were simple but very good.
Refreshing to come into the riad after a day of Marrakech! It is a beautiful riad, very special.
Very friendly Riad owner; beautiful Riad; clean, very central, free pick- up from airport; Riad owner warned against "tourist traps"; delicious dinner; calm and relaxing Breakfast rather poor; offer could be bigger
It was a beautiful riad and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The riad staff told us that because of construction work happening near the riad our desired room was too nisy so they gave us another room. Having done extensive research on the riad and knew that the room we were given was not as nice as the one we had booked. Also we spent 3 nights in the riad and travelled throughout the medina so we knew that there was no construction happening around.
Beautiful surroundings,an authentic Marrakech experience, completely unlike the usual tourist hotel set-up. A great holiday base once inside, but potential guests should be aware that taxis can't reach the Riad and each outing begins with a walk along very narrow scruffy lanes dodging the locals' motorbikes.
