Pros: It was close to everything. I have problems walking but I was able to get out and walk to key sites without too much of a problem. If I go back, I will stay there again.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was superb and they make guests feel special.

Pros: Great location!! Close to everything. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. I even left a couple of things in my room after leaving, and they called right away and arranged to have it all shipped back to me -- so appreciated that! The pool was really nice and serene, beautiful grounds. Hemingway house was right around the corner... even though we were right off of Duval st, it was super quiet at night. Would love to return!!
Cons: The only thing I would change would be having a full-length mirror in our room -- having just the one bathroom mirror for multiple people was kind of hard to manage, but that's all :) Everything was really great.

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: Receptionist was not pleasant, tried to ask for a different softer pillow, was told there are only the pillows in the room and there were no different than those. Not helpful at all. Pros: - Quiet on the inside, with great staff and a cozy environment - Access to stores - Ability to use the common facilities after check out. This helped us as we had to go parasailing after check out. We were happily allowed to come back, use the temporary parking, use the common bathroom to take a shower and freshen up.
Cons: - It would be nice if the check in and checkout times were longer.

Pros: The staff here is amazing, especially Lexi at the front desk/office. She constantly answered our questions and gave great suggestions and met all of our needs. She was extremely accommodating to things we needed while traveling with a 2.5 yr old. The rest of the staff was amazing as well, we just mainly interacted with Lexi. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is very quaint with beautiful grounds and great pools. They provide a full complimentary hot breakfast which was delicious. It is very close to everything you need in town so you can walk almost everywhere! If we came back to Key West we would definitely stay at the Ambrosia again!

Pros: My husband and I came to Key West for a short getaway. We were very please with Ambrosia. The staff and amenities met all of our expectations. We liked that we could relax and recharge at Ambrosia when we needed to and we could walk down to Duval street for the action.
Cons: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: Like most reviews read, the hotel is located in a convenient location near enough to walk down Duval or head to Mallory Square. There is adequate parking for guest. Rooms are clean with a modern feel. The pool is popular with guest. Although small, it kept everyone happy. Breakfast was always set up by 7 am, but it is a light breakfast. If you want something heavier, there is a Denny's nearby that you can walk to. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Breakfast could have included eggs, and the bread choices dwindled if you came late, as it was not restocked. As said above, if you are looking for a bigger breakfast just walk over to Dennys.

Landscaping everywhere makes you feel removed from the downtown craziness. My room was quiet, cool (too cool, I had to adjust the thermostat), and comfortable. Pros: Location is great. Close to everything but the way property is set up quiet at nite and exclusive during day. Also gives you access to Southern Most area via their B and B. Staff at beach were wonderful and very courteous and hardworking.

Pros: Room was very neat, clean and comfortable. I loved the water pressure in the shower! LOL. I think the bathroom needs a fan, but that’s just me. The staff was awesome. Always a greeting coming in and out. The free shuttle was nice, but it would have been better if it took us back to the ferry.
Cons: The price. All in all, it ended up costing us over $700 for one night and this was a room without a view and with a “lanai” that was more of a very, mini balcony. Keeping in mind when you are in Key West, you don’ t spend much time in your room, I can complain that much - just next time I won’t book such a nice place :)

Pros: The rooms super modern and clean. All adult a super plus! Multiple pools. Definitely felt catered to. They had beach towels on every lounge chair around each of the pools. Those towels seem to magically be replaced after someone removed one. I am going back to key west and I am staying here!!
Cons: Breakfast had hard boiled eggs I wasn't in the mood for them but the breakfast was great. (This is more of a me problem not really a flaw of the hotel.) there was no parking however there is no parking in key west. It's just a fact again not a flaw of the facility.

Pros: Good location, good breakfast, nice pool with bar. Rooks were clean and comfortable
Cons: The fitness room needs updating. Limited equipment. There was also a hidden fee not disclosed when booking - a $25/night "destination/amenity fee". That included 2 drinks per day at the bar, pool towels and shuttle transportation to the downtown area of key west. Perhaps that was useful to some travelers but it was a waste of $50 for the 2 nights we spent there as we did not use the pool, bar or the shuttle. Sneaky, hidden fees like that should be disclosed when booking.

Cons: Parking and breakfast seating. The parking spaces are MUCH too thin, creating many spaces which were unparkable as others had parked over both side lines. This made my 8 month pregnant wife have to walk from the opposite side of the hotel in the only parking spot available. Also, at 9:00 am, there is not enough tables for the amount of people eating breakfast. We had to sit in the lobby to eat our breakfast. These two things made our stay less enjoyable.

Pros: The price was fair. Breakfast was decent. Newer hotel.
Cons: We had two experiences with roaches. We advised the front desk each time. One said she would make a note of it the other person at the desk took several minutes to explain the habits of Palmetto bugs in the warm weather. No one came to spray or check on the room. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety.

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and very engaging. The concierge was knowledgeable, the front desk attendants quick, and the breakfast crew were on top of everything. I have no comments on the maid service because we did not let them into our room for the duration of the stay. They offer a variety of helpful coupons and pamphlets to help acclimate you to the island.
Cons: Our room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, and the shower had mildew in some of the grout. The sink area allowed a pool of water to collect due to an uneven surface. The walls are quite thin. The rooms were lacking in lighting. Being one of two Fairfield locations in Key West, it's the farther from the major attractions. Overall, small gripes. I would certainly stay here again

Pros: I loved that it was an old hotel but well kept up. Our room faced the pool so we could just go right out there. Breakfast was included and that included fresh fruit and juices, plus hard boiled eggs, pastries, toast, and French toast. They allowed us to keep our car parked there after we had checked out when we walked to a day boat trip and were allowed to go behind the office and take a shower before driving back up to Ft Lauderdale. So friendly.

Pros: This was the worst hotel/bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. The room was highly overpriced. The linen and towels were soiled and I found termites in my bed.
"Located in Key West Historic District, this spa hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Duval Street, Harry S. Truman Little White House and Mel Fisher Maritime Museum. Key West Aquarium and Key West Shipwreck Museum are also within 10 minutes. "

Pros: The hotel is very centrally located, and has a nice lobby and bar, and the pool area looked good for families
Cons: The room had no window and was extremely dark. Light bulbs were burned out and the bedspreads were very dingy and dirty looking. For the money I paid, this was extremely disappointing.

Pros: Comfortable room with couch (instead of the usual table & chairs), nice decor (shutters instead of blinds, marble bathroom vanity). A short walk to Mallory Square and many good restaurants.
Cons: Construction was in progress on facade, so had to use side & back entrances, but noise wasn't an issue.

Pros: Rooms are small, over priced, front desk made us stay in lobby for an hour before checking in, (from 3:00 until 4:00) we were booked 2 weeks in advance.
