Pros: Expert staff, well-trained and pleasant, from all over the world. Beautiful rooms, recently updated in the West Building. Good food, although pricey. Beautiful golf courses. Excellent spa facilities. Great resort clothes shopping.
Cons: A little "Disney-esque" especially with the many young children and large conference groups running around in early August. The man-made lake in the middle of campus -- ugh.
Pros: The Broadmoor is a 5 star resort. It is a designation that is well earned. Everything was excellent.
Pros: The Broadmoor is old world beautiful. The detail in design with comfort and beauty in mind is exquisite.
Cons: The room we were given had a flight of stairs to climb and we were not told this ahead of time.
Pros: beautiful setting
Cons: In this MASSIVE complex- in HIGH ALTITUDE there is NO water- anywhere!!! None set out at front desk- none in room...we were told "you can BUY some at the4 store down the hall"
Pros: Finee, well run hotel
Cons: Need to bring many $$$ for constant tips
The Broadmoor puts you within a 15-minute drive of Cheyenne Mountain State Park and offers an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) for USD 48 per person. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, body wraps, or body scrubs, and Penrose Room, one of 6 restaurants, serves Modern European cuisine and is open for dinner. There are 2 indoor pools and 2 bars/lounges, and rooms at this luxurious resort offer up nice touches like bathrobes, designer toiletries, and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Pros: Pet friendly Great KickBack at 5:30 Good breakfast Nice pool & jacuzzi Friendly staff
Cons: In the future I need to stay in a suite to accommodate 5 people (we usually have all 5 when we travel); if that works well, Drury will be at the top of my list
Pros: The beds were comfortable, I liked having 2 rooms in our suite divided by a door. Worked well for our family. Pool was nice going indoor and outdoor with a hot tub.
Cons: No, I would stay here again
Pros: The view from my room was great, great location by entertainment and food, free popcorn and fountain drinks.
Cons: Slightly pricey.
Pros: Free breakfast and free drinks in the evening
Pros: Clean and convenient
Pros: The free drinks, food, and popcorn
Cons: There should be no food allowed in the pool area
Pros: Very good value for the quality.
Pros: Location was great. I liked the 3 free drinks per night with dinner meal. Breakfast was great took. It made a simple and convenient stay.
Cons: It was a nice hotel but smaller gym then I would have expected.
Pros: Vey clean hotel. My kids absolutely loved the free popcorn!!
Cons: If there is anything it would have been that the eggs weren't very good but that is just my own personal taste.
Pros: Very nice exercise room. Completely empty so I had it all to myself.
Cons: I was given a handicap room, which I am not. The reservation said nothing about the room being handicap accessible. Called the hotel front desk and they did nothing to fix it.
Pros: It is outstanding.Love the Kickback hour.
Cons: Loved it all.

Drury is family owned and operated so you can expect the same great value, friendly service and cleanliness at every location. We look forward to having you as our guest!
Pros: The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. The rooms were awesome with beautiful views of the golf course and pikes peak. Close to tourist activities but felt like you were remote and private for relaxation.
A great stay at The Lodge at Flying Horse in Colorado Springs can include a round of golf at the 18-hole course. You can visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, detox wraps, or mani/pedis, and The Steakhouse, one of 2 restaurants, serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are 2 outdoor pools and a bar/lounge, and rooms at this luxurious resort get the details right with iPod docks and MP3 docks.
Cons: Disappointed in the size of the room. For a room with a king size bed it was very small. View was of a brick wall..
Someone also needs to clean the kitchen. We went to the brunch on Mother's Day. I saw the kitchen as we passed to go to the back room where the food was located. If I saw the kitchen before we made plans, we would have never eaten there. Filthy, absolutely filthy. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day...
Pros: I loved the bathroom. Very clean place with friendly staff. The large lobby was a great place to hang out and enjoy a drink.
Cons: Pillows were not very comfortable and the thermostat didn't cool the room down.
Pros: We were given a corner room on the top floor. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Luxurious but reasonably priced and right in the heart of the city.
Cons: Parking was a little odd. You had to park a block away and then when we went to leave, the $1 we were told we would pay was only good until 5:30 am..must've missed the fine print somewhere. So it cost a few more dollars to get out of the lot, mostly just inconvenient.
Pros: Everything was wonderful. The room was charming and so was the hotel itself in general.Folks in Colorado Springs have it good, the hotel has a beautiful views and really cozy beds, friendly staff and great food & drinks.Wonderful in every way.
We fell in love with the giant windows too.
Can't wait to go back. The parking situation is no big deal it's less than a block away and a dollar after 4pm then it's just a dollar or two extra if you leave after 9:00am.If you don't like that then you should pony up for valet it's very inexpensive if you campers it to places in the French Quarter or something like that.
Pros: Clean, attractive
Cons: Expensive with no real extras except WiFi. Parking was in a sketchy garage a block away for $1 or $18 valet. No coffee in the lobby and the coffee maker in our room was broken. No complimentary breakfast. For this price you can get a lot more elsewhere and in a safer location.
Pros: The bed was amazingly comfortable.
Cons: There was no refrigerator in our room.
When you stay at The Mining Exchange, A Wyndham Grand Hotel & Spa, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of United States Olympic Complex and Manitou Springs Cave Dwellings. Guests can visit the spa to indulge in deep-tissue massages, body wraps, or body scrubs, and Cajun/Creole cuisine is served at Springs Orleans, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like comfy beds and bathrobes.
Pros: The room was so roomy and had a beautiful fireplace and gorgeous view. They also allowed us to redeem our free wine voucher for our honeymoon with room service which was perfect for us after a long day of driving.
Cons: loud shower
Garden of the Gods Club and Resort features a golf course and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Manitou Springs Cave Dwellings and Garden of the Gods. You can grab a bite to eat at one of the 2 restaurants and visit the spa to be pampered with facials or mani/pedis. 2 outdoor pools and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like premium bedding and bathrobes.
Pros: We appreciated the kind stuff there there was more than willing to help with whatever we needed. Every night we came back to the hotel it was very clean and every morning The breakfast was delicious. A variety of breakfast items.overall it was a great experience
Cons: The pool closed too early for the children. The snacks there was expensive
Pros: clean room. plenty of parking. good location.
Cons: My refrigerator did not work...but I did not ask for it to be fixed so not the hotels fault
Pros: Friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms.
Cons: The layout of the parking lot was a little bit confusing and tight to maneuver in.
Pros: It was a good location. Walked to 3 different restaurants without crossing the street and still had two other options
Cons: Room is MUCH SMALLER than it looks online. No hot water in the morning. Room sort of smelled. Breakfast area was way two small to accommodate.
We were there for USAFA in processing so the hotel was full and the facility just couldn't accommodate that many people.
Pros: Room was super clean and looked very nice.
Bed was amazing.
Check in and out process was super easy and fast.
Staff members were great!
Cons: I wouldn't have changed anything!
Pros: Everything, very clean, staff outstanding!
Cons: Nothing to mention
Pros: We loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Rooms very nice and comfy. Breakfast was great with eggs and bacon! Updated tv and decor. Best addition was a bench with cushion over air unit for extra seating and drawers.

Pros: Staff was wonderful including general manager Kirsten breakfast was great.
Pros: Hannah was amazing. When I checked in she was very warm and friendly, and made we feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I love the fact that they include a fridge in your room. On my last day I went to the front desk to ask for a late checkout and Hannah was there again with her warm smile and she remembered my name from several days before when I checked in. She is amazing and a great asset to this hotel! I would highly recommend this facility.
Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs/Air Force Academy is a great choice for a stay in Colorado Springs. You can get a morning swim in at the indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens and pillow menus are offered up in all rooms.
Pros: I liked the location and friendly staff. Lots of amenities, but didn't use them. My room was spacious with fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, iron with board, & hairdrier.
Cons: Room seemed clean, but very shabby. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but get there early before it gets busy especially on weekends or you'll have a long wait for seconds. Sleep number bed difficult to use:(
Pros: comfortable beds
friendliness of shuttle driver and his pride in the facility

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel wasn't in the best area.
Pros: Easy access to the airport, comfortable beds and spacious rooms, heated pool & spa, clean, friendly staff
Pros: The room was nice. The breakfast was great!
Cons: For $160 I would expect the breakfast to be included.

Pros: Only stayed one night of Colorado vacation, but would have loved to stay a week!
Cons: It was a bit cold and rainy, would love to come back in July or August!
Pros: Cheyenne Mountain Resort is a wonderful and relaxing hotel. If you enjoy nice facilities, great tennis, swimming, fitness center and incredible views this is the place for you. If you are looking to impress others stay at the Broadmoor. If you want to save a mint and impress yourself on a really nice facility with friendly staff you will love Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
Cons: The restaurant was fine but was longing for an evening dinner that does not center around the buffet line. The wine list was also limited and took the staff 20 minutes to locate two different wines that were on the list.
Pros: Awesome location golf course with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains!
Being fall with the tree changing colors it was especially beautiful. Near everything ; Broadmoor Arena, Seven Falls, Cog train to Pikes Peak, the charming town of Manitu Springs, Garden of the Gods, hiking, golf, tennis, and Caverns. We were their for our anniversary and the staff surprised us with champagne and a fruit/cheese plate! It make quite an impression. Staff very friendly and thoughtful much better then Brown Palace. Everything was clean and cared for overall.
Cons: Being a tub girl the bathroom was not an luxurious as I would have liked.
Pros: Convenient to most attractions.
Cons: Felt the price was too high. We were put off on the end far from most resort amenities. There were no King Beds available although the parking lot was relatively empty.
Pros: Very nice rooms and the recreation area was wonderful too! Good place to take your family and friends.
Loved the spa, lake, golf course and pool!
Cons: The food was ok but quite high priced for salad bar. Would have been nice to have a place to get a hamburger.
Would also have been nice to have a place to get a newspaper or magazine without having to go to the mall.
Pros: Service and food were good in the lounge (once the server finally showed up).
Cons: My room key did not work when I tried to get in my room. Coffee was not in my room. THe ability to check out on the TV did not work.
Pros: Our room, brunch, access, and swimming pool were great.
Cons: The staff (primarily check in counter) was not friendly, and seemed like I was interrupting something important. Was in an elevator with other staff while they yelled into their phone about something with what they were doing. Really diminished the experience between these two things. The Broadmoor really makes you feel like a valued guest when you are there.
Cons: Nothing was free at least Lil lower on food becasues we travel to chill abd still don't feel at home
Pros: The room was cozy and comfortable.
Cons: hotel staff service was very poor. Requested additional coffee, creamer and sugar and was brought one packet of cream. They said they were out. Alex for toothbrush and was told the shipment didn't come in. Asked front desk why they did not service done kind of complimentary breakfast and she told me if I could afford to stay there I should be able to afford to buy my own breakfast. Rude!!!
Pros: The bed was extremely comfy! The hotel and service was of high quality.
Cons: There was construction work near my hotel building and the walls are definitely not sound-proof.
Pros: The grounds and outdoor seating areas were great and the view is beautiful!!!
Cons: The few times I called the front desk, there was no answer. Seemed the front desk was very low on staff.

Pros: Everyone was terrific. Second one I have stayed in. Very reasonable rates as well I might add!
Pros: Nice rooms, breakfast was good
Cons: Picked this property in part because of the pool. My son was looking forward to it very much. Unfortunately, it was closed. I would like to see hotels have this information updated on their websites, at least. In this day and age, we shouldn't have to call a property to verify the things on its website.
Pros: The staff is fantastic and always friendly. The nicest chef even made me turkey sausage . I do not eat pork and was very grayeful
Cons: There was some sort of gymnastics tournament some of the people were walking through kitchen area with no shoes I thought it was very unsanitary
Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast, and super quiet.
Cons: Pillows where very small and the thermostat was motion senor controlled so if you stepped out or went to bed it shut off.
Pros: Room was clean and pleasant. Staff friendly and couteous. Facilities undergoing remodel so not up to snuff but the room and premises were clean. Safe and convenient location. I would stay again.
Pros: Rooms were nice size, and had a good floor plan. Nice to have a full size refrigerator, and microwave in the room.
Omelet bar was the best item at breakfast buffet.
Cons: Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Of the 5 nights we stayed in the hotel, housekeeping came by to clean our room only twice, and left the door to our room open all day/night during one of those times!
Walls are thin, and easy to hear neighbors, babies crying, and people walking in room above.
Pros: clean comfortable accommodations and friendly, welcoming staff. free breakfast includes made-to-order omlets.
More Comfort: Continue your life as you know it in spacious guest suites with separate living areas, bedrooms and full - kitchens. Discover the all-suite hotel that not only knows you, it knows what you want.
Pros: I enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning. The hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the best night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Too loud - close to freeway
Pros: Room was very nice and very clean... Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Not sure.
Pros: Modern decor and spacious.
Pros: Proximity to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs excellent.
Breakfast buffet very nice with lots of choices for everyone.
Room very spacious and comfortable.
Outdoor pool small but nice, clean.
Cons: Extra large flat screen TV lovely BUT the cable stations came in so terribly that it was totally unwatchable. This was especially true with the childrens' channels which was one of our primary needs for a hotel space. Pay per view available but too expensive considering the premium price paid for the room.. Called the desk to see if there were solutions and were told it was often like that and nothing could be done. Extremely disappointing for the children and therefore uncomfortable for the adults.
Meal options other than breakfast not great, bar very minimal.
Pros: Very good location. Close to restaurants and I-25. Short drive to many local attractions. Very comfortable bed and sitting area. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom was rather small and our room had an unpleasant odor that Lysol spray could not eliminate.
Our spacious guest rooms feature the Hyatt Grand beds, state-of-the-art media and work center with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV that easily integrates with laptops and other devices, a cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Pros: we spend only one night there. Breakfast was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was specious.
Cons: The toilet was not working properly, it was running all the time and it needed 2 visits of maintenance to fix it. Also the carpet was not clean.
Pros: Breakfast was awesome, the staff was efficient and friendly.
Pros: Breakfast included (buffet style). Location is north of the city but easy access to highways to get to sightseeing locations. Short wait for Uber/Taxis
Cons: Not in a great walking area. No elevator to bring bags to 2nd floor.
Pros: Comfy room, has fridge and microwave, great pool and hot tub, wonderful restaurant. Can't ask for more.
Pros: The room was really nice as well as the bath room other people were friendly as well as the staff
Cons: The bed in the room wasn't the best kept having to wake up because lower back started to hurt (king size)
Pros: The room and tv.
Cons: The lack of customer service from driving in at 4 in the morning
Pros: The atmosphere overall was wonderful.
Cons: The admin and reception was the worst part a majority of the time in addition to the room service. The reception was lazy and not helpful at all when we needed assistance and the room service brought us cold food and wrong orders. Also you couldn't open any windows and had to keep the shade drawn so people couldn't see right into the room - so was very dark.
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, lobby sitting area around fire place, close to highways and many local resturants and shops, bed was super comfy
Cons: Didn't have an outside sitting area, didn't have a spa
Pros: Great breakfast that is included. Grill has good food also.
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. The mattresses were extremely comfortable.
Cons: The hot tub closed early, 10pm.
Located in northern Colorado Springs next to the US Air Force Academy, this hotel is close to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, and Pikes Peak are nearby.
Pros: This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helped us alot. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Only things I didn't like were the parking lot. There are a couple obstacles to climb over, and there Is no elevator.
Pros: Breakfast was good and fresh each day.
Cons: All the rooms were supposed to have been remodeled by the time we got there. I guess they had been booked in the room we had so only half the hotel was finished. Was a bit disappointed, but the rooms were nice
Pros: Room was clean and beds were comfortable
Pros: Staff was great after kayak.com/hotels.com screwed up my reservation
Cons: My reservation was never made but kayak charged me.
Pros: Everything was fine. Some reviews said it wasn't very clean or the bathroom not good, but it was all pretty standard.
Cons: Bad WIFI connection
Small breakfast area
Small common space in lobby

Pros: It was quiet! Pretty good breakfast.
Pros: It was conveniently located close to the Air Force Academy. Very nice room with a good breakfast. They had a lot more options than I have seen at hotels before. We were able to enjoy our breakfast outside on the deck. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: Our remote for the TV was worn out and sometimes the up button didn't work.
Pros: One of the cleaning ladies noticed we had our daughter with us and left extra sheets in her play-pin to make it more comfortable for her. It meant a lot to us.
Cons: Since I had a small dog with me they put me in a room right by the pool. The hotel air conditioner was right outside of my room and turned on and off every other minute. Very annoying and loud. Will not stay here again.
Pros: Everything is nice
Pros: It looked brand new and was so clean. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was bigger and nicer than I expected. It was completely quiet all night long, which I appreciated so much!! An A+ experience all the way around.
Cons: I honestly can't think of one thing.
Pros: The view was beautiful and it was located centrally to many great places/experiences.
Cons: Pool was closed when we got there, even though it wasn't mentioned once during booking. The bathroom was so small you couldn't even open the door halfway before it hit the toilet. There was nowhere to park in the parking lot.
Pros: Front desk staff...comp newspaper.
Cons: Tiny parking spots.
Pros: Nice comfortable room, great beds which are hard to find in hotels. Great breakfast.
Pros: Friendly staff and service.

Pros: Staff was nice and polite. They offered us water and I warm cookie which was very appreciated in the cold weather. My husband wanted a room that was very quiet. It was definitely quiet and comfortable. They called the room to make sure that we are happy with it after we checked in. We did not require room service, so they left us a note saying that they would be available if we did need them. It felt like they really cared about the customer and you don't see that much anymore. I will definitely stay at the Doubletree again in the future. Thank you.
Pros: We enjoyed the happy hour and the pool while we were here and liked the size and layout of our room. Check-in was easy as well without issues.
Cons: We experienced a very uncomfortable security issue because of other adult guests while at the pool. The hotel was slow to react to our concerns and did not offer us any compensation. The safety of my children is paramount, so we will never stay here again.
Pros: Great room, good price and delicious cookies at the desk.
Pros: Great value.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: The room was nicely sized and very clean to include the kitchenette. The lobby, hallways, elevator an dining room were all kept very clean.
Cons: My bathroom had a lot of peeling paint in the bag b room not a gool tbing to see for a room at almost ---a night.
Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.
Cons: In the bathroom there was a dry, old dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. There were gummy candies under the mattress of the king size bed. After I left, I forgot my sons Nike shorts in the bathroom and when I called, they said they weren't there.
Pros: Fresh and clean the bathtub was very clean. I wish we could have spent more time there
Cons: A little out of the way but not too bad
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room
Cons: Bit isolated from do I g options
Pros: Newly remodeled rooms with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes/cookware, dishwasher and electric stovetop. Room was very clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: Not much in way of restaurants or store around the area but that is typical around the COS airport. Breakfast is minimal.
Pros: Staff was Super Friendly!! Will Definitely Be Staying Here Again!!
Great family vacation. Our other family members were on the exact opposite end of where we were staying. Maybe we should have requested rooms next to each other earlier. Upon arrival we were told that those were the only two remaining rooms.
Pros: Plenty of room to spread out our belongings. Good breakfast choices.
Cons: The entry is different. There is no canopy to park under and unload luggage. Parking is limited.
Perfect for a week away from home or a weekend getaway!
Pros: Spacious room with all the amenities I needed!
Cons: my room (215) was very warm and difficult to cool off without turning on the air conditioning - it was in the 30's during my stay! I don't like the elevator placement in the middle of the hallways.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, and attractive hotel.
Cons: Free breakfast was okay but was mostly carbs. Could use some healthier options.
Pros: the room was great
Cons: elevator keep breaking, the room close to my room
Pros: Room nicely equipped and maintained.
Cons: No airport terminal transportation

Pros: It was in close proximity to my work... everything else was lacking.
Cons: Lacked parking, funny odors throughout, room was outdated, room had strange odor, breakfast was lacking, won't stay here again.
Pros: It was reasonably priced and well positioned.
Cons: Interior was dated. Desk staff was mediocre after hours. Other than that cost to value was good.
Pros: space, kitchen, location
Cons: cramped brekfast area
Pros: the Ten Commandments at front door was neat, did not offend me at all.
Cons: It was a little loud. Kids running and no supervision of kids exercise room. The Mom was there just no supervision. Staff can't police poor parenting.
Pros: Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and they offer free hot breakfast. Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable
Pros: checking out
Cons: the cleanliness, lack of maid service, no resturuants near by, the hooka bar next door, the toilet backing up, me plumbing it, drunk guests, loud maids cleaning other rooms at 7am, lack of parking for guests, and as expensive as the good Elegante hotel....need i say more?
Cons: An itinerant man was helping himself to the breakfast bar. The smell was awful, and he was coughing sputum on the guests and on the food at the breakfast bar.
There was a massive stone tablet of the Ten Commandments at the front entrance. I don't mind a Gideon's bible in the desk drawer, but this was over the top.
Pros: Price and all required features
Pros: The Full Kitchenette
Cons: The fact that they did not clean everyday even though I checked on their check in sheet it should be cleaned everyday.

Pros: Fun bicycle festival going on in the lobby area, lodge grounds are large and include grassy area and swimming pool, also a lot of guests sat outside on patios in the evening. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really like the updates done so far and will stay at Buffalo Lodge again when in the area.
Cons: Room needed updating and a good carpet scrubbing, but beds were comfortable and sheets nice/cozy, bathroom very clean. Some rooms are already updated so they're making a difference.
Pros: Historical and unique hotel close to garden of the gods and manitou springs. Friendly staff and cool casita style rooms.
Cons: Carpets could be changed, coffee (not just coffee maker) in room.
Pros: location, polite staff.
Cons: no heat, smelled like smoke.
At Buffalo Lodge, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Manitou Springs Cave Dwellings and Garden of the Gods. Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Also, Cave of the Winds and United States Olympic Complex are within a short drive.
Cons: The heater created a room full of smoke and set off the smoke alarm. When I called down to the front desk they said that happens every once in a while and didn't seem concerned. When we checked out (they did comp the room) we asked why it didn't trigger a master alarm in the office or front desk. They thought that it should have but didn't and asked the maintenance person to check it out. We left quickly.
Pros: Stayed in the 2 room suite which gave us the room we wanted. Thought it was weird there was no microwave in the suite though. The door separating the rooms was great. The king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included...though not a huge spread the waffles were good.
Cons: Didn't seem overly clean. Needs some TLC (fresh paint, updating, new furniture, etc). For $220/night figured we'd get a nicer place. Didn't like that there was no microwave in the room. Elevators took forever.
Pros: Liked the location. It is near restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean. I would stay here again.
Cons: I was ill the day we arrived and tried to check in a little after 1PM (check in is 3PM), so I could lay down. I was told no rooms were available until 3PM and after so I had to wait. And when I did check in later, after getting up to my room received a call from front desk that my credit card had declined. To straighten out I had to call my credit card company which gave me the confirmation number for the room charge as my card had not declined.
Pros: Everything was great. Good value for the money.
Cons: The coffee in the breakfast room is terrible. Clean the coffee pots!
